최근 환경적 기능을 중요시하는 시대적 흐름에 맞추어 친환경적으로 하천의 정비가 이루어지고 있다. 하천에서 호안은 생태학적인 측면에서 볼 때 하천을 중심으로 한 생활영역을 가지는 생물에게 육역과 수역의 연결부로서 추이대(ecotone)의 기능을 담당하고 있어 그 중요성은 이루 말할 수 없다. 그럼에도 불구하고 실제 자연친화적 하천정비에서 조차 호안공법의 선정은 객관적인 자료와 평가기법의 부재로 하천의 환경특성을 고려하지 못한 채 무분별하고 획일적인 공법으로 시공이 이루어지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 향후 자연친화적 하천공사 시 시공하천의 특성을 고려한 호안공법의 선정이 객관적이고 합리적으로 이루어질 수 있도록 기존의 호안평가지표 및 기법을 수정 제안하였다. 제안된 호안평가기법의 평가항목은 안정성, 환경성 그리고 친수 어메니티이다. 금번 연구에서 제안한 호안평가기법의 적용을 위하여 전국의 하천을 대상으로 사전조사를 실시한 후 호안평가의 적용이 용이한 91개 하천을 선정하여 현장조사를 실시하였다. 그리고 조사를 통해 확보한 호안 자료는 호안평가기법을 이용하여 호안의 안정성, 환경성 그리고 친수 어메니티에 대한 평가가 이루어졌으며, 제안된 호안평가기법은 호안 및 하천의 특성을 적절히 반영함을 확인 할 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 확보된 자료는 향후 생태적 측면을 고려한 하천정비의 방향제시 등의 기대효과를 가져올 수 있으리라 생각되며, 호안공법 선정을 위한 호안평가기법 개발의 기초자료로 유용하게 활용될 것으로 사료된다.

The Bark Coherence Function (BCF) defies a coherence function within perceptual domain as a new cognition module, robust to linear distortions due to the analog interface of digital mobile system. Our previous experiments have shown the superiority of BCF over current measures. In this paper, a new BCF suitable for VoIP is developed. The unproved BCF is based on the wavelet series expansion that provides good frequency resolution while keeping good time locality. The proposed Wavelet based Bark Coherence function (WBCF) is robust to variable delay often observed in packet-based telephony such as Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP). We also show that the refinement of time synchronization after signal decomposition can improve the performance of the WBCF. The regression analysis was performed with VoIP speech data. The correlation coefficients and the standard error of estimates computed using the WBCF showed noticeable improvement over the Perceptual Speech Quality Measure (PSQM) that is recommended by ITU-T.

The purpose of this study was to investigate relationships among the older drivers' subjective evaluation and objective performances for driving ability, mobility and subjective well-being. Scores for mobility and subjective well-being were obtained using questionnaires. Diagram-based driving scenarios and driving simulation were used to measure subjective and objective driving abilities, respectively. The results can be summarized as followings. First, subjective evaluation scores of driving ability but not objective driving performance significantly correlated with mobility. Second, the higher level of mobility predicted higher life satisfaction, higher positive affectivity, and lower negative affectivity. Third, the older driver's higher scores of subjective driving ability induced higher level of mobility, which, in turn, increased life satisfaction and positive affectivity but lower negative affectivity. The results suggested that subjective rather than objective ability for driving is more important in determining the level of old driver's subjective well-being.

From the recent, an big issue of the internet attack is DDoS(Distributed Denial of Service). Some government agencies and companies will buy Anti-DDoS SW for protect their their network system form DDoS attack. But We don't have any objective valuation standard of Anti-DDoS SW. So When you try to buy an Anti-DDoS SW, you can get only subjective Anti-DDoS SW information which from Anti-DDoS SW vender. Anti-DDoS SW market is getting bigger, so market needs objective valuation standard of Anti-DDoS SW for a fair evaluation. In this paper, we describe a part of Anti-DDoS SW performance tests in valuation standard of Anti-DDoS SW.

정보의 중요성이 날로 부각되고 인터넷 사용인구가 급격히 증가함에 따라 국내에서도 정보검색에 대한 관심이 크게 높아지고 있다. 여기에 PC의 보급이 일반화되어 사무실이나 가정에서 쉽게 온라인에 접속하여 정보검색을 할 수 있게 됨에 따라 정보검색이 일부 전문가들의 영역을 벗어나 일반인들 사이로 확산되고 있다. 이제는 정보검색을 전문적인 기능으로 국가에서 관리하는 방안을 검토할 때이다. 전문 검색인의 발굴 및 평가 체제를 일본의 사례를 통해 알아보자.

In order to manage the correct posture in daily life, it is necessary to evaluate the objective posture and appropriate prescription and management. The posture evaluation program is widely used as a method to evaluate posture relatively easily and safely. However, the existing posture evaluation program is evaluated by utilizing the position of the skeletal system, but lacks feedback on the result of the evaluation because the muscle information causing the posture is lacking and the efficiency of the program is decreased. Therefore, we will improve the existing posture evaluation program and design the system that helps the correct posture management by the appropriate exercise prescription based on the feedback that the server measures and stores the evaluation result through the SOAP message.

As ICT is becoming a major social infrastructure, the need to strengthen cyber capabilities are emerging. In the major advanced countries including the United States, has a continuing interest in strengthening cyber capabilities and has studied in enhancements of cyber capabilities. The cyber capability assessment is necessary in order to determine the current level of the country, establish policy directions and legislations. The selection of criteria has very important meaning to suggest future policy direction as well as an objective assessment of cybersecurity capabilities. But there are variable criteria for national cyber capabilities assessment such as strategy, legislation, technology, society and culture, and human resources. In this paper we perform the analysis of criteria for the other country's cybersecurity assessments including the U.S. and Europe. And we proposed the criteria for the national cybersecurity assessment reflecting the our country's characteristics.

본 어플은 사회적 문제를 기술적 패러다임에 맞춰 해결하고자 기획되었다. 일반적으로 자기 자신의 문제점보다 다른 사람의 문제점이 더 쉽게 보이고 인식하게 된다. 작은 문제로 볼 수 있지만 최근 사회적 문제로 발생하고 있는 "따돌림" 문제는 인간의 존엄성마저 잃어버리게 하고 있다. 친구들의 문제뿐 아니라 부모와 자식, 형제, 자매 등 가족들과의 의사 단절 등으로 확대되고 있으며, 이런 문제를 해결하기위하여 많은 노력들을 하고 있지만, 실제 치료의 시간도 오래 걸리고 많은 금전도 필요하게 된다. 이렇기에 최근 트랜드의 축이 되고 있는 "스마트폰"을 활용하여 시간적, 공간적 제약을 최소화하고 더불어 수익성을 고려하여 "WHO"의 어플을 기획하게 되었다. 특히, 사후문제 처리가 아닌 "예방"의 목적으로 상대방의 문제점을 파악하는 것과 자신의 문제점을 인지하고 해결하는데 중점을 두었다. 내가 아닌 지인이 나에 대한 평가를 보다 객관적인 평가를 하기 위하여 대상자를 자신의 스마트폰 주소록에 한정하였으며, 악위적인 댓글 등을 최소화하기 위하여 금지어, 입력글자 개수제한 등을 추가하였다. 평점을 줄 수 있게 하여 상대적이고 객관적인 점수로 자신의 평점을 알 수 있게 하였고 보다 빠른 인지를 위하여 별모양의 그래픽을 사용하여 평가하도록 하였다. 특히, 본 어플은 설치자만이 사용할 수 있기 때문에 주소록에 있는 명단에서 "초대하기"기능으로 설치를 유도하였다. 본 어플을 개발 후 2주간의 테스트를 통하여 어플의 기대효과에 대한 가능성에 대해 확인할 수 있었으며 추가로 개발될 어플에는 분야별 항목을 추가하여 보다 섬세한 자아평가를 가능하도록 기획하고 있다.

The aim of this study is to establish an evaluation function that can be used in comparison of alternative layouts by quantification of particularities of arrangements. The machinery arrangement is a design phase that decides the location of various equipment in a compartment to make the most of the function of every components and to meet the limit of ship space at the same time. In case of the ship, Only one of the several alternative layouts is selected. This process depends on the experience, knowledge, and judgement of an expert and, as a result of it, it's hard to get an objective evaluation. Therefore, according to quantification by using the fuzzy theory, we suggest a standard that can objectively evaluate alternative layouts.
