본 연구는 기존 IS 연구 분야에 있어서 지식경영연구의 주된 연구 방향은 무엇인지, 그리고 기존의 지식경영연구들이 다루고 있는 지식경영의 특성과 내용에 따른 지식타입은 어떤 종류가 있는지를 연구 분류 프레임워크를 적용하여 알아보았다. 기존의 산발적인 지식경영 연구의 분류 방법론을 종합한 연구 분류 프레임워크에 준하여, 지식경영 연구의 국내외 주요 학술지 6종을 선정하여 1999년 이후 5년간의 추이를 분석하였다. 연구의 결과, 연구 분류 프레임워크의 세 가지의 대 분류인 지식경영 프로세스, 지식변환 형태, 그리고 지식경영 연구 분석단위로 본 지식경영 연구는 조직 내 지식활용 프로세스에 대한 연구가 가장 많이 이루어졌고, 그 뒤로 조직 간 및 개인 지식활용 프로세스 연구, 조직 간 및 조직 내 지식전이 및 공유 프로세스 순으로 지식경영 연구가 수행된 것으로 나타났다. 한편 지식활용프로세스이외의 개인 분석단위의 연구와 지식창조 프로세스에 대한 연구는 전반적으로 거의 수행되지 않은 결과를 볼 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과로 지식경영 관련 연구들에서 나타나는 연구의 최근 경향을 밝혀내고, 향후 지식경영 연구에 있어서 기초연구로서의 역할과 균형적 연구 발전 방향에 대한 제시를 할 수 있을 것이다.

With the development of artificial intelligence technology, interest in data-based product preference estimation and personalized recommender systems is increasing. However, if the recommendation is not suitable, there is a risk that it may reduce the purchase intention of the customer and even extend to a huge financial loss due to the characteristics of the financial product. Therefore, developing a recommender system that comprehensively reflects customer characteristics and product preferences is very important for business performance creation and response to compliance issues. In the case of financial products, product preference is clearly divided according to individual investment propensity and risk aversion, so it is necessary to provide customized recommendation service by utilizing accumulated customer data. In addition to using these customer behavioral characteristics and transaction history data, we intend to solve the cold-start problem of the recommender system, including customer demographic information, asset information, and stock holding information. Therefore, this study found that the model proposed deep learning-based collaborative filtering by deriving customer latent preferences through characteristic information such as customer investment propensity, transaction history, and financial product information based on customer transaction log records was the best. Based on the customer's financial investment mechanism, this study is meaningful in developing a service that recommends a high-priority group by establishing a recommendation model that derives expected preferences for untraded financial products through financial product transaction data.

The purpose of this study are as follows : First, This study conceptually and artificially defines concepts of OCB, absorptive capacity, IT group-efficacy, and TTF. Second, this study confirms the relationship among the KMS performance, the result of using KMS, and the result drawn from OCB, absorptive capacity, group-efficacy, and TTF by the preceding researches, suggesting the research model and verifying through empirical study. Lastly, this study suggests the practical and strategic advices to the groups wanting to get on the edge through KMS. The results of data analysis showed that TTF was found to have a positive influence on KMS performance. IT group-efficacy and absorptive capacity were also found to have a positive effect on TTF. And IT group-efficacy was found to have a positive influence on OCB. The findings are discussed and further research topics are suggested as well.

오늘날 세계는 다양한 매체의 발달과 인터넷을 통한 정보의 공개로 기존경영과 조직의 이론들이 소멸 또는 변화되거나 새로운 개념들이 속속 등장하고 있다. 21세기는 새로운 정보기술의 발탁과 더불어 지식이 중심이 되는 경쟁력이 부가가치를 창출하는 시대가 될 것이다. 더군다나, 우리는 국내외적으로 어려운 상황에 있다. 위기일수록 개인이나 조직, 기업이 새롭게 처신을 해야하며 조직의 변화를 가져와야 한다. 그 변화의 방향을 재대로 파악하고 거기에 적절히 대응해야만 생존할 수 있다는 것이다. 그렇다면 그것은 무엇인가. 지식이다. 이 글에서는 조직/기업에서 지식관리가 어떻게 이루어져 있고, 지식관리시스템의 활용사례와 시장동향을 살펴보고 그 비전을 제시하게 될 것이다.

The objectives of the study were to explore the effects of personal factors, organizational factors, and system factors on satisfaction on hospital information system among hospital nurses, and to provide suggestions for improving usability of information system and promoting business efficiency and system satisfaction by evaluating hospital information system. The study sample group consisted of 233 nurses from general hospitals. The collected data were analyzed using the Hierarchical Regression. The results suggested that system quality, information quality, and service quality showed positive and significant effects on hospital nurses' satisfaction. The organizational factors and personal factors were not statistically significant controlling for the system factors. This study was significant in that direct relationships between sub-dimensions of hospital information system and organization's performance, measured in nurses' perceived evaluation were empirically explored. Accordingly, the application of hospital information system could provide a direction for establishing a systematic strategy to improve the work performance of hospital nurses.

자동차보험의 대인배상 업무는 폭주하는 업무량에도 불구하고 담당자의 개인 능력에 의존하고 있는 실정이다. 사고발생 후 손해산정에서부터 실제적으로 배상이 이루어지기까지의 과정은 인간의 의사결정이 수없이 개입되기 때문에 시간과 비용이 많이 소요된다. 이 의사결정 과정에서는 사고 당사자 쌍방에게 가능한 여러 가지 대안들이 제시되어야 하며, 일관성 있는 판단이 내려져야 한다. 본 연구에서는 대인배상 업무를 구성하는 상해/후유장애 등급의 판정, 과실율/노동상실율 판정 및 손해산정 업무에 활용 가능한 정보기술들을 고찰한 후, 이 업무들 중 손해산정 업무를 지원하는 의사결정 지원시스템을 개발하고 그 사용 예를 제시하였다.

A theoretical model of information overload (Jackson and Farzaneh, 2012) with its three influential components (i.e., time, technology, and social networks) was empirically tested in the context of news consumption behavior considered as a communicative outcome. Using a national sample of South Korean adults (N = 1166), data analyses identified perceived information overload and large/diverse social networks positively associated with active and passive news consumption. Findings may imply the existence of individually varying cognitive threshold (i.e., tipping point), if crossed individuals cannot process information any further. News consumers may keep searching and receiving information to verify factuality of news even when they feel overloaded.

This study examines the impact of knowledge management strategies and knowledge management determinants for each type of knowledge management of a company on knowledge activities, and because each company's situation and conditions are different, it is necessary to approach each knowledge management type. The analysis was conducted using the SPSS 18.0 program targeting 81 companies that have introduced knowledge management systems or knowledge management by categorizing them into technology-oriented and combined types. The result is that Initial types are based on changes in organizational structure and active adoption of information technology, and the Organizational knowledge centers use management systems (CEO support, performance compensation system, education and training system) and infrastructure building and information technology to maximize individual knowledge. The Information technology-oriented types rely more on information technology such as infrastructure building and information technology use rather than organizational knowledge. and the Combination type is understood as an educational and training system and decentralized organizational structure for the overall expansion of the organization. Through this study, effective and significant strategies, knowledge management determinants, and knowledge activities for each type were presented.

인터넷으로 대표되는 디지털 환경은 개인의 생활 및 기업의 환경에도 엄청난 변화를 주고 있으며 이러한 변화에 적응하기 위한 기업의 생존 전략은 자동화로 인한 생산성 증대, 표준화로 인한 원가절감 및 정보화로 인한 신속한 의사 결정으로 대변할 수 있으며 특히 제조 기업에서 경영 시스템을 지원 할 수 있는 도구로서의 MES 구축은 필수적이라고 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 MES의 개요 및 기본 기능에 대해서 설명하였으며 제조 공정에서의 MES 시스템 적용 사례를 K 타이어 주식회사를 실례로 설명하였다.

RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) system is an automated identification system that consists of tags and readers. They communicate with each other by RF signal. As a reader can identify many tags in contactless manner using RF signal, RFID system is expected to do a new technology to substitute a bar-code system. But RFID system creates new threats to the security and privacy of individuals, Because tags and readers communicate with each other in insecure channel using RF signal. So many people are trying to study various manners to solve privacy problems against attacks, but it is difficult to apply to RFID system based on low-cost Gen2. Therefore, We will propose a new encryption scheme using matrix based on Gen2 in RFID system in paper, and We will analyze our encryption scheme in view of the security and efficiency through a simulation and investigate application environments to use our encryption scheme.
