Mean Square Response Analysis of the Tall Building to Hazard Fluctuating Wind Loads (재난변동풍하중을 받는 고층건물의 평균자승응해석)

  • Based on random vibration theory, a procedure for calculating the dynamic response of the tall building to time-dependent random excitation is developed. In this paper, the fluctuating along- wind load is assumed as time-dependent random process described by the time-independent random process with deterministic function during a short duration of time. By deterministic function A(t)=1-exp($-{\beta}t$), the absolute value square of oscillatory function is represented from author's studies. The time-dependent random response spectral density is represented by using the absolute value square of oscillatory function and equivalent wind load spectrum of Solari. Especially, dynamic mean square response of the tall building subjected to fluctuating wind loads was derived as analysis function by the Cauchy's Integral Formula and Residue Theorem. As analysis examples, there were compared the numerical integral analytic results with the analysis fun. results by dynamic properties of the tall uilding.

Drift Design Method of High-rise Buildings Considering Design Variable Linking Strategy and Load Combinations (부재 그룹과 하중 조합을 고려한 고층건물 변위조절 설계법)

  • Drift design methods using resizing algorithms have been presented as a practical drift design method since the resizing algorithms proposed easily find drift contribution of each member, called member displacement participation factor, to lateral drift to be designed without calculation of sensitivity coefficient or re-analysis. Weight of material to be redistributed for minimization of the lateral drift is determined according to the member displacement participation factors. However, resizing algorithms based on energy theorem must consider loading conditions because they have different displacement contribution according to different loading conditions. Furthermore, to improve practicality of resizing algorithms, structural member grouping is required in application of resizing algorithms to drift control of high-rise buildings. In this study, three resizing algorithms on considering load condition and structural member grouping are developed and applied to drift design of a 20-story steel-frame shear-wall structure and a 50-story frame shear-wall system with outriggers.

  • 본 논문에서는 고층건물의 철골 구조물의 자동화된 볼트 체결을 위해 볼팅로봇에 장착된 카메라에 의한 영상정보를 처리하여 볼트 구멍을 인식하고 제어시스템에게 볼트 구멍의 위치를 알려주는 시스템을 제안한다. 볼팅로봇 전면에 설치된 광각 카메라를 이용하여 목표물까지 이동하고 로봇의 팔에 장착된 소형 카메라로 볼트 구멍을 인식하는 알고리즘을 제안하고 실제 볼팅로봇에 적용하여 그 성능을 평가하였으며 이는 볼팅로봇의 성능향상에 기여할 것이다.

  • 본 논문에서는 무선 센서 네트워크를 이용한 초음파 기반 위치 인식 기술의 발전을 목적으로한 새로운 초음파 위치인식 시스템을 제안한다. 이를 위해 본 연구팀은 저전력, 높은 전송률 등의 장점으로 최근 무선 센서 네트워크에 많이 적용되고 있는 IEEE 802.15.4 라디오를 이용한 새로운 초음파 센서 장치를 개발하여 Active 방식의 실질적 응용 수준의 위치 추적 시스템을 구현하였다. 본 연구팀은 구현한 시스템을 실제 건물 내부에 배포하여 실험함으로써 위치 인식시스템이 실제 적용되었을 때의 기술적 문제점을 분석하였고, 이를 해결하여 실제 응용 가능한 수준의 신뢰성을 갖고 동작하도록 하였다.

  • 최근 코로나19로 인하여 건물의 출입 관리가 엄격해지고 있으며, 대규모 회의가 진행될 경우 많은 사람들의 출입으로 출입 관리에 어려움이 있다. 이에 본 논문은 이러한 어려움을 해결하기 위하여, 얼굴 인식 기반 회의 참가자 관리 시스템을 제안한다. 회의 개설자가 초대한 회의 참가자들은 얼굴 인식을 통해 본인의 신원을 인증하며, 인증된 사용자는 참가자 목록, 회의록과 같은 회의 정보를 열람할 수 있는 권한을 획득한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 YOLO 시스템을 사용하여 보조 보행 기구를 인식 한 후 자동문 속도 조절에 대한 방법을 제안한다. Visual studio, OpenCV, CUDA를 활용하여 보조 보행 기구를 인식이 가능하게 신경망 훈련 및 학습 한 데이터를 기반으로 Raspberry Pi, 카메라 모듈을 활용하여 실시간 모니터링을 통해 보조 보행 기구를 인식하여 자동문의 속도를 조절을 구현했다. 이로써 거동이 불편한 장애인은 원활하게 건물 출입이 가능하다.

  • The object of this study is to understand of the effectiveness characteristic in the field work which is controlled by the quality in the high-rise residential-commercial complex building. From the previous study, the quality improvement factors are investigated. Through the structured questionnaire, the opinions of the field engineers(University, Design firms, Construction company) are gathered in the improvement factors of construction phase. Comparing the results of questionnaire with the conception of field engineers, this study helps in revising and improving the quality control system including tangible factors and intangible factors in the frame work of the high-rise residential-commercial complex building project.

  • The purpose of this study is to propose the Design Object Model for implementation of an integrated structural design system for building structures. This study outlines the step-by-step development methodologies of the Design Object Model, which covers classification and modeling of the building design information. The Design Object Model has been efficiently developed through the proposed development methodologies. As a result, the Design Object Model has been proved to be efficient in design information management by representing the information from planning perspective, in recognition of structural member in space by the topology design object, and in representation of analysis s design information.

  • The application of robot technology on construction sites is recognized an effective solution to the problems caused by labor shortage on the construction industry, and relevant studies are being carried out increasingly. Automatic construction system for frames of high-rise building was developed in Japan in 1990's. Practical use o F the system, however, was failed due to inefficiency Now, we are developing economic and practical automatic construction system that is lighter and suitable for building construction In Korea. This study has discussed developing the system of construction factory and climbing control system, which is the core technology of the automatic construction system in Korea.

  • The construction industry is still more labor-intensive than other manufacturing industries. Because of that, it is recognize as a 3D industry. So, many researches to solve it increase to apply robots as to construction sites. Robots are recognized to alleviate the problem of construction industry as the alternative. Therefore in this study, automatic construction system for high-rise building based on robots is developed with high profit as a better research than Japanese it which have gone in advance of robot technology in the world.
