A Study on Determinants of Customer Satisfaction in Environmentally Friendly Agricultural Product Franchises (인터넷 창업 패션쇼핑몰 디자인 품질이 이용고객 관계의 질과 관계지속의도에 미치는 영향)

  • The objective of this study is to verify the correlations among design quality of domestic internet fashion shopping mall and relations to specific shopping malls, and shopping mall users' intention to continue the relations. The main results were withdrawn as follows. First, it was found that some factors of internet fashion shopping mall design quality had significant positive influences on the qualities of relationship to users such as reliability, satisfaction and devotion. Second, it was found that all components of quality of customer relationship to internet fashion shopping mall such as reliability, satisfaction and devotion had significant positive influence on their intention to continue relations to the internet shopping mall. Third, graphic and multimedia quality of internet fashion shopping mall design components had significant positive influences on internet fashion shopping mall users' intention to continue relationship to the shopping mall. Empirical study of qualities on the relationship between internet fashion shopping mall design quality and its users, their intention to repurchase or recommend goods from the mall would be very valuable in a management point of view of small internet fashion shopping mall.

Supply Network Analysis of Second and Third Outsourcing Firms with E-Invoice at Automobile Parts Industry: Focused to Brake Manufacturing Firms (자동차 부품산업의 전자세금계산서 기반 2차·3차 공급망 분석: 브레이크 업계를 중심으로)

  • Supply network of automobile part is addressed with the e-invoices generated at real time. Automobile is composed of 8 modules. Firms which produce these modules are defined as the first outsourcing firm. Brake is the part of power control module and so, brake manufacturing firm is called the second outsourcing firm. In this paper, the third supply networks of brake manufacturing firms is analyzed with e-invoices and social network method. At the node-level, the third outsourcing firms are classified into 3 categories, interator, allocator and hub with respect to their role at the ego-network of each brake manufacturing firm. At the network level, A2, one of 3 brake manufacturing firms have more outsourcing firms and bigger centrality than the other brake manufacturing firms. Intre-firms trade patterns are, also, analyzed by using the degree of trade dedication with respect to the modes of business. It is shown that trade pattern of retail, commodity brokerage firm, rubber and plastic manufacturing firm are hierarchical trade because their degree of trade dedication is almost near to 1.

A Study On Clusters and Ecosystem In Distribution Industry Using Big Data Analysis (빅데이타 분석을 통한 유통산업 클러스터의 형성과 생태계 연구)

  • This paper tries to study the ecosystem after constructing the network of the continuing transactions associated with distribution industry with the data of more than 50 thousands firms provided by the Korean enterprise data (KED) for 2015. After applying the clustering method, one of social network analysis tools, we find the firms in the network grouped into 732 clusters occupying about 80% of whole distribution industry sales in KED data. The firms in a cluster have most of their transactions with other firms in the cluster. But the clusters have smaller firm numbers in the cluster and sales portion of the biggest firms in the industry than the case of the manufacturing industry. The Input-output analysis for the biggest distribution firms show that the small and medium size enterprise(SME)s have very high sale dependency on a main firm in some clusters. This fact implies more efficient fair transaction policies within the clusters. And small number of big distribution firms have very high rear production linkage effects on SMEs or on the 10th or 31th group with high portion of SME employment. They should be considered important in the SME growth and employment policies.

  • In recent times, private sector allocates the risk between private sector investors in terms of equity transaction and agreement transaction. The additional risk-allocation have made the cash flows of private sector investors fluctuated and some of the PPP projects delayed. Therefore, analyzing the impact of the risk reallocation between private sector investors on their cash flows is critical for encouraging the private sector participants. In this study, a model to evaluate the financial viability of PPP project is developed based on the discounted cash flow analysis. The model can analyze the variability by equity and agreement transaction by identifying key variables of equity transaction, influence factors of agreement transaction, and relationship between the transactions and investor's profitability. It is expected that the private sector can determine the investment decision for PPP projects when the risk reallocation is occurred.

The Influences of Transaction Information about Alliance Partner on Alliance Performance -the mediating role of opportunism- (제휴파트너에 대한 거래정보가 공동마케팅 제휴성과에 미치는 영향 -기회주의 성향의 매개적 역할을 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the influences of transaction information and reputation about alliance partner on opportunism and alliance performance. In this study, a structural model and several hypotheses were developed regarding the relationships between transaction term, transaction records, reputation of alliance partner, opportunism, and alliance performance. Based on the collected data, the structural model was analyzed with Lisrel 8.12. The results can be summarized as follows. First, the longer the transaction term, the lower the opportunism and the higher the perceived alliance performances. Second, the better the transaction records, the lower the opportunism and the higher the perceived alliance performances. Third, the reputation of alliance partner company has not any influence on the opportunism and the perceived alliance performances. Finally, the lower the opportunism of alliance partner, the higher the perceived alliance performances. At the end of the paper, managerial implications and future research directions are discussed.

An Empirical Study on Existence of Arbitrage Opportunities in the KOSPI 200 Futures Market (KOSPI 200 주가지수선물시장에서의 차익거래에 관한 실증연구)

  • This study is mainly aimed at analyzing the influence of the divergency(mispricing) between KOSPI 200 theoretical prices and its real prices of KOSPI 200 spot index, considering the existence of arbitrage opportunity from the mispricing. The data in this study are the daily prices of 1262 days, from 3 May 1996 to 14 December 2000. The results of our empirical study represent that the real prices in KOSPI 200 Stock Index Futures are continuously undervalued relative to their corresponding theoretical prices. Our study reconfirms the results from previous studies conducted at the domestic and overseas markets. We conclude that the undervaluation, especially in the market opening period, could come from fear of investors, whose experiences in the stock index futures market are limited, chiefly because of loss and uncertainty of prediction toward interest rates and dividends. Our study also represents that KOSPI 200 index shows more volatilities during days with mispricing relative to days without mispricing.

  • Transactional leadership(TL) is to provide constructive feedback to organizational employee's commitment and to engender a positive impact on individuals and organizations. In this respect, this study is to investigate police's TL could positively influence organizational commitment, and is there a mediated effect in this impact empirically. This study based on the analysis on a random sample of police who has worked in Seongnam, Kwangjoo, and Hanam cities. The findings are the follows. (1) Police's TL has a positive effect on followership. (2) Police's TL has a positive effect on employees' commitment highly. (3) Police's followership has a positive effect on employees' commitment highly. (4) Followership has a partial mediated effect to relationship between Police's TL and employees' commitment. In these results, transactional leadership and followership are to verify a critical factor to improve police's organizational commitment.

  • IT 혁명으로 전자적인 활동이 전 사회의 중심 축으로 이루어지고, 또한 컴퓨터를 이용한 정보처리와 통신기술의의 눈부신 발달에 힘입어 기업의 Business에 커다란 변화를 초래하게 되었다. 특히, 인터넷이라는 환경하에서 전자상거래는 급속하게 성장하고 있으며, 기업은 전자상거래 모델을 앞다투어 개발하면서 새로운 E-Business 환경을 수용하고 있다. 또한 기업은 무역업무에 이러한 전자상거래를 도입하면서 국제간 거래의 활성화를 위해 노력하고 있지만, 국채간 사이버 무역이 안고 있는 여러 가지 애로점을 가지고 있다. 그 중에서 국제간 전자결제에 과한 문제이다. 인터넷을 이용한 무역업무를 실행시키고, 활성화하기 위한 하나의 결제방안을 제시해 보면 제3자에 의한 결제 시스템으로서 인터넷 서비스 제공업자, S/W 개발업체, 은행과 신용카드회사를 비롯한 금융기관 등은 결제시스템을 구축하는 방안이 강구될 수 있다. 또한 이 시스템에서는 다양한 판매자의 제품을 소개하고 일정 시간간격 또는 특정 구매자의 총누적 거래대금이 일정수준에 이를 때에 결제함으로써 신용카드를 지불수단으로 사용하는 경우에도 소액거래를 지원할 수 있다. 또한 전자결제제도가 성립되기 위해서는 전자자금거래의 규제를 위한 법 제도적인 측면의 정비가 시급하다. 따라서 각종 거래의 결제에 관한 법적관계는 물론 금융관련 법률을 기본으로 하여 새로운 접근방안을 마련해야 할 것이다. 이와 같은 사항들을 고려함으로써 사이버 환경의 활성화를 도모할 수 있다.

A Study on the Relationship between Leadership Styles and Organizational Outcome in Oklahoma's Volunteer Fire Department (리더십 유형과 조직성과와의 관계 분석 - 미국 오클라호마주 의용소방대를 중심으로 -)

  • This study aims to determine dominant leadership styles of the U.S. volunteer fire department and analyzes relationship between leadership styles of a fire chiefs and organizational outcome. This study reviewed 205 volunteer fire fighters in Oklahoma State which is located in middle and southern part of the U.S. As research results, it turned out that the most common leadership type of volunteer fire chiefs is transformational leadership. The second most common leadership type is transactional leadership. Laissez-faire leadership was the least common leadership type. This study analyzed that transformational leadership and transactional leadership have positive relationship with organizational outcome. In contrast, laissez-faire leadership has negative relationship with organizational outcome. Also, it turned out that the volunteer fire fighters evaluate that transformational and transactional leadership decrease as working years of current volunteer fire chiefs increase.

Relations Among Motivation to Lead, Leadership Behavior, and Performance (리더십 발휘동기, 리더십 행위 그리고 성과간의 관계에 관한 탐색적 연구)

  • The current study is an attempt, in two separate surveys, to explore the role of motivation to lead, which has rarely been introduced into academic leadership research in Korea. For the survey and statistical analysis, the population is defined as the employees working in Korea. The motivation to lead is considered important in practices since without it any leadership development interventions show less possibility to succeed. The motivation to lead was defined in terms of three dimensions as in affective motivation, socio-normative motivation, and non-calculative motivation(Chen & Drasgow, 2001). The study then empirically explored the potential relationships between the three dimensions and leadership styles. Specifically, such leadership styles as transformational leadership, transactional leadership, and self-sacrificial leadership behavior have been correlated to motivation to lead. In addition, using regression analysis, the explanatory power of the motivation to lead on various dependent variables were investigated. As a result, the three dimensions of motivation to lead, that is, affective, socio-normative, and non-calculative motivations each were found to have strong correlations with transformational, transactional, and self-sacrificial leadership, as well as with other criterion-related variables such as organizational commitment and trust. Limitations of the current study, along with future research directions were also discussed.
