The oral record related to the sexual slavery by Japan's military is considered important evidence as it can grasp the damage situation and actual condition at that time. Therefore, systematic and integrated management of the organization's oral records is necessary. For this purpose, this study proposed metadata elements for the management of oral records. The metadata proposed in this study consists of 16 upper elements and subelements, respectively. The suggested upper elements consist of 6 "essential elements" and 10 "optional elements." The essential elements are "title," "date," "format," "creator," "content," and "rights."

This study seeks to present the direction of improving related laws and systems to allow various institutions, organizations, and individuals to collect private records based on the network. For the study, the current status of network cooperation and support according to laws, systems, and layers related to private records of overseas records management institutions were inspected. Based on this, the definition of private records, role designation between institutions, and direction of network cooperation according to the level were suggested. In particular, legislation and institutionalization of consultative bodies involving various subjects, such as institutions, organizations, companies, and individuals, were emphasized.

This study seeks to grasp the current status of and suggest improvements on records disclosure management. Data were collected through a literature review, surveys, and in-depth interviews with 7 record managers and 40 office staff in local governments. Existing records disclosures were also used as references for the discussion. With this, self-reliance efforts within local governments and active roles in central records management institutions were proposed.

Currently, an implementation plan of administrative information dataset record management has been prepared; however, analyzing the specificity of various administrative information systems and preparing a reasonable level of management reference table by applying about 1.3% (EA portal registration system: 16,199, consulting system: 214) has its limitations. This study started by recognizing the importance of the records management environment in administrative information datasets. Based on the described information, the current records management environment was analyzed by dividing the six areas of the management reference table of the picture archiving and communication system (PACS) into three groups. Thus, a systematic environmental improvement model was proposed, enhancing the effectiveness of dataset records management in the field. Although there is a limitation in analyzing one of the dataset records management environments of various institutions, it is intended to help broaden the horizons of records management research.

With the paradigm shifts towards consumer-centered health service, it is expected that more health care consumers will keep their health information and manage their own health in the future. Thus, this study was conducted to compare "Understanding", "Utilization" and "Management" of Personal Health Record(PHR) between medical users(healthcare students) and health care providers(medical students). We collected data from 208 health and medical students via using self-reported questionnaires form April to June, 2011. The collected data were analyzed using frequency, t-test, Chi-square on SPSS 19.0 version. There was no significant difference in "Understanding" of PHR between two groups. Looking at the order of the importance of PHR contents, two groups equally emphasized medical records, surgical history, and test results. There was significant difference in both time and effectiveness of PHR(p=0.02). Intergrated type of PHR was preferred by both groups. Recently, PHR reflects needs and demands of users more than ever. However there are many limitations to promote the utilization. In the future, it is necessary to implement targeted strategies for the elderly groups and specific types of disease.

This study aims to identify the current situation and core competencies of records managers and archivists through an in-depth interpretation of the perception and its meaning behind their experiences and, based on them, to seek the educational service directions of professional organizations. As a result of qualitative data analysis using interpretive phenomenological research method, this study identified three categories of field needs, core competencies, and educational service directions, as well as 10 super-topics, 30 sub-topics, and 82 semantic units. Based on this, this study has suggested the educational service directions of professional organizations, such as the provision of opportunities to secure external driving forces for work innovation, the provision of learning opportunities for communication and public discussion among institutions, and the provision of new partnerships and practical learning opportunities. This study is meaningful in having derived the main educational service directions that professional organizations should focus on and support by identifying the current situation and core competencies of records managers and archivists.

One of the reasons behind the surfacing of such issues is because the record does not exist and even if the records remained, it is because they are not being properly managed. In Korea, National institutions in the field of visual arts, currently there are no archives that manage only the records for the visual arts as an independent institution, and the reality is that the National Museum of Archives is still in the beginning stage as well. This study has conducted a research on the records collection strategy and the management of the record information of an author who is the creator of the visual arts as a starting point of the visual arts. For this purpose, the definition of visual arts and the concept of an author covered in this study will be examined and the types of documentary that may occur in the field of visual arts were analyzed. In addition, the history of an author is its personal record thus a personal history and private archive have been examined. Based on this background, the cases on the personal record and the management of the record information of domestic and foreign authors were analyzed and the implications were derived.

본 연구는 산업보건관련기록의 표준화를 위하여 산업장 건강관리실 기록지를 수집하여 기록의 종류, 내용과 양식을 비교 분석하므로써 간결하고 유용하고 필요한 정보를 효율적으로 제공할 수 있는 기록을 개발코자 조사연구한 것이다. 조사대상은 총 32개 산업체로써 조사기간은 1991년 2월 4일부터 4월 6일까지이며 자료 수집 방법은 우편을 이용하였다. 조사결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 근로자의 건강관련 정보기록으로 일일업무기록은 모두 쓰고 있었으며, 의약품 보호구 수불현황은 65.6%에서 사용하였고, 개인건강기록부, 매월업무보고서, 진료의뢰서는 각각 40.6%, 21.9%, 28.1%에서 사용하였다. 2. 간호사의 건강관리 업무관련정보기록은 일일간호 및 처치기록은 84.4%가 사용하였고, 현장순회일지, 환경위생점검일지 사용이 가장 낮았으며, 건강상담일지, 보건교육일지, 건강관리대상자 관리현황, 공상자 치료 및 관리현황은 제조업인 경우에는 21~26%가 사용하였고 기타 사업장인 경우에는 업거나 사용율이 매우 저조하였다. 산업안전보건법에 의한 사업장의 순회점검 지도 및 조치의 건의사항이나 작업환경개선 및 유지, 관리에 관한 사항을 수행하기 위해서는 현장순회일지나 환경위생점검일지에 대한 기록이 정확히, 철저히 이루어져야 될 것으로 생각된다. 또한 상담 및 보건교육일지 작성도 보건교육이 전반적인 산업보건 사업계획과 통합되고 지속적으로 이루어지기 위해서는 표준화된 기록양식을 개발해야 할 것으로 생각된다. 기록양식의 내용을 업종별 중요성에 따라 표준화된 기록지 개발을 제언한다.

헬스케어 패러다임이 정밀, 예측, 맞춤, 예방의료 중심으로 변화하면서 개인의 건강관리에 대한 관심과 중요성이 커지고 있다. 디지털 헬스케어 산업은 4차 산업혁명 정보통신기술 발달과 함께 수요자 중심의 고부가 가치형 의료서비스 제공이 가능할 것으로 전망되고 있다. 디지털 헬스케어 산업의 한 영역인 개인건강기록(PHR) 서비스는 개인의 모든 건강기록 데이터를 기반으로 하여 예방과 관리 목적에 맞추어 맞춤형 건강관리를 가능하게 한다. 본 연구에서는 개인건강기록 서비스의 가치사슬을 정리해보고, 가치사슬 핵심요인 중심의 산업구조분석을 통해 주요 환경변화에 있어 경쟁자들과의 경쟁우위를 확보하는데 필요한 차별화 전략의 우선순위를 모색하고자 한다.

This paper showed results of the risk management project in detail which was conducted by National Archives of Korea(NAK) in 2010. In the project NAK examined its long-term preservation business of electronic records using DRAMBORA(Digital Repository Audit Method Based on Risk Assessment). NAK has defined 44 different risk elements related to its business activities, assessed and classified them into several grades according to the severity calculated by risk probability score and risk potential impact score, and developed precise management plans for two of the most serious risks. This paper introduced the management plan for one of them. The risk was numbered with NR04 and described by 'Loss of integrity of records information'. This paper explained mitigation strategies, contingency organization, disaster control responsibilities, and personal mission cards for the NR04. This paper planned to give comprehensive understandings to Records Management Organizations about the risk management approaches as an effective way for business management through the case study.
