재량 활동을 위한 완벽한 자료의 개발을 기대하기는 어렵지만, 자료 개발의 바람직한 방향을 제시할 수 있는 자료의 개발과 보급이 절실하다. 이를 위하여 현직 교사들을 자료의 주 개발자로 하여 10개 학년별 수학 교육과정 6개 영역별 통합교과적 소재의 프로젝트 교수 ${\cdot}$ 학습 활동 자료를 개발하였다. 수학 교과 재량 활동 자료의 개발 과정에서 발견된 시사점과 개발된 자료의 특징을 살펴봄으로써 그 바람직한 활용 방안을 찾도록 한다.

인터넷과 정보기술의 발전으로 최근 이러닝 시스템을 포함한 다양한 학습 시스템이 연구 발전되고 있다. 학습자의 관점에서는 학습의 형태 혹은 학습자의 학습 패턴등을 분석하여 지능적인 학습시스템으로 발전하고 있으며, 교수자의 관점에서는 교수학습 모델 연구와 학습 컨텐츠 계발 방법론 연구 등이 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 지능형 튜터링 시스템을 위한 메타러닝 설계 연구를 제안하였다. 메타러닝은 학습자 자신이 어떤 특성을 가지고 어떻게 학습하는지에 대해 학습할 수 있는 방법을 설명한다. 동일한 학습내용을 같은 순서 혹은 같은 방법으로 학습하는 것은 서로 다른 학습자에게 동일한 학습 결과를 나타낼 수 없기 때문에 개인 맞춤형 학습 서비스 형태를 필요로 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 메타러닝 설계를 기반으로 지능형 튜터링 시스템을 개발 할 수 있는 방법을 설명하고자 한다. 향후 본 논문에 설계를 기반으로 지능형 튜터링 플랫폼을 표준으로 개발하여 국제적 표준의 ITS(Intelligent Tutoring System)로 발전되기를 기대한다.

정밀한 자료처리를 위한 영상 분석도구의 개발과 더불어 영상 특성을 바탕으로 한 영상처리와 분석 방법의 개발은 좋은 연구 보조 도구가 된다. 외국의 수입에 의존적인 현재의 연구환경에서 개발자로서의 영상분석도구의 설계 및 구현은 고가의 장비를 대치할 만한 대체효과와 더불어 개인의 개발의지와 아이디어를 쉽게 반영하여 실습해 볼 수 있는 도구적 기능으로서의 효과를 가지게 된다. 본 논문에서는 의료영상 분석을 위한 영상분석도구를 설계 및 구현하여 의료영상에 대한 처리를 하여 보았다. 영상분석도구의 계속적인 개발은 영상처리 및 분석을 연구하는 개발자에게 좋은 실험도구가 될 것이 다.

This study analyzed the sufficient conditions for Korean firm's foreign subsidiaries in order to evolve into a center of excellence for knowledge creation and diffusion. In this respect, the purpose of this study is to develop a new framework based on literatures related to subsidiary knowledge creation and a center of excellence. Specifically, we created seven decisive factors for subsidiary knowledge creation: two general factors, two strategic important factors, and three excellent factors. Each factor can be a necessary condition or sufficient condition according to research purpose. For example, the decentralized organizational structure belonging to general factors become a sufficient factor for facilitating subsidiary's knowledge creation but it become a necessary condition for a center of excellence because all subsidiaries with decentralized organizational structure cannot be strategically important subsidiaries. By using seven decisive factors, this study examines the determinants' validity theoretically and practically.

교육은 학습자의 타고난 재능을 최대한 계발시키는 것에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해서는 개개인에 최적화된 학습시스템이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 수준별, 개인별 수학학습을 도와 자기주도적 학습능력을 키울 수 있는 시스템을 web상에서 개발하여 구현하고자 한다. 기존의 Web에서 제공되는 수학학습을 살펴보면 텍스트 위주의 설명, 단순한 문제를 제공하고 정, 오답의 결과만을 제시해 주는 형태가 많다. 그러나 본 시스템은 학생들의 흥미와 학습동기를 유발시키기 위해 동영상과 음성 등의 멀티미디어 자료를 이용하여 학습내용을 전개하도록 구성하였다. 또한 평가문항은 진단평가를 통해 수준을 분석받고 수준별 평가 문항으로 다운로드 받을 수 있도록 설계하였다. 이 시스템은 다양한 멀티미디어 자료의 제공으로 학습자의 학습동기와 흥미를 유발시키고 수준별 학습을 가능하게 하여 학습 성취감을 증가시킬 수 있다. 그리고 학습자는 이 시스템을 통해 스스로 학습을 선택하고 진행하게 되어 자기주도적 학습능력을 신장시키게 된다.

Recently, the army make plans for the development of new conceptual military vehicles. As the development of military vehicles, we need selecting of considerable factors for solution of user's additional requirements, systematic and efficient development management of military vehicles. For this study, we made up questions from 4 specialist's groups about military vehicles as manager group, operator group, maker group, researcher group. There were 22 selected factors in the result of gathering the specialists' opinions and the result of this study will useful for hereafter development of military vehicles.

In Web-based instruction, learners are the subjects. learners differently accept web-based instruction that educational experts and system developers should think effectively that. This study was researched evaluation criteria that learners should think web-based instruction successively. research method process was following. driving 35 criteria in literary review about effectiveness web-bases instruction strategies and the questionnaire was marked up by learners and the questionnaire was conducted by factor analysis, driving 4 factors 28 criteria. By study findings learners think important component for effective web-based instruction to instructional strategis, system facility, tutor to help learning course, screen design. finally, for impletation effective web-based instruction consider implementation process by ISD.

The purpose of this study was to develop the evaluation scales that can access hierarchically the lifelong education field training program based on relevant stakeholders. To fulfill this purpose, both qualitative and quantitative research methods were applied. First of all, four groups of stakeholders were selected such as trainees, professors, field instructors, and program inspectors. The in-depth interviews with 13 experts in the field were conducted, and as a result, the scale with hierarchy of evaluation area, evaluation section, and evaluation item for each stakeholder was developed. In order to verify the content validity of the evaluation scales, delphi surveys for each stakeholder were conducted, using 35 expert panels. After delphi survey, the scale was applied to 90 trainees, 22 professors, and 31 field instructors. SPSS program was used to analyze the descriptive statistics, validity, and reliability. Finally, the evaluation scale of the trainer was identified as 8 evaluation areas, 14 evaluation sections and 51 evaluation items. And the professor's scale consisted of 6 areas, 10 sections and 40 items. The field instructor's scale was determined as 3 areas, 7 sections and 31 items, and the program inspector's evaluation scale was confirmed as 7 areas, 15 sections, and 32 items.

인터넷의 확산으로 일반인들이 높은 정보수집력을 보유하게 됨에 따라 소비자 중심의 시장이 형성되면서 전자상거래를 통한 소비자간의 거래가 점점 늘어가고 있다. 그에 따라 많은 연구자들이 소비자간 전자상거래를 지원하기 위한 지능형 에이젼트를 개발하고 있다. 그러나 기존의 소비자간 전자상거래 에이젼트 시스템은 경매나 역경매와 같은 '1:다'의 경쟁적 협상을 지원하거나, 판매자와 구매자의 거래성사를 위한 시간흐름에 따른 가격조건 완화를 이용한 자동협상에 주로 촛점을 맞추고 있다. 본 연구는 기존의 자동협상에 관한 연구와는 다른 관점에서, 소비자들간에 거래하려는 제품에 대해 제품사양 및 거래조건의 변화가 가능한 경우에 판매자와 구매자가 느끼는 개인적인 효용의 차이를 이용하여 판매자와 구매자가 모두 만족하는 제품사양, 거래조건, 가격의 거래결과를 찾아주기 위한 자동협상구조를 제시한다.

Improving performance needs Creativity and Improving Creativity needs clear communication of work orders in technology development projects. This study empirically analyzed the effects of team efficacy and knowledge sharing on communication competence and the effects of communication competence on individual creativity and product development performance. The purpose of this study is to verify the importance of communication and personal creativity in technology development projects and to suggest ways to improve communication capabilities. A survey was conducted of participants in technology development and the relationship between variables was confirmed by the structural equation model. The results show that team efficacy and knowledge sharing had a positive effect on communication competence, and that the clear delivery and understanding of team orders were the main factors in improving individual creativity. The results of this study will contribute to improving the communication competence of participants who are required for improving individual creativity in technology development projects in which high technology is converged. In the future, we will study the effects of Communication Competence on Organizational Creativity.
