This study is trying to suggest the continuity and changes that would be made in inter-Korean military negotiations in the future under the Kim Jeong-eun regime by analyzing the recent inter-Korean Working-Level Talks for Gaeseong Industrial Complex based on 'anti-Japanese guerilla style negotiation model, the military negotiation model under Kim Jeong-il era. Especially, through analysis of the inter-Korean Working-Level Talks for Gaeseong Industrial Complex, it is verified that behavior similar to that in the military talks in the past is found even in the economic negotiations. Such analysis leads to an assumption that negotiations under the Kim Jeong-eun regime would be made within the category of the military negotiations under the Kim Jeong-il era. Fundamentally North Korea will change but try to achieve its objectives in the military talks within the existing frame of strategic culture rather than changing it. Such phenomenon will continue for some time. In the future inter-Korean military talks, however, North Korea will try to change its behavior to cope with its financial difficulties. Accordingly, the South Korea's government will have to have paradigm shift toward inter-Korean military negotiations. Especially, Kim Jeong-eun's studying abroad in the past will make him change in the negotiations. At this moment, the South Korean government must make continuous efforts to induce dialogue and negotiation. In order to induce the North Korea to change, the development of economic norm logic with the united front applied in the strategic culture of military negotiation and the formation of a value system in the North Korea's military negotiation policy makers will lead to the creation of a new military negotiation framework.

Upon ruling that two photographs of "Solsum(located in Samchuk city)" are not substantially similar, issues on the level of protection for the copyrighted photographs expecially on landscape, which appearance could be similar whoever takes, were raised. Accordingly, this study summarizes and suggests the standards of expression differentiating from idea on photographic works. The results are as such. Elements of expression on photographs are positioning of subject, framing, selection of camera angle, control of light's direction and quantity, length of exposure, speed of shutter, timing or posing of the shutter. kinds of emulsion, methods of development, and any other methods of creative and characteristic photography. On the other hand, elements of ideas of photographic works are theme, concept, feeling, appearance of objects, time or season of taking a picture, vantage point, choice of horizontal or vertical angle, etc. As a result, this study reconfirms that copyright law entitles photographers to copyright as to their minimal degree of creativity, not as to their sweat of brows.

One of the most distinctive characteristic of the animations of Miyazaki Hayao is appearance of heroines with firm beliefs as well as compassion and generosity.. This study aimed to conduct research into the common points and differences in personality structures targeting <Nausicca of the Valley of WInd>, <Laputa: the Castle in the Sky>, <Mononoke Hime>, and <The Spiriting Away of Sen and Chihiro>, in which heroines appear out of long animation films created and directed by Hayao, In order to analyze the personality types, the study applied the classification criteria of MBTI and enneargram, and it analyzed the personality structures in comprehensive consideration of organic relationships and external characteristics according to the roles of the characters. This study analyzes that their personality type could be created very indivisually by changing their behavior motives, though Miyazaki's heroines are both Savior and idealist. Also, the study defined the characteristics of the personality structures of heroines created by Miyazaki Hayao and prepared data about them based on the results.

구개열이 있으면 언어장애 음식섭취의 어려움, 구개범장근의 기능장애로 인한 이관의 개폐기능부전으로 중이의 액체고임, 부정교합등 여러 문제가 생길 수 있다. 따라서 구개성형술은 갈라진 경구개와 연구개를 막아주며 동적인 연구개를 만들어 주어 충분한 구개인두폐쇄를 하여 정상적 발음을 하는데 그 목표가 있다. 그 외에도 음식물을 정상적으로 섭취할 수 있고 중이염 및 난청을 일으킬 수 있는 기능을 개선시키고 정상적인 교합을 만들어주는데 있다. 위의 목표를 이루기 위해 지금까지 많은 수술 방법이 개발되었고 개선되어 왔다. 하지만 아직도 가장 효과적인 수술방법, 수술시기에 대하여 논쟁거리가 되고있다. 언어를 분명하게 하려면 연구개는 인두벽에 닿기 위해 후상방으로 올라가고 인두의 후벽과 측벽은 올라온 연구개에 닿으려고 수축함으로써 비인두와 구인두 사이의 공간이 좁아지게 됨으로써 가능하다. 따라서 발음이 정확하려면 비인두괄약(nasopharyngeal sphincter)을 합리적으로 만들어주어 비인두와 구인두를 분리해 주어야 한다. 비인두괄약을 조성해 주는 방법에는 구개범거근이 괄약기능을 할수 있도록 연구개내근성형술(intravelar veloplasty)을 시행하여 양편구개범거근을 횡위로 옮겨 연결하여 올림근 걸이(levator muscle sling)을 만드는 방법, 구개 연조직을 후방으로 밀어 구개 길이를 연장하는 방법, 인두 피판술을 하는 방법등이 있다. 구개범거근의 주행방향과 부착이 잘못되어 있는 것으로, 정상에서는 구개범거근이 횡으로 주행하여 연구개의 정중봉선(median raphe)에 부착하는 데 반해 구개열에서는 구개범거근이 전방으로 주행하여 개열 가까이에 있는 구개열 후연과 골선 개열연에 부착되어 있고 구개인두근과 구개수근이 연구개를 그냥 지나쳐직접 구개열 후연에 붙는다. 저자등은 완전 양측성 구개열을 연구개내근성형술 및 서골피판을 동반한 2개 점막성골막판을 이용한 구개성형술로 수술을 시행하여 다소의 지견을 얻었기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다

물이 나타내는 관광이미지는 연구자의 목적이나 분류방법에 따라 수십가지로 나타낼 수 있다. 그러나 대개는 물 자체에 대한 이미지, 물체에 작용하는 물의 이미지, 공간에 작용하는 물의 이미지로 나눌 수 있다. 물 자체에 대한 관광 이미지는 물 자체의 개성을 나타내는 것으로 호수는 정적, 하천은 유동적인 것을 나타내는 것과 같다. 물체에 작용하는 물의 이미지는 폭포를 보고 시원함을 느낀다거나 멋있는 감을 느끼는 것과 같다. 공간에 작용하는 물의 이미지는 기존 공간에 물이 있으므로써 관광공간을 넓혀주는 것이다.(중략)

최근 생활수준이 향상됨에 따라 고기능성, 고감성의 제품이 요구되고 있고 또한 소비패턴이 고급화, 다양화, 개성화 됨에 따라 단시간의 유행변화에 신속하게 대응하기 위하여 섬유날염면에서도 다양한 색상과 디자인 및 quick-response가 요구되고 있다. 그러나 기존의 rotary printing system에 의한 날염기술은 이러한 사회적 요구에 다양하고 신속한 대응을 할 수 없으므로 새로운 날염기술의 개발이 요구되었고 이에 xerography printing에 의한 직물날염이 주목받게 되었다. (중략)

CJ문화재단이 주최하고 CJ그림책축제사무국이 주관한 제3회 CJ그림책축제가 구랍 8일부터 28일까지 한국국제교류재단 문화센터(서소문 중앙일보 1층)에서 열렸다. 상상력과 독특한 개성을 바탕으로 한 그림책은 어린이뿐 아니라 전 세대를 포용하는 장르이며 언어의 장벽을 뛰어넘어 세계적으로 소통할 수 있는 문화 아이콘이다. 2010년 CJ그림책축제는 <'CJ그림책상' 수상작전(展)>과 <한국 창작 그림책 초청전(展)>으로 구성되었다.

컴퓨터 그래픽스의 발전과 함께 등장한 가상인물은 최근 영화, TV, 게임 등의 다양한 매체에서 자주 접할수 있게 되었다. 가상인물은 사람을 닮은 등장인물로서, 그 생김새나 사실적인 동작, 자연스러운 얼굴 표정등이 관심의 대상이 된다. 특히, 얼굴 생김새나 표정은 가상인물을 개성 있는 인물로 재창조하는데 중요한 역할을 한다. 사람들은 타인의 얼굴 표정에 대해 매우 민감하게 반응하기 때문에 가상인물의 얼굴 표정을 제어하기가 더욱 어렵다. 가상인물의 얼굴 모델을 제작하고, 모델에게 표정을 부여하기 위해서 오래 전부터 다양한 방법들이 연구되어 왔다. 본 고에서는 가상인물의 얼굴 모델을 제작하고, 표정을 생성하는 방법에 관해 조명해 본다.

21세기를 들어서면서 우리나라에 있어서 캐릭터 관련 사업이 활성화되고 있다. 특히 아동의 정서적, 지적 발달을 위해서나 개성표현을 위해서 아동용 캐릭터 상품에 대한 소비자들의 관심이 전차 증가되고 있으며, 각종 아동용 캐릭터 상품이 생산, 유통되고 있으나. 아동용 캐릭터에 대한 감성 이미지 및 선호도에 관한 연구는 미비한 형편이다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 아동의 보호자인 어머니를 대상으로 아동내의용 캐릭터에 관한 선호도를 파악하고 선호되는 아동내의용 캐릭터의 감성 이미지를 파악함으로써 아동내의용 캐릭터 개발과 활용에 필요한 기초정보를 제공하는 것이다.

일반적으로 음성 합성용 데이터 베이스에서는 고음질을 유지할 수 있는 파형 부호화법을 주로 사용한다. 그것은 파형 부호화법이 발성자의 개성과 메시지 정보를 보존하기 때문에 음질의 명료성이 우수하기 때문이다. 그러나 기존에는 파형 부호화법을 적용해서 음성 파형 자체의 잉여성분만을 제거한 후 합성용 데이터 베이스로 사용하기 때문에 음성 합성용 데이터 베이스의 크기가 커지는 단점을 가진다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 단점을 극복하기 위해서 기존의 운율조절법을 통해서 음성 합성용 데이터 베이스를 압축하는 방법을 제안한다. 결과적으로 제안한 방법을 사용함으로써 고음질을 갖는 음성 합성용 데이터 베이스를 가질 수 있었고 데이터 베이스의 크기도 줄일 수 있었다.
