A Study on Deciding Port Development Priority (항만개발 우선순위 선정에 관한 연구)

  • This study aims to suggest how the port specialists think the priority of port development in Korea To illustrate the ideas regarding a port development, 87 detailed attributes were identified both from the previous studies and from brainstorming on port professionals. And these were grouped into 6 criteria by 'KJ method' and made into 4 levels hierarchy structure. AHP technique identifies the relative weights of each levels, trends of the preference of port specialists and the composite relative weights of alternatives. As a result, a port development priority in Korea has been proposed.

  • As smart phone market has been rapidly saturated, wearable devices have been emerging as a new growth power in the post smart phone era. This study aims to comprehend the influential factors of purchasing intention of product features(perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use) and individual characteristics(innovation, fashion leadership, self-efficacy, concern for health) of wrist wearable device. The result shows that fashion leadership and health concern among consumers' individuality, and perceived usefulness and perceived usability among product features are proved to be significant factors. This means that both usefulness and usability have significant impacts on purchase intention of wearable device and product development should be made to enhance user experience.

Mining of Subspace Contrasting Sample Groups in Microarray Data (마이크로어레이 데이터의 부공간 대조 샘플집단 마이닝)

  • In this paper, we introduce the subspace contrasting group identification problem and propose an algorithm to solve the problem. In order to identify contrasting groups, the algorithm first determines two groups of which attribute values are in one of the contrasting ranges specified by the analyst, and searches for the contrasting groups while increasing the dimension of subspaces with an association rule mining strategy. Because the dimension of microarray data is likely to be tens of thousands, it is burdensome to find all contrasting groups over all possible subspaces by query generation. It is very useful in the sense that the proposed method allows to find those contrasting groups without analyst's involvement.

  • 의사소통에서 대화자 간 감정의 이해는 메시지의 내용만큼이나 중요하다. 비언어적 요소에 의해 감정에 관한 더 많은 정보가 전달되고 있기는 하지만, 텍스트에도 화자의 감정을 나타내는 언어적 표지가 다양하고 풍부하게 녹아 들어 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 인간언어공학에 활용할 수 있는 감정 온톨로지를 설계하는 데 있다. 텍스트 기반 감정 처리 분야의 선행 연구가 감정을 분류하고, 각 감정의 서술적 어휘 목록을 작성하고, 이를 텍스트에서 검색함으로써, 추출된 감정의 정확도가 높지 않았다. 이에 비해, 본 연구에서 제안하는 감정 온톨로지는 다음과 같은 장점을 갖는다. 첫째, 감정 표현의 범주를 기술 대상(언어적 vs. 비언어적)과 방식(표현적, 서술적, 도상적)으로 분류하고, 이질적 특성을 갖는 6개 범주 간 상호 대응관계를 설정함으로써, 멀티모달 환경에 적용할 수 있다. 둘째, 세분화된 감정을 분류할 수 있되, 감정 간 차별성을 가질 수 있도록 24개의 감정 명세를 선별하고, 더 섬세하게 감정을 분류할 수 있는 속성으로 강도와 극성을 설정하였다. 셋째, 텍스트에 나타난 감정 표현을 명시적으로 구분할 수 있도록, 경험자 기술 대상과 방식 언어적 자질에 관한 속성을 도입하였다. 이때 본 연구에서 제안하는 감정 온톨로지가 한국어 처리에 국한되지 않고, 다국어 처리에 활용할 수 있도록 확장성을 고려했다.

Influence of Korean Instagram Users' Individualism/Collectivism Propensity, Social Capital and Instagram Usage Propensity on their Fashion Influencer's Attributes Evaluation (인스타그램 이용자의 개인주의/집단주의 성향, 사회적 자본 및 인스타그램 이용 성향에 따른 패션 인플루언서 속성 평가에 관한 연구)

  • This study investigates the effects of fashion consumers' individualism collectivism propensity, social capital and Instagram usage propensity on evaluations for fashion influencer's attributes on Instagram. This study conducted a questionnaire survey of 20 to 30 year old male and female Instagram users. A total of 483 replies were submitted and 467 of the replies were used in the final analysis. The quantitative data collected through questionnaires were analyzed using reliability analysis using SPSS 18.0 while AMOS 18.0 was used to test the model fit and a structural equation modeling between the variables. The results indicated that vertical collectivism and vertical individualism were found to be related to relationship seeking propensity; only vertical individualism was found to be related to information seeking propensity. Furthermore, relationship seeking propensity and information seeking propensity were both related to the fashion influencer's attributes of professionalism, intimacy and attractiveness.

Parents' Satisfaction on Foodservice Quality of Kindergartens in Chungbuk Province (충북지역 유치원 급식품질에 대한 학부모 만족도)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine parents' perceptions towards the importance and performance levels of foodservices quality at kindergartens. The questionnaire was developed to measure the thirty-one quality attributes of foodservice operations. A questionnaire survey was conducted to 500 parents and the return rates were 62.4%. The survey period was from July 15 to August 8, 2008. The parents had a high level of perception toward the need for foodservice, earning 4.46 points out of 5 point. Their perceptions of foodservice quality were examined by six dimensions of importance and performance level. While the parents gave 4 points or greater of 5 points to most quality attributes of importance level, they gave 4 points or less out of 5 points to most quality attributes of performance level. As for the importance and performance level of the quality dimensions of foodservice, parents regarded sanitation as the most important dimension. IPA showed that 'ventilation', 'sanitation of tableware' and 'sanitation of dining tables and chairs' were included as 'focus' areas. The overall satisfaction level for foodservice was 3.74 out of 5 points A higher level of satisfaction was shown at self-operated foodservice system of kindergartens. According to multiple regression analysis, 46.3% of the variance in the respondents' overall satisfaction scores was explained by factors such as food, menu and price, facilities, sanitation, atmosphere and foodservice effects.

  • In constructing a credit scorecard, each characteristic variable is divided into a few attributes; subsequently, weights are assigned to those attributes in a process called coarse classification. While partitioning a characteristic variable into attributes, one should determine appropriate cutpoints for the partition. In this paper, we propose a cutpoint selection method via penalization. In addition, we compare the performances of the proposed method with classification spline machine (Koo et al., 2009) on both simulated and real credit data.

  • 가스하이드레이트의 국내 부존 가능성이 확인됨에 따라 가스하이드레이트 개발기술 및 부존 정보의 확보를 위한 가스하이드레이트 연구개발사업이 추진 중에 있다. 가스하이드레이트 개발사업과 같은 국가주도 연구개발사업의 경우 사업의 타당성 확보와 효율적인 추진을 위해서 사업 및 개발기술의 가치를 객관적으로 평가해야 할 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 가스하이드레이트 개발사업의 가치평가를 위한 주요 속성들을 결정하고 속성별 쌍대비교를 통해 중요도를 도출 할 수 있는 Fuzzy AHP 방법론을 사용하여 상대적 가중치를 도출하였다 연구 결과 가스하이드레이트 개발사업 및 기술의 가치는 상위계층으로 직접가치와 유발가치로 나눌 수 있고, 하위계층으로 총 8개의 속성으로 분류 할 수 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 중요도 분석결과 가스하이드레이트를 직접 개발함으로써 얻을 수 있는 개발가치가 사업시행으로 인한 탐사개발 기술의 확보로 유발되는 가치보다 높은 중요도를 가지는 것으로 평가 되었다. 또한 개발가치의 세부항목 중에는 에너지 안보 증진 효과가, 유발가치의 세부항목 중에는 인력양성효과가 가장 중요한 가치평가 요소로 나타났다

Research on the Difference on Selection of Travel Product Attributes by Tourism Action: Focus on Outbound Tourist (관광행동에 따른 여행상품속성 선택의 차이에 관한 연구 : 해외여행객을 중심으로)

  • This study intends to provide support for tourism industry to establish marketing strategies for selling the travel products on which it should focus on more by examining the difference on selection of travel product attributes by tourism action. This research utilized cluster analysis and ANOVA. The cluster analysis identified four cluster: logical tourism, weak conspicious tourism, value tourism, conspicuous and value tourism. ANOVA analysis showed that four cluster were different in terms of tourism action such as transportation accommodation facilities, tourist attractions, shopping and meals except for travel service, entertainment.

  • This paper is to investigate the correlation between leadership and organizational culture, and is to find out the influence of leadership and organizational culture on employee's job attitude in hotel industry based on the survey data from 274 hotel employees working in 13 deluxe hotels in Seoul. As a result of empirical analysis, all leadership attributes(charisma/inspiration, service/consideration, reward) were correlated with organization culture factors(group oriented, stratified oriented, innovative oriented, rational oriented). And reward, service/inspiration were significantly influenced on employee's job attitude. As a whole reward based on compensation was more important attribute than other leadership attributes on organizational culture factors, employee's job attitude. And group oriented, stratified oriented culture were positively influenced on employee's job attitude.
