A Numerical Study on Flow Characteristics in a Crossroad due to Inflow Variation (유입량 변화에 따른 도로 교차부에서의 흐름특성에 관한 수치적 연구)

  • 도시지역내로 유입되는 홍수는 건물과 도로의 배치에 의해 크게 영향을 받으며, 매우 복잡한 흐름특성을 나타내는 것으로 알려져 있다. 도시지역 내에 다양한 형태와 크기를 가지는 건물 및 도시 기반 구조로 되어있으며, 홍수의 강도가 강하고 도시지역이 조밀한 건물군으로 구성되어 있을 경우 홍수의 대부분은 도로와 교차점을 통해 흐른다. 도시지역내 홍수피해를 저감하기 위해서는 도로 교차로에서 홍수파의 전파특성을 분석하는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 도시지역 내 도로 교차점에서 유입량에 따른 홍수흐름 특성을 Case 1(Qex : 147.23L/min, Qey : 149.52L/min)과 Case 2(Qex : 150.42L/min, Qey : 298.53L/min) 두 가지 경우에 대해 수리모형실험결과와 수치모의결과와 비교하였다. 출구지점에서 총 유출량의 절대오차가 Case 1에서는 0.84L/min, Case 2에서는 0.45L/min으로 잘 일치하였고, 수심분포 양상은 잘 일치하는 것을 볼 수 있었다. Case 3에서는 다양한 유입량의 변화에 따라 도로 교차점에서 변화하는 홍수흐름 특성과 경향을 분석하였다.

Comparative Analysis on Influence of Structure Elements on Optimal Location of One-Outrigger System (단일 아웃리거 구조시스템의 최적위치에 미치는 구조요소의 영향에 대한 비교분석)

  • This study intended to analyze an influence of the structure elements on the optimal location for one-outrigger system in tall building by using MIDAS-Gen. In this investigation, the analysis parameters were the outrigger position and the stiffness of main structure elements such as shear walls, outrigger systems, exterior columns connected in outrigger system and frames not to be connected in outrigger system. For the objective of finding out the optimal location for one-outrigger system in high-rise building, we studied the lateral displacement in top level of 80 stories building. The results of this study indicated that the outrigger location and the stiffness of main structure elements such as shear walls, outrigger systems, exterior columns connected in outrigger system and frames not to be connected in outrigger system had an influence on the optimal location of one-outrigger system. In addition, it is showed that the research results can be very useful in obtaining the structure design data for looking for the optimal location of one-outrigger system in high-rise building.

  • This study purposed to investigate the optimal outrigger location in tall building with cap truss after a structural schematic design of 80 stories building was performed by using MIDAS-Gen. In this paper, the main parameters of structural analysis were the outrigger location and stiffness of main structural elements (outrigger, exterior column, shear wall etc). In order to search the optimal outrigger position in high-rise building with cap truss, we analysed and examined the lateral displacement of top floor which is one of the very important considering factors of tall building structural design. The paper results indicated that the outrigger location and the stiffness of main structural elements such as outrigger, exterior column and shear wall had an effect on the optimal outrigger location. And it is verified that the study results provided the basic engineering data for fixing the most optimal outrigger location for minimizing the lateral displacement of tall building.

  • 급격한 기후변화와 도시화, 산업화로 인해 도시지역의 홍수피해가 증가하고 있다. 기후변화로 인한 재해 중 45%가 극한 강우 또는 홍수로 인한 재해로 확인되었으며, 급속도로 확장되고 있는 도시화 추세로 인해 도시지역의 홍수피해가 더욱 심화되고 있다(UNISDR, 2016). 기후변화 및 도시화로 인한 도시지역의 홍수피해가 증가하면서 시가지 건물 배치 및 도로망과 같은 복잡한 지역특성이 침수에 주는 영향을 분석할 필요성이 점차 증가하고 있다. 도시지역에서 홍수가 발생할 경우 복잡한 도로망은 배수로 역할을 하며 건물의 밀집도와 배치는 골목길 등에서 침수심을 증가시켜 안전한 구역이 좁아지는 효과를 발생시키고 있다. 본 연구에서는 우선 복잡한 시가지를 특성화하여 분석 할 수 있도록 이상화된 시가지 모형을 설계하고 제작한 후 유량에 따른 흐름 특성 변화를 분석하였으며, 기초 실험 결과를 바탕으로 강우강도에 따른 유황 변화와 연계할 예정이다. 기초 실험 수행을 위하여 먼저 건물 배치 밀집도를 고려하여 주거구역을 불록화하여 직선형의 이상적인 도시지역의 시가지 모형을 설계한 후 실험 모형을 제작하였다. 하천 범람으로 인한 침수발생을 재현하기 위해 상류 도로망에서 유량이 유입되도록 제작하였으며, 유입조건에 따라 변화하는 시가지 내부 침수 흐름은 LSPIV 기법을 이용하여 분석하였다. 유입조건에 따른 시가지 내 침수 특성을 분석한 결과 지형적 경사 특성에 의해 시가지 내부에서 흐름이 가속되며, 모형의 사거리 구간에서는 흐름 유입 방향에 대해 횡방향으로 흐름이 합류하는 경우에는 합류 흐름이 유속이 더 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 합류 이후 유속이 증가하면서 피해 발생 가능성이 높은 것으로 나타났다.

The Impact of Urban Characteristics on Carbon Emissions of Buildings in Seoul: Application of Spatial Regression Analysis (도시특성이 건축물의 탄소배출에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 서울시 424개 행정동에 대한 공간회귀분석의 적용)

  • The aim of the study is to analyze urban characteristics that affect carbon emissions of buildings. The analysis was conducted at the level of 424 administrative districts in Seoul. The main variables used in the analysis were energy consumption and carbon emissions of buildings published in the Seoul Metropolitan Government's energy information platform 2021. It was found that carbon emissions per unit building were high in Jongno, Gangnam, Guro, and Mok-dong. A regression analysis using the spatial lag model (SLM) identifies that the variables that affect the carbon emissions of buildings were; commercial, educational, business and industrial facility variables as built environment factor; number of residents; traffic volume, number of bus routes and number of subway stations as transportation facilities factors; and environmental factors such as green area and river area.

  • 아름다운 자연경관은 인구의 도시집중과 토목 건축 기술 기반의 도시공간구조 다양화로 자연경관은 그 모습을 잃어가고 있다. 이러한 변화 이변에는 자연경관의 보존에 대한 도시민의 욕구가 날로 증가하고 있어 경관자원의 보전 및 보호를 위한 체계가 필요한 실정이다. 체계적이고 종합적인 경관관리로 도시민들에게 우수한 경관을 제공하기 위해서는 경관의 변화 정도를 정량적이고 객관적으로 측정하고 모니터링 할 수 있어야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 건물배치 및 높이에 따른 산림녹시율을 3D GIS기반에서 분석하여 산림녹시율이 인간에게 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 한다.

  • There is a limit to preventing various types of safety accidents in advance at construction sites. Even for buildings of the same total floor area, it is expected that the more complex the building shape or the higher the number of floors, the higher the probability of a safety accident. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the effect of the shape of a building on safety accidents using safety accident data generated during actual construction. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of building shape on safety accidents. As a result, the R2 value of shape factor and safety accident was 0.901, and the R2 value of construction difficulty and safety accident was 0.944. In the future, the results of this study will be used as basic data for improving safety management related systems.

  • In order to design and operate successfully the pressure differential system for smoke control which uses difference of pressure between compartments of building, architectural factors affecting the pressure field of building should be examined and the stack effect is one of the important factors. The field experiments on pressure field in two buildings of 21 stories and 31 stories in summer and winter season with regard to on/off condition of the pressure differential system are carried out to evaluate the influence of stack effect to evacuation and smoke management of high-rise building. In winter season when the stack effect increases, as the pressure differential system starts to operate, the pressure in upper stair rises largely due to the combination effect of the air infiltration from lobby to stair and the stack effect.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze and compare the characteristics of floor plan of Underwood hall, Appenzeller hall, and Stimson hall in Yonsei University. These buildings in Yonsei University are the representative higher educational institution buildings that were constructed by Western missionaries during the Japanese colonial period. These buildings were designed by the master plan that had been made before the construction. Therefore, these buildings have many similarities but each building has individual characteristics. This study focused on two parts. One is the characteristics of the shared space, such as like corridor, hall, and stairs. These characteristics show the differences between each building because they used different methods and locations of shared space and rooms for the floor plan to include the different functions. The second is the relationships with the floor plan and other plans like the master plan, elevation plan, and structural plan. These relationships show that each building has unique characteristics that are related to the floor plan.

A Study on the Effects of the Building's Attractiveness and the Transportation Infrastructure on the Customer's Satisfaction : Centered with the Effects of Medical Integration (중·소병의원 건물매력도와 교통인프라가 고객만족도에 미치는 영향 : 의료집적성의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • This research refers to the importance of health care in relation to the establishment of health care facilities and health care facilities in the rapidly changing health care environment, and the influence of health care in relation to the customer's satisfaction with health care. Orthographic analysis First, a hypothesis was adopted that the attractiveness of building materials will affect the positive (+) impact of the customer's satisfaction. Second, the hypothesis that the transport infrastructure will have a significant impact on the customer's satisfaction with the customer's satisfaction has been denied. Third, the hypothesis that the building appeal will have a significant effect on the health of the medical industry is adopted. Fourth, the hypothesis that the transport infrastructure will have a significant impact on health care is adopted. Fifth, the hypothesis that medical integration will have a significant impact on the customer's satisfaction with the customer's satisfaction is adopted. Sixth, the hypothesis that the relationship between the building and the customer's satisfaction in relation to the relationship between the client and the client was found to be partly attributable to the fact that there was a partial role. The assumption that the relationship between the transport infrastructure and the customer's satisfaction in relation to the traffic infrastructure was established has been identified as a complete parameter. The results of this study could be applied to provide the basis for selecting the location for future health care facilities.
