Large amounts of information on individuals is available to many organizations and data users and government agencies release microdata files from their survey data or administrative records data. However, if a microdata file is released without any limitation, an invasion of privacy is likely to occur. Therefore, in creating a microdata file, agencies attempt to eliminate disclosure risk of the file while maintaining maximum utility of the data. In this paper, we introduce the concept of disclosure risk, identification and uniqueness. Also, we show the method for creating a 2% microdata file using the 2005 Korean census microdata.

In this paper, an investigation on internet safety of 244 national or public elementary schools' web sites was performed with two points of view : inappropriate material posting and personal information exposure. The investigation results showed that obscene materials and commercial advertisements were uploaded into the bulletin board(67.2%) and students' personal information such as photograph, address, telephone number were exposed(87.3%). Most of the inappropriate materials were posted by auto-register programs. This problem was occurred due to reckless bulletin board opening and inappropriate management. On the contrary, personal information was exposed by teachers and students. They didn't not care about their personal information. It shows the fact that they have not recognized the danger of personal information exposure. Therefore managing real-name membership and enforcing permission to bulletin board were required to construct and use a safe school web site. Teachers have to understand not only negative effects appeared in a school web site but also latent dangerous factors.

This study focused on university students' risk perception of cybercrime through media exposure. For this purpose, I tried to figure out the results of risk perception on cybercrime with 8 factors. As a result, the lowest type of cybercrime was internet fraud, and it was caused by media type and degree of exposure, where university students get information about cybercrime. There's a difference of students' risk perception by media type, news media was the best. Depending on the media of the environment, even in the area of cyber crime there is a difference of perception of risk for each individual. And it can be confirmed that the risk perception in response to the exposure of the media has changed.

인터넷의 발달은 현대사회의 정보문화발달에 크게 이바지했지만 ‘ 정보화의역기능’이라는 새로운 문제점을 노출시켰다. 정보화의 역기능 중 대표적인 것으로 ‘개인정보유출’을 들 수 있는데 타인의 개인정보 도용문제는 이미 위험수위에 도달했다. 이러한 개인정보유출이 문제가 되는 이유는 단순한 도용에서 그치는 것이 아니라 정신적 피해, 재산적 피해 등 심각한 범죄까지 동반한 경우가 빈번하게 발생하기 때문이다.

SNS is relationship based service and its users are increasing rapidly because it can be used in variety forms as penetration rate of Smartphone increased. Accordingly personal information can be exposed easily and spread rapidly in SNS so self-control on information management, right to control open and distribution of own personal information is necessary. This research suggest way of measuring personal information leaking risk factor through personal information leaking possible territory's, based on property value and relationship of personal information in SNS, personal information exposure frequency and access rate. Suggested method expects to used in strengthening self-control on information management right by arousing attention of personal information exposure to SNS users.

최고 수준의 IT인프라를 활용하는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스의 확산에 따라 스마트 폰을 활용하여 언제든지 원하는 서비스 요청이 가능하게 되었다. 그러나 이러한 최신 IT서비스의 이면에는 보안 위협이 존재한다. 클라우드 서비스를 통해 데이터 뿐 아니라 개인정보의 수집 및 활용 또한 용이해지면서, 개인정보 유 노출 및 악용의 위험이 높아지고 있어, 이러한 사항을 고려한 클라우드 보안 방안을 마련할 필요가 생겼다. 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스 제공자가 개인정보보호에 대한 충분한 방안을 마련하고 시행할 수 있도록, 정부의 법제 마련 등 범국가적 지원이 필요한 상황이다. 이에 정부는 2013년부터 추진하고 있는 "클라우드 컴퓨팅 발전 및 이용자 보호에 관한 법률안"을 통해 클라우드 산업 활성화를 위하여 정부가 지원 방안을 마련하고자 하나, 개인정보에 대한 세밀한 검토 후 수정 보완 하여 한다는 의견이 있어, 현재 국회에 계류중이다. 본고에서는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스의 발전과 클라우드 환경에서의 개인정보보호 이슈를 정리 해보고, 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스를 이용하는 서비스 이용자의 개인정보 안전성을 보장하고 서비스 제공자의 잠재적 개인정보 침해 위험을 줄일 수 있는 방향을 생각 해 보고자 한다.

대부분의 공공기관과 기업에서 개인정보가 포함된 문서를 마스킹 처리하여 온라인상에 게재하고 있다. 이 때, 여러 검색 엔진에서 특정 키워드를 통한 검색 결과를 통해 개인정보가 포함된 문서들이 대량으로 노출되고 있으며 마스킹 처리가 된 정보라 하더라도 2개 이상의 부가 정보들을 조합해서 개인을 특정할 수 있는 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 이를 통해 얻은 개인정보와 개인을 특정할 수 있는 정보는 다양한 범죄 피해를 발생시킬 우려가 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 검색 엔진과 온라인상에서 노출되고 있는 개인정보가 포함된 문서들을 탐지한다. 그 후 발견된 문서들의 통계와 조사를 통해 온라인상에 노출 중인 개인정보와 가명정보 등이 초래하는 피해의 심각성을 재고하고, 대안을 제시하고자 한다.

Smart grid systems can be real-time information exchange between suppliers and consumers, and provides a lot of convenience. However, the risk to the user's personal information exposure is ever-present. Depending on the characteristic of the smart grid environment, there is a threat of the disclosure of personal information based on the personal information life-cycle, and can also be exposed a variety of information based on energy consumption pattern analysis. In this paper, we analyze the existing privacy act in the smart grid and propose improvements for the existing directive.

Today, with the popularity of smart phones and the proliferation of SNS, anyone is exposed to the risk of personal information leakage. Unlike the prior studies of privacy, this research aims to identify the privacy factors affecting the provision intention of individual information from the SNS Users. This study also analyses how the perceived privacy risks and corporate trust affect the provision intention of individual information. The analysis results of empirical data show that despite experiencing the privacy leakage such as direct hacking and being aware of the risk, people are providing firms with personal information. The most influential variables to perceived privacy risk are information privacy policy, information privacy concern, previous privacy experience and information privacy awareness in the decreasing order of importance. Those to the corporate trust are information privacy policy, information privacy awareness, previous privacy concern and information privacy experience. Besides, the corporate trust and the perceived privacy risk also affect the provision intention of personal information. Finally, this study proposes the implications for personal information privacy.

최근 온라인상에 공개된 정보에서 개인정보 노출 여부를 분석하고 노출된 개인정보에 대한 위험도를 평가하는 기술이 연구되고 있다. 이와 같은 연구를 위해서는 다양한 경로에서 수집되는 개인정보들에 대한 사용자 ID 연결이 먼저 이루어져야 한다. 그래서 본 논문에서는 페이스북과 트위터 사용자를 연결할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고, 그 성능을 분석했다. 총 5가지 정보에 대한 유사도 측정 실험을 진행하여 각각에 정보가 페이스북과 트위터 사용자를 연결하는데 미치는 영향력을 확인했다. 정보의 영향력은 지역(72.2%), 링크(52%), 이름(51.3%), 이미지(11%), 관계(1%) 순으로 확인되었다.
