건협 경북지부는 구미 공업단지 의료보험조합 산하 근로자에 대한 건강검사를 실시하고 있다. ‘87년 1만 명을 대상으로 실시했던 간염검사를 시작으로 해마다 이들에 대한 건강검사를 실시해 근로자들로부터 많은 신임을 얻고 있다. 근로자의 보건의식 향상을 위해서 그리고 국민건강 증진을 위해서는 우선적으로 보건계몽 교육을 정착시켜야 한다는 점이 새삼스럽게 증명되고 이를 확대시켜 나가는 계기가 되었던 이 검사의 현장을 찾아가 의보 담당자의 근로자들의 얘기를 직접 들어봤다.

한국건강관리협회는 '93년도 보건교육담당자교육을 지난 11월 17일부터 2박 3일간 수안보 상록회관에서 가졌다. 보사부의 후원하에, 전국의 일선 보건 교육 담당자들을 대상으로 실시된 이번 교육은 교육 내용면에서 어느 때보다도 충실했고, 또 교육생들도 아주 진지했다는 평가를 받고 있다. 지역주민 보건의식 향상을 통한 건강증진에 기여하겠다는 의지가 뜨거운 열기로 살아났던 '93 보건교육 담당자 교육의 현장을 소개한다.

This paper explores the process of pattern recognition reflected in Newman's praxis methodology by three Korean elderly people with chronic illnesses. Four core themes demonstrated from the life pattern of participants that discouragement/frustration, regret, deep grudge/ pent up feeling and renunciation/ resignation were prevalent. None of the participants had experienced the turning point central to the process of expanding consciousness. It was concluded that it requires longer a research period with repeated in-depth interviews to explore the transformation in the process of recognizing a pattern of life.

This study was conducted to confirm the relationship between smart device usage time, eye health status, and eye management consciousness during the COVID-19 Pandemic period for college students in the health field. The study participants were 188 health-related university students, and data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, Chi-square test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation coefficients using the SPSS 26.0 program. As a result of the study, the average of the subjects' eye fatigue score was 15.23±13.71, the dry eye subjective symptom score was 21.87±12.02, and the eye health management consciousness score was 3.48±1.09. Eye care awareness, dry eye symptoms (r=.152, p=.005) and eye fatigue, dry eye symptoms (r=.650, p<.001) were statistically significant positive correlation in the group using smartphones for 2 hours or more per day on average. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to find a way to prevent eye health due to the use of smart devices by college students, and repeated studies are needed to confirm the factors affecting eye health.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the difference of environmental consciousness and its influence on the eco-friendly products purchase intention by the undergraduates' lifestyle patterns. The results of this analysis are as follows. First, the health orientation lifestyle of the undergraduates showed the high significant level to both cognition of environmental performance and environmental protection. However, both self pursuit and positive action lifestyle showing the low significant level were rejected. Second, the high environmental protection lifestyle of the undergraduates showed high significant level. This study shows that the health orientation lifestyle undergraduates are high environmental consciousness, and also they show high purchase intention of eco-friendly products.

본 연구는 공중보건 비상사태 발생 시 시민들의 위기의식과 신뢰 간의 관계를 살펴보았다. 위기의 영향은 개인, 사회, 국가에 따라 다르다. 정부의 위기관리는 특히 '공공성'이라는 측면에서 비정부기구와 매우 다른 것이 국민의 책임의식을 해소하기 위한 관료제를 수반하기 때문이다. 전염병 확산 단계에서 사람들은 부정적인 감정에 쉽게 빠지게 되며, 중대사고 발생 후 대중의 부정적인 감정을 줄이는 것은 중대사고로 인한 조직의 피해를 효과적으로 줄일 수 있다. 코로나19 팬데믹 상황에서 시민들의 위기의식이 신뢰에 미치는 영향을 기반으로 공중보건 위기상황의 관리를 최적화하고 시민들의 정신건강을 증진 시킬 수 있는 방안에 대한 지침을 제공해야 한다고 판단 된다.

현대를 살아가는 사람들에게 있어 직장에서의 과중한 어부와 성공을 위한 치열한 경쟁, 복잡한 인간관계, 그 속에서 발생되는 과로 및 정신적 스트레스는 심각한 건강상의 문제점을 야기할 수 있다. 과거에는 과로로 인한 건강상의 문제들이 전적으로 개인의 건강관리 문제로 방치되고 보상의 대상이 되지 못했다. 소위 과로사가 우리나라에서 인정받기 시작한 것도 1990년대 이후 국민들의 권리의식 신장과 외국의 사례보도 등에 의해 소송이 시작되면서부터였고, 그 인정범위는 점차 확대되어 가고 있다.
