  • 최근 개인 정보 취득에 대해 가장 널리 사용되는 방법 중 하나는 특정 사이트의 모조를 통해 사용자를 혼란 시켜 개인 아이디, 계좌 정보 등을 입력하도록 하여 개인 정보를 취득하거나, 일반적으로 많이 사용되는 신뢰된 인터넷 상의 공간(Portal BBS, 카페, 블로그 등)에 특정한 스파이웨어 등을 숨겨놓아 사용자 컴퓨터에 설치되도록 유도 한 후 개인 정보를 취득하는 등의 지능적이고 기존의 방법으로는 차단하기 어려운 방식을 사용하고 있다. 최근 더욱 그 기세를 넓히고 있는 다양하고, 빠르게 변화하는 위험들로부터 사용자 정보 및 네트워크를 안전하게 보호하기 위한 다양하고 적극적인 방법이 필요하다. 이를 위해 보안 장비와 계층적 RBL DNS를 이용한 근본적인 위협원 접근 차단 방법을 통해 급변하는 위협으로부터 사용자의 정보와 네트워크를 안전하게 보호할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다.

  • With the introduction of video cameras into law enforcement, a great deal of police organizations have adopted the technology in their routine crime prevention activities. The up-to-date systems of ambient surveillance energized by CCTV, police wearable cameras, drones, and thermal imaging devices enable the police to thoroughly monitor public spaces as well as to rigorously arrest on-scene criminals. These efforts to improve the level of surveillance are often met with public resistance raising concerns over citizens' rights to privacy. Recent studies on the use of police video equipment have constantly raised the issues related to the lack of applicable legal provisions, risk of personal information and privacy infringement as well as security vulnerabilities. In this regard, the present study attempted to review the public surveillance methods currently used by law enforcement agencies worldwide within the context of public safety and individual rights to privacy. Furthermore, the present study also discussed the legal boundaries of police use of video equipment to address public concerns over privacy issues.

  • 본 논문에서는 개인용 하드웨어를 통해 인증을 강화하고 이를 활용하여 개인 클라우드를 제공할 수 있는 개인용 보안장비인 DONO를 제안한다. 또한 DONO를 활용하여 보다 규모가 확장된 클라우드 서비스를 제안하고 이를 활용하여 실제 서비스가 가능함을 보여주도록 한다. DONO가 사용하는 환경은 기존의 네트워크 시스템을 따르는 대신 콘텐츠 중심의 통신을 통해 면역 기반 보안 시스템을 구축한다. 데이터 전송은 CCN(Content Centric Network)을 통해 이루어지며 CCNx 그룹이 검증한 프로토콜을 활용한다. DONO에 의해 보호되는 영역은 일반적인 네트워크 통신을 사용하지 않고 CCN 프로토콜에 따라서 운영하며 이를 통해 기존의 보안 공격과 추가적으로 알 수 없는 공격으로부터 시스템을 보호할 수 있다. 이러한 새로운 방식을 활용해 클라우드 시스템을 제공하며 보다 안전한 서비스를 활용할 수 있음을 보이도록 한다.

Personal Ceramic Armor Materials to Protect the Human lives in the Warfare (생명을 보호히는 개인용 세라믹 방탄보호재료)

  • This paper mainly describes the armor materials, especially the ceramic materials for the personal protection. In the ceramic armor materials, B4C ceramics and SiC ceramics are the most popular materials. The $B_4C$ ceramics which consists of 4 atoms of boron and I atom of carbon is very light and strong. It is usually used to personal protection armor and chair protection in the helicopter. This material must be sintered at very high temperature because it melts at $2400^{\circ}C$. In order to have a good armor property, it must have very high density which is achieved by hot press or subsidiary sintering aid methods such as reducing the particle size of raw materials or mixing the sintering agents to the raw materials.

  • As personal information protection act was recently enforced, a mechanism which saves encrypted personal information has been used to Information Security systems. To use the mechanism, a millions of personal information which are already saved on the system first have to be encrypted. At the moment, it may cause a resource scarcity on server, and also take a lot of time. Thus, this paper suggests a way to encrypt millions of personal information by using multi-server with low specifications and measures its performance on test environment. And, I was compared with the performance of high- specification server. As a compared result, the mechanism with three devices by parallel and distributed processing improved its performance by 128%, and the mechanism with five devices by the same processing improved its performance by 158%.

  • 지휘관 및 병사 공히 새로운 기술을 받아들이는데 신중하고 너무 늦었던 예가 역사상에 많이 있다. 우리들은 규로 전자공학에 기초를 두고 기술혁신을 체험하고 있다. 이들은 통신, 자기위치측정, 적대적, 목표위치판정, 정보축적의 분야로 나날이 변화하고 있다. 또한 이들의 성능을 개발하는데 따라 정보자료수집을 위한 기술로 개발되어 사용된다. 전자공학기술은 개발되고 있으나 지휘관이나 병사는 "이러한 장비를 여하히 사용하겠는가" "이러한 기술을 전술에 여하히 연결시키는가" 를 교육하기 위한 훈련체계의 부족이 중요한 문제가 되고 있다. 비스마르크함상에 레이다탐지기를 설치하였으나 레이다로 군함을 보호할 수가 없었다. 지휘관이 레이다에 탐지되지 않았던 시에 상대에게 탐지되었다고 믿었기 때문이다.

  • 그리드 컴퓨팅은 지리적으로 분산되어 있는 고성능 컴퓨팅 자원(컴퓨터, 데이터베이스, 첨단, 장비 등)를 네트워크로 상호 연동하여 조직과 지역에 관계없이 사용할 수 있는 가상의 슈퍼컴퓨터를 구성하는 것이다. 하지만 상호 연동과정에서의 보안적 취약성으로 인하여 많은 문제점을 안고 있는 것도 사실이다. 본 연구에서는 그리드 개요, 구조, 국내외적인 동향에 대해서 알아보고, 이를 바탕으로 그리드의 Security 문제를 해결하기 위한 방안을 제시한다.

  • As seen in recent cases of hacking in financial services, attackers are attempting to hacking trustee with poor security management, rather than directly hacking a financial company. As a result, the consignor is strengthening the security check and control of the trustee, but small trustee has difficulties to invest in information security with the lack of computer facilities and the excessive cost of security equipment. In this paper I investigate the vulnerability of personal information processing life cycle standards in order to enhance the security of small consignee that receive personal information form the credit card company. To solve the vulnerability the company should use litigation management system constructed on cloud computing service and install VPN to secure confidentiality and intergrity in data transfer section. Also, to enhance the security of users, it is suggested to protect personal credit information by installing PC firewall and output security on user PC.

A comparative investigation of infection control perception and performance of occupational therapists before and after the outbreak of COVID-19 (COVID-19 발생 전후 작업치료사의 감염관리 인식 및 수행도 비교 조사)

  • This study surveyed 101 occupational therapists who were performing occupational therapy before and after the COVID-19 outbreak to compare their perceptions and performance of hand washing, use of personal protective equipment, and infection control of surrounding environment. Mann-Whitney U test, Kruskal wallis H test, Wilcoxon signed-rank test, Pearson's correlation coefficient were used analyzed. As a result, it was confirmed that they received better infection control education after the outbreak compared to before the outbreak of COVID-19, and their experience with infectious diseases was lower. In addition, it was found that the perception and performance of infection control in hand washing, personal protective equipment, and surrounding environment cleaning were improved after the outbreak compared to before the outbreak of COVID-19. However, to this day, hand washing for more than 40 seconds in running water recommended by the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, cleaning the treatment room, and disinfection of treatment tools are still in need of improvement. Through this study, infection control education should be repeated regularly to minimize the occurrence of infectious diseases, and It will be a basic data that can be used in infection control education and follow-up studies for occupational therapists in the future.

Knowledge, Perception, and Attitude related to Personal Protective Equipment of Student Nurses : Acute Respiratory Infections (간호대학생의 개인보호구 관련 인식과 지식 및 태도 : 급성 호흡기 감염병을 중심으로)

  • This study examined the level of knowledge, perception, and attitude related to personal protective equipment (PPE) of acute respiratory infection, and their relationship on nursing students. The participants were 200 nursing students of the 3rd and 4th grade in hospital practice. Data were collected from September 1 to October 15, 2018. The knowledge, perception, and attitude related to PPE were measured by structured questionnaires. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, independent t-test, and Pearson correlation. From the results, knowledge score related to PPE was 17.83 out of 20 points, and perception score related to PPE was 3.68 out of 5 points, and attitude score related to PPE was 4.14 out of 5 points. Therefore, knowledge and attitude level were higher than average. Perception level was moderate. And attitude related to PPE was positively correlated with knowledge and perception. These study findings can be used as basic data for developing an effective infection control educational program to enhance the correct knowledge, perception, and positive attitude related to use of PPE for nursing students. Also, it will be necessary to provide nursing students with the equipment and related resources to master the use of PPE.
