Analysis of Accident Patterns and Hazard Factor for Life Safety in Rental Housing Complex (임대주택단지의 생활안전 사고유형 및 위해요인 분석)

  • The government has been supplying public rental housing for stable life of low-income group since 1989. However, deteriorated public rental housing are likely to caused accident due to aging facilities. In this study, investigated the types of accidents that occur in the public rental housing and analyzed the hazard factors for each type. First, identified the type of accidents that occur in apartment through previous studies and interviews. Next determined the type of accidents that occur in public rental housing and analyzed the hazard factors through surveys. The results of this study would be basic information of planned and systematic management plan for safe and comfortable residental life in public rental housing. And it can be utilized on the basis information that can improve the design and management method to supply future public rental housing.

  • A total of 19 commercial facilities and 6 agricultural product stores are operated. Among the commercial facilities, restaurants accounted for the greatest portion. Most commercial facilities and agricultural product stores have been owned and run by a local resident.

  • The objectives of this study were : 1) to find research trends on lifestyles 2) to analyze the lifestyle patterns of middle class residents in Seoul and 3) to develop a standarized instrument to measure lifestyles. Questionnaires were administered to 1615 homemakers in Seoul, The statistics with the SPSS software package was used for factor analysis. The major findings were as follows: the lifestyles of middle class residents in Seoul were categorized into six patterns : Fashion oriented Interior Design Oriented Economy Concerned Simplicity in Eating Hobby Oriented and Health Concerned. A standarized instrument using validity and reliability testes for lifestyles was developed.

A Study on the characteristics of elderly's drinking in Gimcheon (김천지역 노인들의 음주특성에 관한 연구)

  • 본 논문은 김천시에 거주하는 60세 이상 남녀 노인의 음주특성을 조사하였다. 조사결과 남자 노인이 여자 노인보다 음주 경향이 높게 나타났으며, 남자 노인은 10대부터 음주 경험이 있는 초기시작음주유형인 반면, 여자 노인은 나이가 들면서 음주를 경험하게 되는 후기시작음주 유형으로 나타났다. 음주를 하는 노인 중 40.6%는 정상음주를 하고 있었으며, 24.7%는 상습적 과음자로 나타났다. 또한 남자 노인은 '인간관계 유지'를 위해 음주를 하는 경우가 많았으며, 이 때 '기분이 좋아지거나 어려운 일이 해결 된 것 같다'라고 응답하였다. 여자 노인은 남자 노인과 다르게 '기분전환이나 생활 스트레스'로 인한 문제로 음주를 하는 경우가 많았으며, 이 때 '우울해지거나 하소연하고 싶어진다'는 또 다른 문제를 나타내기도 하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 공공데이터를 이용한 개인 맞춤형 부동산 추천 방식을 제안한다. 이 추천 서비스는 기존의 가격 중심의 부동산 추천 방식이 아닌 개인이 원하는 요소 통해 부동산을 추천함으로써 사용자의 만족도를 높인다. 이 모델은 사용자가 실거주를 목적으로 하는 부동산 매물을 탐색하고자 할 때 거래 유형, 매물 유형, 가격 정보 뿐만 아니라 사용자가 자신의 주거지 근처에 형성되어 있길 원하는 편의 시설이나 기반시설, 치안 등의 환경 요소를 선택할 수 있도록 하고 선택된 요소들을 통합적으로 분석하여 주거지를 추천한다. 본 논문에서는 직접 구현한 서비스를 통해서 제안하는 새로운 맞춤형 부동산 추천 모델이 기존의 가격 중심의 부동산 추천 서비스보다 편의성 면에서 우수함을 보인다.

Study on the Characteristics Pertaining to the Acculturation Strategies among Immigrated Women in Korea (이주여성의 문화적응유형과 관련 특성에 관한 연구)

  • The purposes of the presented study were to investigate the characteristics related to the acculturation strategies and to investigate characteristics which discriminated the acculturation strategies among immigrated women in Korea based on the multidimensional perspective on acculturation. The study was designed as a social survey study. Data from 346 immigrated women were analyzed. Findings indicated that 37% of the respondents were marginalization, 30% were integration, 18% were segregation, and 15% were assimilation. Integration was associated with Vietnam nationality, younger age, lower level of education. Assimilation was related to longer period of residence, higher number of children, lower level of resilience. Marginalization was associated with North Korea, Japan, China nationality, older age, higher level of education. Segregation was related to older age, higher level of education, lower number of children. Also, Southeast nationality, age, level of education, spouse, and number of children significantly discriminated the acculturation strategies. Especially, the rate of correct discrimination was 80% only for integration. Practical implications from this study were discussed.

Investigation of Leisure Constraints based on Types of Leisure Sports Activities (여가스포츠활동 유형별 여가제약 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate leisure constraints based on the types of leisure sports activity(individual, partner, and group activities) in order to lead people to participate in and to continue their leisure sports activities. Data were collected from leisure sports participants in Seoul and Kyungki province. A total of 286 respondents were selected using the convenience sampling method. Leisure constraint's sub-dimensions for the respondents were named as facility and environment, negative perception, lack of condition, risk of injury, and lack of time. As the results of this study, first, respondents felt facility and environmental constraint the most and negative perception constraint the lowest. Second, there were differences in negative perception and lack of condition constraints based on the magnitude of participation. Finally, there were differences in facility and environment, negative perception, lack of condition, and risk of injury constraints based on the types of leisure sports activity.

  • Recently, the housing problem has been recognized as a matter of housing supply with a certain environmental level and not simply a matter of handing as a quantitative problem, and the demand for pleasant residential environments and requirements for residential environments are increasing more and more. However, it is necessary to establish the directions for improvement of the residential environment according to the house type, as the requirements and levels of satisfaction differ. This study aimed to deduce the level of resident satisfaction with the residential environments according to house type, and determine the direction for improvement of the residential environment. To achieve this, the difference between the house types was analyzed through ANOVA analysis and T-Test, and the major factors on the improvement direction of the residential environment were derived through Action-grid analysis.

A Study on Enculturation Type and Life's Satisfaction among Marriage Immigrant Women (결혼이주여성의 문화적응유형과 삶의 만족도에 관한 연구)

  • This study is positive research to figure out enculturation types and to analysis influence of enculturation types on life's satisfaction of the marriage immigrant women. By precedent study, enculturation types was classified by integration factor, separation factor, assimilation factor and marginalization factor. To achieve objectives of study, we carried out sampling, survey and statistical analysis. According to result of study, integration factor and assimilation factor were appeared positive influence and separation factor was appeared negative influence statistically on quality of life of them. Therefore for quality of life of the marriage immigrant women, it need to develop interact system with native persons, support opportunity to associate with koreans, and promote fair treatment and interaction of koreans for them. And government have to execute multiculturalism policy more than assimilation policy. this study have that was samples's regional limitation, few variables limitation, and cross-sectional research's limitation. Therefor it needs more wide and depth research than this for future.

Living Behavioral Patterns of Single or Spouse Elderly Households and Ubiquitous Home Services for Each Household Type (노인단독가구 유형별 생활행태 특성 및 유비쿼터스 홈 서비스 요소 제안)

  • The purposes of this study were to identify living behavioral patterns in of single or couple elderly households in residential environment, to find out ubiquitous home services for the elders, and finally to suggest the ubiquitous home services according to each household's type. For this study, literature review, field works for ubiquitous home services for the elders, and in-depth interview and observation by 74 elderly participants were conducted. The major findings of the study were as follows: single or spouse elderly households were classified into 8 types according to the combination of their household types, income level, and health status. Among 8 types, 2 types were excluded for final analysis due to small sample size. Living behavioral characteristics of 6 types were analyzed and the behavioral pattern of each type was drawn. Based on this behavioral pattern of each type, ubiquitous home services which meet the needs of each type were suggested. The implications and limitations of this study were also discussed and the suggestions for further studies were recommended.
