  • IPTV 서비스가 보급됨에 따라 다양한 콘텐츠 중에서 사용자가 원하는 콘텐츠를 빠르고 쉽게 찾기 위한 개인화 된 IPTV 사용자 인터페이스 개발이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 협력적 여과, 내용기반 여과 등 기존 개인화 추천 기법을 이용하여 사용자가 원하는 정보를 제공하고, 사용자의 편의성을 증대하는 SmarTV와 사용자가 원하는 검색 결과를 우선하여 제공하는 IPTV에 특화된 검색 모듈인 SmarTV-Search를 제안한다.

  • 생명보험산업 중 MDRT이라는 조직은 보험설계사 중에서 뛰어난 실적을 올린 사람 중 클레임이나 사회적으로 문제점이 없는 사람들이 가입하는 모임으로 보험업계에 설계사들은 MDRT 조직의 회원을 목표로 갖고 있는 경우가 많다. 목표는 인간 행동원인을 설명하는 가장 기본적인 동기변인으로 알려져 있으며 성취와 직접적 관련이 있다. 목표에 대한 성취는 개인적 목표와 일치할 때만 행동을 활성화 시킨다. 관련 연구들은 목표와 관련된 많은 연구들은 장기적인 관점에서 미래목표를 설정하고 달성 정도를 점검을 통해서 미래목표가 현재와 미래 간의 관계를 설정하도록 도와준다고 하였다(Miller & Brickman, 2004). 이는 보험업계에서 MDRT의 의미가 크다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 보험산업 환경이 급격하게 변화하고 있는 과정에서 보험설계사에게 요구되는 역량은 개인의 노력만으로는 제한적일 수 있으며, 조직의 지원이 실질적인 성과에 영향력을 미칠 수 있다. 그러므로 본 연구는 보헙업에서 개인역량과 조직의 지원이 성과에 미치는 영향력을 분석하며, 더불어 목표지향성은 성과에 미치는 영향력을 조절할 것으로 판단된다.

Analysis of the effects of digital privacy security awareness and digital civic engagement on digital privacy protection behavior : focusing on volition and horizontality (디지털 개인 보안 인식과 디지털 시민 참여의식이 디지털 개인 정보보호 행동에 미치는 영향 분석: 자의성과 수평성을 중심으로)

  • The aim of this study to analyze the effect of person and situation on digital privacy protection behaviors. The research method design is a factorial design of volition and horizontality. The measurement variables used in the investigation are digital privacy security awareness, digital civic engagement, and digital privacy protection behavior. As a result, the volition had a significant effect on digital privacy protection behavior, and it was found that influence of the high-volition-based condition was greater than the low-volition-based condition. The horizontality had a significant effect on digital privacy security awareness, digital civic engagement, and it was found that influence of the high-horizontality-based condition was greater than the low-horizontality-based condition. In addition, the discussion explains the suitable contents of information security usability based on these research results.

  • IPTV 서비스는 기존 단방향 지상파 TV보다 다양한 채널의 다양한 콘텐츠를 제공하므로 사용자가 빠르고 쉽게 원하는 콘텐츠를 찾기 위한 개인화 IPTV 사용자 인터페이스 개발이 요구되고 있다. 하지만 기존의 연구는 단방향 TV 서비스 인터페이스를 그대로 이용하거나 단순 카테고리 별로 분류된 정보 제공에 머물러 개인화된 인터페이스로는 아직 미흡하다. 본 논문에서는 협력적 여과, 내용기반 여과 등 기존 개인화 추천 기법을 이용하여 사용자가 원하는 정보를 빠르게 제공하고, 사용자의 편의성을 증대하는 SmarTVi 인터페이스와 개인화된 검색 결과를 제공하는 검색 모듈 SmarTVi-Search를 제안한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 공공데이터를 이용한 개인 맞춤형 부동산 추천 방식을 제안한다. 이 추천 서비스는 기존의 가격 중심의 부동산 추천 방식이 아닌 개인이 원하는 요소 통해 부동산을 추천함으로써 사용자의 만족도를 높인다. 이 모델은 사용자가 실거주를 목적으로 하는 부동산 매물을 탐색하고자 할 때 거래 유형, 매물 유형, 가격 정보 뿐만 아니라 사용자가 자신의 주거지 근처에 형성되어 있길 원하는 편의 시설이나 기반시설, 치안 등의 환경 요소를 선택할 수 있도록 하고 선택된 요소들을 통합적으로 분석하여 주거지를 추천한다. 본 논문에서는 직접 구현한 서비스를 통해서 제안하는 새로운 맞춤형 부동산 추천 모델이 기존의 가격 중심의 부동산 추천 서비스보다 편의성 면에서 우수함을 보인다.

  • In uncertain future and the rapidly changing environment, it is necessary for companies to do innovative management activity. With business strategy that creates value and vision, The major industrialized countries ensure development of venture & start-up business and business competition by creating various added value through design. Thereby, Companies use design to increase enterprise value, a lots of interests and supports are focused in design industry which pioneer new market with new product and services. Therefore, Companies need more innovative and creative activities, and leads creative companies through developing entrepreneurship. Now, Companies should improve successful entrepreneurship, developing effective process in the organizational level beyond individual level. This research conducts empirical analysis from the individual and organizational perspective of corporate entrepreneurship. This study of design corporate 351 employees in design corporate is surveyed. This research finding is that design corporate employees' entrepreneurial capacity, entrepreneurial attitude and CEO support have meaningful effects on culture and structure. However, The analysis result indicates that this employees' entrepreneurial capacity, entrepreneurial attitude and CEO support have no effects on operation systems, so it is necessary to build the operation systems for activation of corporate entrepreneurship. This study puts emphasis on the needs to raise the level of corporate entrepreneurship and requires ways to improve entrepreneurship for sustainable growth. Also, This study suggests practical implications that it is important to systematic operation systems to actively utilize infrastructure, so it occurs in employees' entrepreneurship not only on the individual level, but also on the organizational level.

An Analysis of Relationship Between Personal Factors of Radiological Technologists and Job Stressors (방사선사의 개인적 요인이 직무스트레스원에 영향을 주는 관련성 분석)

  • This study is aimed at analyzing the relationship between personal factors of radiological technologists and their job stressors. For this aim, a survey was conducted by means of 890 questionnaires from the middle of July to the end of August 2003 to the subjects of radiological technologists who are working for 44 general hospitals in 16 cities and provinces across the country. The results of the survey could be summed up as follows: 1. The biggest stressor that affects a radiological technologist personally under the working situation turned out to be position, job satisfaction and physical symptom(p<0.001), while job satisfaction and physical symptom also played an important role in personal relationship(p<0.001). 2. In terms of job conflicts, colleagues, immediate seniors, job satisfaction and physical symptoms appeared to exercise great impact(p<0.001), As for job autonomy, age, position and job satisfaction were known to be heavily influential(p<0.001). 3. With regard to job load, job satisfaction and behavioral symptom turned out to have great influence while, in job stability, position and job satisfaction seemed to be immensely influential(p<0.001). The present study has a limit in that it covers only radiological technologists who are working at the 3rd reference hospitals but excludes those who are working at the first and second reference hospitals. The findings, however, are surely believed to be able to serve as basic data to improve the medical service quality as they will help reduce the stressors of and enhance mental and physical health for radiological technologists who play important roles as teammates with expertise in the medical field. These outcomes could also be referred to in future studies in this area.

  • For the continuous information security governance, we have to focus on not just technical aspects like access control and DRM, but informal level management like information security(IS) behavior, culture, and personal value. But there are few informal level studies, while many formal level studies of IS governance or technical means. This study is an empirical test that how IS culture, normal beliefs, personal behavior and value affect employee's deviant behavior. And we define a lack of an awareness of value and importance on IS regulations in organizations as "Information Security Anomie" with the concept of anomie, a viewpoint on social organization.

An Empirical Study on the Perception of Disaster Management by Public Officials (공무원의 재난관리인식에 대한 실증적 연구)

  • This study conducted an empirical analysis based on the results of a survey conducted to determine the level of awareness of disaster safety management work of public officials working in disaster-related departments in 22 cities and counties in Jeollanam-do. Men were found to have more positive perceptions of individual competencies and organizational environments according to gender, and women were found to have more positive perceptions of disaster education than men. It was found that men and women had the same positive perception of departmental competency. Respondents to individual competency, organizational environment, departmental competency, and disaster education according to individual characteristic factors generally had positive perceptions.

A Personalized Automatic TV Program Scheduler using Sequential Pattern Mining (순차 패턴 마이닝 기법을 이용한 개인 맞춤형 TV 프로그램 스케줄러)

  • With advent of TV environment and increasing of variety of program contents, users are able to experience more various and complex environment for watching TV contents. According to the change of content watching environment, users have to make more efforts to choose his/her interested TV program contents or TV channels than before. Also, the users usually watch the TV program contents with their own regular way. So, in this paper, we suggests personalized TV program schedule recommendation system based on the analyzing users' TV watching history data. And we extract the users' watched program patterns using the sequential pattern mining method. Also, we proposed a new sequential pattern mining which is suitable for TV watching environment and verify our proposed method have better performance than existing sequential pattern mining method in our application area. In the future, we will consider a VoD characteristic for extending to IPTV program schedule recommendation system.
