The Prediction of the Interior Luminous Effect using Computer Graphic Method (CG를 이용한 실내공간 조명연출효과의 예측- 건축화 조명을 중심으로 -)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships between apartment residents'satisfaction and preferences and their environments on purpose to provide useful data for developing new apartment environment based on resident's needs and wants. this research was executed through a questionnaire survey method. The major findings are as follows : (1) Preference of large space of apartment dwelling is still prevailing. The older people have the tendency to prefer orientation to vista. (2) Among environmental factors of livingroom, size is mostly ranked higher than vista and orientation. Result of higher ranking of vista than orientation can be explained with the change of life cycle and patterns based on social environmental change and development of environmental control systems. (3) The highest concern about interior design is targeted to livingroom, and quality of finish materials is preferred at the highest.

  • 본 연구에서는 일본의 워터프런트 니시노미야하마의 거주자를 대상으로 앙케이트 조사를 실시하여 속성, 주거 내외 총합평가, 친수 활동 등에 대해 비교 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 향후의 워터 프런트에 입지하는 집합주택 거주자들의 거주환경에 대한 상이점을 알 수 있었다.또 워터프런트지역에서 "방의 넓이" "통풍" "전망 채광" "프라이버시의 확보"등 워터프런트에 입지하는 집합주택의 계획수립 시에 상기한 거주환경의 조성이 거주자들의 주거의식에 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

  • The purpose of this study is to analysis for maintenance satisfaction of Apartment Building residents in Bundang. For this purpose, questionnaire survey about the level of maintenance satisfaction of Apartment building residents and condition of management. and secondary statistical analysis the important factors which influence the degree of residence maintenance satisfaction. The results of this study are as follows : the maintenance satisfaction of Apartment building residents high correlation with satisfaction of residence. and outsider entrance control level and the head of superintendent's office integrity gives high influence on maintenance of Apartment Building.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the perception of the residents of the new city by examining the consciousness of the occupants to understand the characteristics of the residents of the city of Bundang. As a result of evaluating and analyzing the durability by visual inspection and some equipment tests at the site of the on-site investigation, it was found that there is a problem with the quality, and continuous maintenance is required to improve the durability and usability of the apartment house. In particular, many cracks appearing in the rapidly deteriorated part should be repaired promptly, and a systematic plan should be formulated and carried out. In the apartment housing perception survey of Bundang new city residents, about 93.4% showed above-average satisfaction, and 43.4% showed a favorable preference toward the residential area.

Resident's Assessment of Automated Vacuum Waste Collection System in New Public Housing Estates (신규 공공주택단지의 생활폐기물 자동집하시설 이용에 관한 거주자 평가 분석)

  • This research is to explore resident's assessment of the Automated Vacuum Waste Collection System (AVWCS), which is devised to attain sustainability of residential environment. A number of AVWCS has been installed in Gyeonggi Province, so 283 households in 11 new public housing estates of 5 cities participated in a self-administered questionnaire survey. The data collected from 133 respondents in for-sale housing estates and 150 participants in rental housing estates, and the primary findings were as follows: a vast majority of both owners and renters had neither been aware of nor used the system before moving to their current housing estate. Also, most of the respondents learned how to use the AVWCS from on-site housing management staff, and the learning among renters was greatly delayed. Renters were in stronger favor of the system than owners, and their satisfaction was greater than the counterpart. Although few items were unsatisfactory, many emphasized that AVWCS should be augmented with user-centered, environmentally friendly features, and also they viewed that the system would substantially contribute to sustainable urban environment.

  • By analyzing the use of outdoor space in apartment complex and finding empirical proof which is concrete and systemic, this study focuses on the relationship between residents' daily lives and physical space. This study tries to find out the types and characteristics of outdoor space which causes the occurrence of residents' use in High-Rise apartment housing Estates, and analyzes the residents' usage pattern of outdoor space in eight different apartment complexes which were builted since 2004. After analyzing the usage pattern of outdoor space, the usage of playground was ranked highest and playing, talking, exercising, resting was in order. Especially it was found that the usage inside semi-public space where passing is abundant increases.
