This study conducted an analysis of the current use of and satisfaction with 40 village-unit core facilities that were created through a village-building project in Busan targeting users and non-users of the facilities. The study then examined ideas to promote the availability of the facilities. The results showed that for the users, they had been using the facilities for gathering and information-sharing, and the facilities were improving the interactions among the locals. In terms of non-users, the study confirmed that any relevant fields should develop diverse programs, start promotions in various ways and establish networks among neighbors to increase the non-users' use of the facilities In addition, the study found that the village-unit core facilities are working to encourage interactions among residents and that the locals' voluntary participation in operation of the facilities are needed. The study also suggested that networks across the local communities and diverse programs should be formed and developed.

한남대학교 광전자물리학과의 광학설계연구실은 산업적 응용성이 강한 첨단 응용 광학 연구에 매진함은 물론 높은 취업률이 입증하듯 인재양성의 전략적 거점으로 발돋움하고 있다. 최근 산업계에서 개발이 활발한 초소형 카메라 렌즈모듈을 비롯하여, 내시경용 비구면 렌즈, 각종 조명 광학계, 대구경 비구면 측정용 널(Null) 렌즈 설계 및 제작, 비구면 평가 등 다양한 분야의 연구활동을 벌이고 있는 가운데, 단순 기초교육 및 학문적인 연구에만 머무는 것이 아니라 산업계 및 연구소와 함께 다양한 연구개발 실적 및 논문을 발표하며 활발한 활동으로 주목을 받고 있다.

This study investigated the public use of Myeon Location in Jeollanam - do where the population is at risk of declining. And discussed the rational provision and coordination of public facilities as a guarantee of fundamental rights. As a result of the study, the rational supply and adjustment directions of public facilities are as follows. First, there are problems such as high availability of management, finance, shopping, and health facilities, lack of culture, leisure, community facilities, and weakening of center function. Therefore, in the continuing declining population situation, face management, safety and health facilities should be upgraded to multifunctional facilities, and utilization efficiency and integration should be promoted. In addition, town center rehabilitation should be centered on multifunctional facilities. In addition, elementary schools will have to utilize and preserve them to take advantage of local cultural values as nostalgia storing place that provide incentives for young people and elementary school children in the future. Second, in order to cope with population decline, public facilities need to strengthen public services through complexity and multifunctionality, wide-area operation with neighboring areas, and user-centered operation management.

The stronghold diffusion style method is resident participation style residential environment improvement plan that first of all, the general public constructs base facilities which the temporary occupancy public housings, commonness use facilities, roads, etc. And then with using the public housing of the stronghold sector, the resident oneself improves the house with independence or commonness. As a result induction of the voluntary participation of economic situation and the resident where the improvement will is reflected and introduction of versatile maintenance method through stronghold development with participation of the general public, this study tries to present the residential improvement method of diffusion style. San-Jun was selected in the subject of investigation area in stronghold diffusion style residential environmental improvement plan area. Investigation contents population register quality and quality of present house, the degree which is a house environmental improvement plan, about residential improvement the fact etc. Because unsatisfactorily in compliance with the deterioration and spatial narrow of the house, The above of half is an improvement intention. Hereafter residential improvement, According to the condition which is economic, residential improvement will change. The plan will be able to augment the economic enemy capability of the resident should grope and the residents oneself creates the environment will be able to improve the house. Also with creating, activating a resident organization, through autonomous decision-making process, the residential improvement could be advanced continuously.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to study how to activate the use of public transportation by identifying the main factors that reduce the use of public transportation due to external influences such as COVID-19 infectious diseases. Method: This study analyzed the connection between the traffic behavior and the characteristics of public transportation use in the metropolitan area changed by COVID-19 with COVID-19 indicators, and analyzed social and environmental factors affecting traffic. Results: It was analyzed that the traffic behavior in the metropolitan area moves from commercial areas to tourist resort areas, the number of COVID-19 deaths affects the use of public transportation, and the lower the deviation between population density, agricultural and forestry areas, and gender ratios due to social and environmental factors, the more significant differences are shown. Conclusion: In the future, it will be able to be activated as a basic analysis model for revitalizing the city's transportation system, regional bases, and various social and economic indicators, such as quarantine of public transportation and social distancing, and can be used as basic data for establishing public transport policy directions according to major influencing factors.

This study presents an ida on establishing “International Logistics Centre” in Korean Peninsula as a ling-term development model for Korean economy. The essence of this idea is to build a “specialized logistics area” where logistics and human being flow freely and make it a logistics center for the East Asia. The study has performed a questionnaire survey to find out the competitiveness of Korea itself compared with some competing countries. It finally suggested some idea on how to establish successful “International Logistics Centre”.

In this article, we examine the current status and problems of research and development of social problem solving in university. Social problem solving R&D is characterized by pursuing social goals and participatory research and development. This paper summarizes the problems faced by the social problem solving R & D in the university and the remedies based on the focus group interview. 1) Establishment of 'the Social problem-solving R&D center' to create a base for embedding social problem-solving R&D within the university; 2) To develop and disseminate social problem solving research and development models suitable for universities; 3) Activation plans for vitalizing the participation of mainstream researchers and civil society in the social problem solving R&D were discussed.

최근에 ICT 기반의 융합 서비스 분야로 인구 밀집지역인 메가 시티에서의 교통, 전력, 상/하수도, u-헬스, 안전/보안등의 문제들을 근본적으로 해결하기 위하여 ICT기반 개방형 플랫폼을 이용한 서비스 인프라 구축 및 개선을 위한 연구들이 많이 진행되고 있다. 이러한 ICT 기반의 융합 인프라 구축 서비스들은 M2M(Machine to Machine)과 D2D(Device to Device)를 기본 연결 수단으로 사용하고 있으며, 이들을 기반으로 서비스 정보 전달 및 제어 정보를 실시간으로 처리하기 위한 IP 기반의 플랫폼이 지원되어야만 융합 서비스가 지속적으로 제공 가능할 것이다. 이들 융합서비스 중에서 전력과 관련하여 한국의 스마트그리드 사업은 기후 변화 대응을 위하여CO2 배출을 줄이고, 에너지 효율을 향상하여 새로운 비즈니스 모델을 만들어 일자리와 신산업을 창출하기 위한 국가 프로젝트로 진행되었다. 그러나, 현재의 전력관련 국내 상황을 살펴보면 여름철과 겨울철에 반복적인 전력 수급 불안으로 인해 피크 전력에 대한 예비력이 부족하여 국가적인 재난인 블랙 아웃의 위기를 걱정하고 있는 실정이다. 본고에서는 한국의 스마트그리드 제주실증단지 사업과 관련하여 현황 및 개선 사항들을 알아보고, 향후 거점지구와 국가 단위의 서비스 확장을 위하여ICT 기반의 개방형 인프라 플랫폼 기술의 중요성을 강조하고자 한다. 이러한 M2M과 D2D를 기반으로 하는 융합 서비스의 성공적인 수행은ICT 기반의 개방형 플랫폼의 우선적인 개발이 필요하며, 플랫폼 기반의 디바이스 보급과 네트워크의 구축이 진행되어야 지속 가능한 융합 서비스를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

The goal of this study is to review the importance and to prove the feasibility of establishment and operation of the academic collaborative repositories in Korea. To that end, its importance was analyzed from the sides of collection space of libraries, national management of academic information resources, cases of collaborative repository. And its feasibility was logically proved in terms of the global production and distribution of knowledge and information, library relevant laws, national policies of academic information resources, and actual collection space of academic libraries. As a result, the importances and feasibilities of establishment of the academic collaborative repository were revealed by enough. Accordingly, there is a need to develop immediately the establishment and operation model of the collaborative repository for academic libraries.
