Study for the Pseudonymization Technique of Medical Image Data (의료 이미지 데이터의 비식별화 방안에 관한 연구)

  • The recent frequent cases of damage due to leakage of medical data and the privacy of medical patients is increasing day by day. The government says the Privacy Rule regulations established for these victims, such as prevention. Medical data guidelines can be seen 'national medical privacy guidelines' is only released. When replacing the image data between the institutions it has been included in the image file (JPG, JPEG, TIFF) there is exchange of data in common formats such as being made when the file is leaked to an external file there is a risk that the exposure key identification information of the patient. This medial image file has no protection such as encryption, This this paper, introduces a masking technique using a mosaic technique encrypting the image file contains the application to optical character recognition techniques. We propose pseudonymization technique of personal information in the image data.

A Design and Implementation of Personal Vessel Monitoring System Based on Context Aware (상황인식 기반 개인 선박 상태감시시스템 설계 및 구현)

  • Ship can be faced with more dangerous situations than ground vehicles due to the opened surroundings, sea. Therefore, it is very important to prevent the ship emergency by finding risk factor. In this paper, We propose context-aware monitoring system which that frequently check the condition of ship using the data that get through the installed sensor in the ship as gyro-sensor, strain-gage sensor. We analyzed sensor data through backpropagation algorithm and the Condition and Safety Information of sailing ship is transmitted to the crew's personal mobile device in the ship. Thus, moving crew can check the ship's condition in real time. As a result, we obtained about 95% accuracy for fire risk context and about 89% accuracy for body of Ship risk context in the simulated experiments.

  • In Korea, the Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) has been introduced. For secure information transmission and identification, the electronic signature authorization system of a certificate-based is built, and then the service provide.The certificate is stored in location what users can easily access and copy. Thus, there is a risk that can be stolen by malware or web account hacking. In addition, private key passwords can be exposed by the logging tool, after keyboard security features are disabled. Each of these security weaknesses is a potential conduit for identity theft, property/asset theft, and theft of the actual certificates. The present study proposes a method to prevent the private key file access illegally. When a certificate is stored, the private key is encrypted by the dependent element of the device, and it is stored securely. If private key leakage occurs, the retrieved key could not be used on other devices.

  • A recent spread of personal mobility devices such as electric kickboards has brought about a rapid increase in accident cases. Such vehicles are susceptible to falling accidents due to their low dynamic stability and lack of outer protection chassis. This paper presents the development of an automatic emergency braking system and a safe starting system as driving assistance devices for electric kickboards. The braking system employed artificial intelligence to detect nearby threaening objects. The starting system was developed to disable powder to the motor until when the driver's boarding is confirmed. This study is meaningful in that it proposes the convergence technology of advanced driver assistance systems specialized for personal mobility devices.

  • 정보화시대로 넘어오면서 코딩 역시 중요한 교육으로 자리 잡고 있다. 초등학교는 물론 중, 고등학교도 교육적인 측면에서 프로그래밍을 중요시하고 있으며 C언어나 Java는 더이상 개발자만을 위한 언어로 인지되지 않는다. 하지만 코딩의 결과만 의존할 경우 정보보호를 하는 시큐어 코딩의 요소를 중요하게 여기지 않을 수 있다. 그 결과 DB는 물론 서버 에러를 비롯해 개인정보는 많은 위험에 노출될 수 있다. 기본적인 프로그래밍을 숙지한 개발자를 위해 더욱 안전한 코딩을 교육하고자 시큐어 C 코딩 앱을 기획하게 되었고, 정보보호를 코딩의 중요한 요소로 인지하기를 기대한다.

  • Recently, OTP (One-time-Password) log-in methods have been used in many areas to prevent leakage of personal information and enhance security. The OTP method is primarily used for security of bank personal account, this is one of the sophisticated security ways in which one time password is generated and checked to enhance security. Digital door locks frequently used in everyday life require convenience and safety simultaneously. Meanwhile, related technologies for digital door locks are evolving, but methods for enhancement of security are still unsatisfactory. Generally, the digital door lock using password input type has been most commonly used and especially it provides more convenience, but it has some problems such as password exposure and password oblivion. Therefore, in this study, we propose and implement the OTP-based digital door lock system with enhanced security and convenience features but without the risk of password exposure and oblivion.

  • 최근 COVID-19 팬데믹 시대 도래로 ICT 기술 기반의 지능화된 사회실현에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있지만, 사이버 위협의 다변화로 그 범위와 피해 또한 확대되고 있다. 특히, 개인의 민감 데이터뿐만 아니라, 산업체와 공공기관의 사이버 위험성 및 노출은 심각한 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 정보보호 분야에서의 위협행위 등을 탐지, 분석, 대응할 수 있는 교육 프로그램 개발과 전문 인력양성을 위한 사이버 레인지의 국내·외 기술 동향을 살펴보고자 한다. 마지막으로, 더욱 지능화되고 발전하는 사이버 위협으로부터 이를 방지하고 대응하기 위한 사이버 레인지의 발전 방향을 논하고자 한다.

De-identification Techniques for Big Data and Issues (빅데이타 비식별화 기술과 이슈)

  • Recently, the processing and utilization of big data, which is generated by the spread of smartphone, SNS, and the internet of things, is emerging as a new growth engine of ICT field. However, in order to utilize such big data, De-identification of personal information should be done. De-identification removes identifying information from a data set so that individual data cannot be linked with specific individuals. De-identification can reduce the privacy risk associated with collecting, processing, archiving, distributing or publishing information, thus it attempts to balance the contradictory goals of using and sharing personal information while protecting privacy. De-identified information has also been re-identified and has been controversial for the protection of personal information, but the number of instances where personal information such as big data is de-identified and processed is increasing. In addition, many de-identification guidelines have been introduced and a method for de-identification of personal information has been proposed. Therefore, in this study, we describe the big data de-identification process and follow-up management, and then compare and analyze de-identification methods. Finally we provide personal information protection issues and solutions.

U-건물 화재피난정보 시스템에 관한 연구

  • 화재발생시 기존의 비상경보설비는 화재경보라는 단순한 정보만을 제공함으로서 대피자의 입장에서는 건축물의 안전상황 및 피난상황을 식별할 수 없다. 따라서 화재발생시 대피자들이 밀집되는 병목현상이나 화재 영향에 노출되어 있는 피난경로로의 대피 등은 화재 피해를 가중시키고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 현재 응용 가능한 대표적인 Ubiquitous 기술 중 개인의 위치를 식별하여 이용하는 위치인식기술 RSSI(Received Signal Strength Indication)을 활용한다. RSSI를 기반으로 한 LQI(Link Quality Indication)는 무선통신기간의 거리인식을 통해 대피자 정보 시스템 정보를 획득한다. 이러한 위치정보시스템을 응용하여 개발한 화재 안전 시스템은 화재 위치를 식별하고 화재위험 지역의 상황변화를 예측하여 피난경로 선정을 위한 안전정보를 제공하여 준다.

  • 우리 사회에서 개인이 복용하고 있는 약물의 종류와 수가 점점 늘어나고 있다. 약물의 사용이 증가하면서 때로는 치명적일 수 있는 약물 오남용 또한 빈번히 발생하고 있으며 특히 노년층과 같이 약품을 정확하게 구별할 수 없는 사람들은 더욱더 그 위험에 노출되어있다. 본 논문에서는 사용자가 간단한 사진을 찍는 행위를 거치면 약물의 정보를 제공하고, 복용법을 알 수 있는 모바일 애플리케이션에 관하여 기술한다. 이를 구현하기 위하여 세밀한 시각적 분류 (Fine-Grained Visual Categorization, FGVC) 기법과 광학 문자 인식 (Optical Character Recognition, OCR) 기법을 결합한 인공지능 모델을 사용하였으며, React Native 를 사용하여 운영체제에 종속되지 않도록 애플리케이션을 제안한다. 이 애플리케이션은 노년층에 친화된 UI/UX 로 디자인되었으며, 약물의 정보 제공 이외에도 개인 약물 관리, 주변 약국 길 찾기 등의 편의 기능을 통해 노년층에 삶의 질 향상을 기대할 수 있을 것이다.
