Blockchain is a core technology to solve personal information leakage and data management issues, which are limitations of existing Genomic Sequencing services. Due to continuous cost reduction and deregulation, the market size of Genomic Sequencing has been increasing, also the potential of services is expected to increase when Blockchain's security and connectivity are combined. We created our research model by combining the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Innovation Resistance Theory also analyzed the factors affecting the acceptance intention and innovation resistance of the Blockchain Based Genomic Sequencing Information Platform. A survey was conducted on 150 potential users of Blockchain and Genomic Sequencing services. The analysis was conducted by setting the four Blockchain variables: Security, transparency, availability, and diversity). Also, we set the Perceived Usefulness, Perceived risk, and Perceived Complexity for Technology Acceptance and Innovation Resistance variables and analyzed the effect of the characteristics of the Blockchain on acceptance intention and innovation resistance through these variables. Through this analysis, key variables that need to be considered important to reduce resistance and increase acceptance intention could be identified. This study presents innovation factors that should be considered in companies preparing a new Blockchain Based Genomic Sequencing Information Platform.

Choropleth map is a type of thematic maps in which areal units are shaded with a color or pattern that symbolizes some characteristic of the mapped unit. CMS was first developed to produce choropleth maps on ordinary microcomputer environments in 1988. Since then there have been significant technological developments and enhancements in user environments, which have affected the field of choropleth mapping systems posi¬tively. A new version of CMS was developed in accordance with these changes. CMS II requires an IBM PC, or compatible, with the minimum 640KB memory and VGA graphic board. It supports HP laser jet printers to output a high resolution map. The program can use Hangul letters for main menu, map title, and legend. And dBase file format (DEW) was implemented to exchange attribute files effectively.

웹데브(WebDAV)는 웹상의 분산 저작활동을 지원하기 위한 IETF의 표준 프로토콜이며 최근 발표된 웹데브 접근 제어 프로토콜은 웹데브 서버에 의하여 관리되는 자원과 이들의 속성에 대한 접근을 제어할 수 있는 기능을 제공한다. 이를 이용하여 협업 시스템을 구성하면 높은 수준의 그룹작업을 할 수 있을 것이다. 본 논문에서는 웹데브 접근 제어 프로토콜을 기반으로 협업작업을 하는 사용자들 간의 자료 교환이나 공유를 체계적으로 지원하는 협업 시스템인 CoSlide의 개발에 대하여 기술하다. 협업에 필요한 자원을 효과적이면서도 안전하게 관리하기 위하여 CoSlide 협업시스템에서 지원하는 작업장의 종류는 다음과 같다. 개인이 작업한 자료를 등록하고 관리할 수 있는 공개작업장, 협업시스템 서버에 소속되지 않은 사용자들이 협업에 참가하여 공동의 작업을 수행할 수 있는 공개작업장 그리고 공동의 과제를 수행하는 작업그룹을 위한 작업공간인 그룹작업장이 있다. 이러한 협업작업의 지원을 위하여 웹데브 접근 제어 프로토콜을 지원하는 웹데브 서버인 Jakarta Slide를 이용하여 CoSlide 협업시스템 서버를 구축하였으며,.Net 프레임워크 기반의 협업시스템 전용 클라이언트인 CoSlide 클라이언트를 개발하였다.

With the success of wireless technologies in consumer electronics, standard wireless technologies are envisioned for the deployment in industrial environments as well. Industrial applications involving mobile subsystems or just the desire to save cabling make wireless technologies attractive. Nevertheless, these applications often have stringent requirements on reliability and timing. In wired environments, timing and reliability are well catered for by fieldbus systems. When wireless links are included, reliability and timing requirements are significantly more difficult to meet, due to the adverse properties of the radio channels. In this paper, we thus discuss some key issues coming up in wireless fieldbus and wireless industrial communication systems.

The technologies related to the development of cultural contents we known as cultural technology (CT). CT should evolve with the changes in the cultural contents market. Currently there are five major trends in cultural market change. First, consumers are seeking more and more sensible quality from products. Second, consumers are becoming less sensitive to the cognitive quality of products. Third, consumers demand more than what contemporary technology can offer. Fourth, as the cultural products market grows, the goal of content developments has shifted from producing a 'big hit product' to producing a product which will maintain market share. Fifth, cultural products are diversifying. All these trends make the cultural products developer's job more challenging. Sensation & emotional engineering (SE engineering) can be a useful tool for cultural products developers. SE engineering is a study of the somatic sensation and the aesthetic sensation for both fundamentals and applications aspects. By quantifying the physiological and psychological responses of consumers, it studies the physical nature of stimulants, providing basic knowledge for future applications and industrialization. One widely spread myth is that a sparkling idea from a talented individual will make a difference in the cultural products industry. The careful examinations of many successful cultural products prove this is not correct. Many successful cultural products are the result of a substantial amount of investment and employment of well polished marketing technology. A scientific approach is highly required for this matter and the SE engineering is an answer

본 논문은 불어 명사의 의미 통사적 분류와 관련된 '대상부류(classes d'objets)' 이론을 바탕으로 한국어의 "크기" 명사 부류에 대한 의미적, 형식적 기준을 설정함으로써 자연언어 처리에의 활용 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 한국어의 일부 명사들은 어떤 대상 혹은 현상의 다양한 속성이 특정 차원에서 갖는 규모의 의미를 표현한다 예를 들어, '길이', '깊이', '넓이', '높이', '키', '무게', '온도', '기온' 등이 이에 해당하는데, 이들은 측정의 개념과도 밀접한 연관을 가지며, 통사적으로도 일정한 속성을 공유한다. 즉 '측정하다', '재다' 등 측정의 개념을 나타내는 동사 및 수량 표현과 더불어 일정한 통사 형식으로 실현된다는 점이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 조건을 만족시키는 한국어 명사들을 "크기" 명사라 명명하며, "크기" 명사와 특징적으로 결합하는 '측정하다', '재다' 등의 동사를 "크기" 명사 부류에 대한 적정술어라 부른다. 또한 "크기" 명사는 결합 가능한 단위명사의 종류 및 호응 가능한 정도 형용사의 종류 등에 따라 세부 하위유형으로 분류할 수도 있다. 따라서 주로 술어와의 통사적 결합관계를 기준으로 "크기" 명사 부류를 외형적으로 한정하고, 이 부류에 속하는 개개 명사들의 통사적 세부 속성을 전자사전의 체계로 구축한다면 한국어 "크기" 명사에 대한 전반적이고 총체적인 의미적 통사적 분류와 기술이 가능해질 것이다. 한편 "크기" 명사에 대한 연구는 반드시 이들 명사를 특징지어주는 단위명사 부류의 연구와 병행되어야 한다. 본 연구는 한국어 "크기" 명사를 한정하고 분류하는 보다 엄밀하고 형식적인 기준과 그 의미 통사 정보를 체계적으로 제시해 줄 것이다. 이러한 정보들은 한국어 자동처리에 활용되어 "크기" 명사를 포함하는 구문의 자동분석 및 산출 과정에 즉각적으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 또한, 이러한 정보들은 현재 구축중인 세종 전자사전에도 직접 반영되고 있다.teness)은 언화행위가 성공적이라는 것이다.[J. Recently, much studies for providing mobile users with suitable and useful content services, LBS(Location Based Service) corresponding to the change of users' location, are actively going on. First and foremost, this is basically owing to the progress of location management technologies such as GPS, mobile communication technology and the spread of personal devices like PDA and the cellular phones. Besides, the research scope of LBS has been changed from vehicle tracking and navigation services to intelligent and personalized services considering the changing information of conditions or environment where the users' are located. For example, it inputs the information such as heavy traffic, pollution, and accidents. The query languages which effectively search the stored vehicle and environment information have been studied depending on the increase of the information utilization. However, most of existing moving object query languages are not enough to provide a recommendation service for a user, because they can not be tested and evaluated in real world and did not consider changed environment information. In order to retrieve not only a vehicle location and environment condition but also use them, we suggest a moving object query language for recommendation service and implement a moving object query process system for supporting a query language. It can process a nearest neighbor query for recommendation service which considers various attributes such as a vehicle's location and direction, environment information. It can be applied to location based service application which utilizes the recommended factors based on environmental conditions.

A fast foot of information communication technology is appearing as expansion of prompt administrative service desire and national participation desire regarding administration. This is following again by government innovation and demand of customer-oriented governmental implementation with information technology. The Ministries of Education and Human Resources Development proceeded with National Education Information System(NEIS) for the aim of educational informatization at a highest global level. NEIS that was operated from 2003 established a system in Educational Offices in 16 cities/province and the Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development, and connected all educational administration organizations and primary and middle schools with Internet. Thus, NEIS processes electronically the general administration affairs in educational administration organizations each unit school. The NEIS school affairs business system that is newly enforced is producing an important documentation (of semi-permanent level) such as personal information and grade of students including School Human Document with electronic methods. However, we need to guarantee authenticity, integrity, reliability and usability of documentation because school affairs business system is producing important documentation under poor circumstances. According to this necessity, school affairs business system analyzed how many a record management function includes by the ISO 15489 that was an international record managerial standard. On the basis of these analyses, I will present a plan for management of a school documentation in this study. These researches are meaningful in electronically analyzing a record management function of the National Education Information System(NEIS) and in documentarily approaching management plan. I expect theses researches to be able to used as useful data for documental management plan preparations regarding a productive documentation of all kinds of business systems using in public institutions as well as National Education Information System(NEIS).

In this study, main focus was analyzing whether the retired middle-aged people's life style and personal characteristics affect house selection attributes and there are any differences according to their life styles. The finding and implications of this study were as follows. The middle-aged people were trying to pursue leisurely and healthy life. Therefore, they prefer the high service quality of health, medical facilities, culture, leisure, and entertainment facilities. These trends were caused by the expansion of the five-days working styles, the improvements of the smart consumptions, the high levels of the education, and the high social and economic participations of the females. The overall changes in social, cultural, economical circumstances made them different from other generations. Also current middle-aged people were more challenging and active and they thought themselves young compared with the people of the older generation. In the future those middle-aged people's life style will be more diversified. Therefore new housing plans are necessary for the middle-aged popple to satisfy their diverse housing needs and housing circumstances. Based on the results of this study for the middle-aged people's life style and housing selection attributes after their retirement, more studies are necessary in new and different views. Furthermore diverse house supplies, housing marketing, housing policies should be provided for the middle-aged people for their retirement and need to study more their future housing satisfaction and their housing needs.

Due to the so-called COVID-19 pandemic, railway service management has also faced an unprecedented situation over the past. This study conducted a survey of customers using high-speed railways during the COVID-19 pandemic to explore the impact of infectious diseases on the railway service customer experience. As a result, customer satisfaction and loyalty increase as customers are more aware of the quarantine-related services provided by railway operators. The moderating role of customer's COVID-19 risk perception was examined as well because there are individual differences in the level of thinking dangerously about Covid-19. As a result, the perceived level of the service's quarantine-related services has a significant impact on customer satisfaction when the customer's risk perception of Covid-19 is at an appropriate level, but its impact is relatively weak when the customer's risk perception is significantly high. Eventually, only the complete extinction of COVID-19 risk will bring a complete recovery to the service industry. Nevertheless, during the epidemic period, it was confirmed that the main service characteristics are that the service operator thoroughly conducts quarantine activities and faithfully communicates with customers.
