A Hybrid Mobile Business Card Production and Management System (하이브리드 모바일 명함제작 및 관리시스템)

  • Recently, as the increase in interaction between the person and the person, the people plentifully use the business card to exchange personal information. So, the people have many business cards. Thus, the people are liable to lose the business cards and finding a wanted business card is very difficult in the huge business cards in offline. And, the people think the business card is a way, which can express individuality. So, the people want to have the business card, which has individuality. Thus, this paper proposes the card system, which is satisfied to solve many problems of the card system in offline and express individuality. The proposed business card system can produce various business cards and puts contents such as video, photo, voice into business cards via mobile devices in anywhere, anytime. Also, this business card system follows the vCard format, which is a file format standard for personal data interchange. Finally, we provide with content-based business card retrieval using video and photo inserted into business cards. Thus, this paper proposes the hybrid business card system, which is satisfied to produce business cards expressed individuality and follows the vCard format.

Brand as determinant of evaluation of product personality - A cross-cultural study - (브랜드 개성이 제품 개성에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 - 한국과 독일의 실험연구를 중심으로 -)

  • A cross-cultural study was carried out in Germany and in South Korea in order to investigate the relationship between brand personality and product personality facilitating the three dimensions of personality agreeableness, excitement, and extroversion. Two pairs of shoes were prepared across categories of product function symbolic (a pair of high-heeled shoes) versus utilitarian (a pair of sport shoes). In experiments, each pair of shoes was labeled as a luxury brand ("Versace") or a casual brand ("C&A", Germany; "Migliore", South Korea) or left unlabeled. Prior to the experiments, an expert group in each country evaluated the brand personality in terms of "cheerful" (agreeableness), "honest"(conscientiousness), and "provocative" (extroversion) and the results were considered as a baseline. In Experiment I and II, subjects were exposed to two pairs of shoes labeled in one of the three ways and assessed the personality of both pairs of shoes using the personality traits, cheerful, honest, and provocative. Identical versions of the experiment were conveyed in Germany (N=56), an individualist culture, and in South Korea (N=72), a collectivist culture, and we purposed to find cultural differences in evaluating product personalities influenced by brands. The empirical results do not show any significant influence of brand personality on product personality in either cultural group (p>.05). Nevertheless, the subjects estimated the retail price of the shoes to be significantly different depending on the brands in both cultural groups (p<.001).

A Structural Model Analysis of Hotel Brand Personality Influencing Restaurant Loyalty Mediated through Restaurant Trust and Satisfaction (호텔 브랜드 개성이 레스토랑에 대한 신뢰와 만족을 매개로 하여 레스토랑 충성도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • This study aims to investigate whether hotel brand personality predicts restaurant loyalty mediated through trust and satisfaction. An experimental design is applied to test six hypotheses that reflect the research questions. The guests who have experienced dining in five star hotels in Seoul are targeted for sampling. A total of 184 faithful cases out of 250 cases have been analyzed. To analyze the data, descriptive statistics and multivariate analysis of variance, and structural equation modeling (SEM) are employed using the SPSS and AMOS 7. The findings indicate that hotel restaurant customers' loyalty is positively influenced by hotel brand's ruggedness and sophistication. Also, all the variables in brand personality except excitement have a positive impact on hotel restaurant customers' trust. Noticeably, hotel restaurant satisfaction is increased through brand sincerity and sophistication. Finally, both restaurant trust and satisfaction have a positive impact on restaurant loyalty. In conclusion, these findings suggest that hotel practitioners need to develop the influential variables of hotel brand personality to elevate the level of restaurant loyalty.

  • Mobile의 기술발달과 보편화에 따라 소비자들은 Mobil이 자기 개성 표현인 액세서리화되고, 더욱 감성적이고 차별화된 디자인을 요구함에 따라, 기업들은 이런 소비자들의 개성화 감성화의 니즈를 표면처리 디자인 기술로 효율적으로 적용해 소비자의 감성만족을 시키려 하고 있다. 국내외 Mobile 시장에서 Metal Case 외장의 2차원적인 디자인패턴은 다양한 표면처리 가공 접근이 용이하지 못하고, 패턴디자인의 한계에 이르렇다. E/F(INLET)의 도금 가공 기술의 Concept은 "원활한 모재의 제품 박리성" 에 있으나, 역발상으로 "Metal 모재와의 밀착성"으로 제품디자인을 구현하여, 제품의 도금 두께층 및 신뢰성 기술 확보함으로, 표면층에 사진, 그림, 인물 풍경, 자연물이미지 등의 다양한 감성디자인패턴의 구현이 가능해졌다. 산업기술자원부의 디자인혁신센터로 중소기업디자인개발 지원을 위해 설립된 중앙대학교 디자인경영센터와 SR I-TECH의 기술력으로 3차원 감성디자인패턴을 개발하게 되었다.

  • 중화학공업을 대신하게 될 앞으로의 기술을 생각할 때, 과거에도 그랬듯이 수요와 공급이라는 면을 생각해야 된다. 즉, 앞으로 사람은 무엇을 요구하게 되는가, 라는 문제에 대해서 과학기술이 새로운 가능성이 된다는 기대를 하게 된다. 과연 과거의 공업기술은 양산이라는 하나의 획기적인 생산기술을 개발 함으로써 공산품의 대중화를 이룩했다는 사실은 의미가 깊다. 이것으로 인하여 사람들은 보다풍요로운 생활 에 대한 희망을 가지게 되었다. 또한 오늘날과 같은 평화지향의 추세를 만난 세대는 물질의 풍요만으로는 만족하지 않게 되었으며 가일층 개성적, 인간적인 것을 강력하게 요구하게 되었다. 따라서 생산기술은 이같은 수요에 알맞는 생산기술, 생산체제라는 것이 주목되었고, 새로운 기술, 문화에 대한 욕구가 높아지고 있다. 도표는 최근 10 년간의 생산기술의 발달사라고 해도 과언이 아니다. 이제는 기계단체를 이용한생산효율보다 복합기계에 의한 관련시스템의 합리화로 생산성을 추구하게 되었다는 것을 알 수 있다. 예컨대 구미의 최근 수년간의 합리화동향을 살펴 보면 프랑스의 루노공원과 같이 단계별 교체공정의 단축화라든가 재고감축, 품질향상이 요구되고 있음을 알 수 있다. 미국의 자동차산업에서도 낡은 공장의 폐쇄, 인원감축, 해외생산 확대가 요구되고 있다. 물론 새로운 경영합리시스템이 개발되어 컴퓨터 라든가 ME(Mecro-Electronics) 기기를 이용한 공장의 자동화도 추진되고 있다.

  • 고객의 요구는 더욱더 개성화, 다양화되고 있고, 글로벌 시장은 다양한 가치관, 문화, 전통을 바탕으로 지역적인 개성을 추구한다. 전 세계에 그물처럼 엮어진 인터넷망은 시간과 거리의 제약을 완전히 없앴다. 기업은 국가와 대륙을 초월한 세계 무대에서 치열한 경쟁을 전개하고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 고객의 요구를 파악하여 이에 부합되는 제품의 생산 및 판매가 기업 경영에 있어서 주요 이슈로 등장하고 있으며, 이러한 추세는 제품 개발 기술의 보편화로 고객에 대한 서비스의 차별화로 집중되고 있다. 이런 수요를 충족시키기 해서는 CRM(Customer Relationship Management) 개념이 도입되어야 하고, 제조공정을 개선하며 경쟁력을 강화하기 위해서는 모든 기업이 고객의 가치를 최대화 할 수 있는 동기화 생산이 필수적이라고 하겠다. 본 연구에서는 CRM의 고객정보분류 방법 중 하나인 FART(F;Frequency, R;Recency, A;Amount, T;Type of merchandise/service)를 이용하여 주요고객을 분류하고, 이 정보를 Drum-Buffer-Rope 스케줄링 방법에 반영하여 기업의 생산능력과 우수고객 주문을 고려한 일정계획 방법을 제시한다. 이 결과로 우수고객에 대한 서비스 수준을 향상시키고 궁극적으로는 기업의 이윤을 최대화하는데 기여하고자 한다.

  • Modern figurative work is designed to have more creativity and characteristic traits by pure thought of the formative ceramic arts. In compliance with the demand which is various the design development could be satisfied an individuality and a taste is become accomplished. In this view, this study looks over expressive aspect of Cubism to present partition as a independent formative ceramic arts is able to contribute emotionally to our whole lives. In this procedure, this work is produced to express a three-dimensional effect and a spatial effect, approaching a figurative side. This is to overcome the limitation of Cubism art expressed in a two-dimensional surface in spite of its multi-dimensional observation of a given object. Accordingly, this study tries approaching pre-understanding of expressive aspect of Cubism which was the important turning-point in 20c art and expansion of the modern ceramic art field before producing the work. This study shows the possibility to become a creative and practical ceramic art work, approaching the new point of view breaking from the established conception. Consequently, the field of ceramic art could be expanded to a part of modern ceramic art as an object of study in art of life.

A Comparative Study on the Gender Differences in Relation to Chinese Consumer's Selection of Korean Product: On the Basis of Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou Region (성(性)별 차이에 따른 중국 소비자들의 한국제품 선택에 관한 비교연구: 북경, 상해, 광주 지역을 중심으로)

  • Recently, by increasing the importance of China as consumer market, the need for a systematic and scientific study of Chinese consumers has been raised. This study researches how country image and product attributes as well as brand personality influence Chinese consumers'selection of Korean product through a comparative study of gender differences. This study used the data which were collected through Chinese adult consumers'survey on Korean cell phone products who reside at Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. The main findings presented through empirical analysis results are as follows. First, Country image and brand personality have more influence on female consumers than male consumers on selection of Korean cell phones. Second, Male and female consumers have more influences by product attributes than other two factors. This study has presented the main implications of the preferred marketing strategies for Chinese enterprises of Korea on the basis of these research results.

  • The successful diffusion of innovation depends on an understanding of the consumer innovators, although they represent a small group of consumers. Researchers have studied the personalities of innovators to explain how these are associated with innovativeness. This paper examined the relationships of need for uniqueness, susceptibility to interpersonal influence, attention to social comparison information, and role-relaxed consumption to individual innovativeness. Data were collected from 319 students in Seoul. The results supported by large hypothesized relationships among these variables. Based on the results of the analysis, practical implications were discussed.

  • Recent growth of ring-tone and ring-back-tone download market as the derived market of cellular phone yields the new trend in music consumption from listening to display. This means that consumer purchase the ring-tone and RBT not for his appreciation but for counterpart's consumption, in a word, conspicuous consumption. Study aims at questions on whether cellular phone user can perceive the ring-tone and RBT's brand personality and how they express their self-image via ring-tone and RBT. Survey was administered for 196 college students who is dominant purchase group of market segment. Hypotheses are such as : congruity of self image and brand personality of ring-tone and RBT. Through the T-test, findings said that user's extrovert self image are not led to ring-tone's extrovert brand personality and user's introvert self image are not led to introvert ring-tone's brand personality of ringtone. same result was applicable to RTB. Cellular phone user's purchase behavior are different from those of product and service.
