The U.S. military has been developing support policies for the soldiers dispatched overseas and their families since WWI. It is classified by the period nowadyas as follows. Prior to the dispatch, support for money and housing issues is mainly provided. During the dispatch, the DOD level community is formed to strengthen relations between the soldiers and their families, check their children's academic achievements, etc. After returning to the military, the mental and physical health care for not only the soldiers but also their families is provided. Based on these facts, this research proposes that the ROK MND's overseas dispatch instruction upgrade to law in order to provide housing support, even if the families don't live in military houses. Simultaneously, an online community is needed to be open for sharing information between them, their children's educational achievements, etc. More importantly, the mental health care for both the sodiers and their families is provided for a certain period.

This study was attempted to provide basic data for the development of the nursing major curriculum and the admission strategy for attracting new students by identifying the perception of the nursing major among freshmen in the nursing department. Participants in this study were 40 freshmen who agreed to participate in the study among freshmen in the department of nursing who completed self-exploration, a required liberal arts course for freshmen opened in the first semester of 2021. Data collection was a study diary written by participants after 15 weeks of class, and the traditional content analysis method suggested by Heieh and Shannon was applied to data analysis. As a result of the study, three themes were derived: 'motivation for entering the nursing major', 'value of the nursing major', and 'obstacles to the nursing major'. Therefore, colleges and departments need to strengthen their entrance examination strategies to develop and conduct field trip programs for experiential departments linked to middle and high schools and It is necessary to solve the difficulties in taking major courses by providing subject and extracurricular programs targeting students who lack basic learning ability.

The purpose of this study is to identify the teaching anxiety experienced by instruction librarians of university libraries and to propose support measures to alleviate it. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, a survey was conducted targeting instruction librarians among librarians of group 'A' university across the country. As a result of analyzing a total of 138 valid responses, 84.8% of the librarians responded that they had experienced teaching anxiety. There was no difference in teaching anxiety in terms of library work experience, instruction work experience, instruction frequency, instruction work weight, and librarian role recognition, but there was a significant difference in emotions and readiness before entering the teaching role. As a way to alleviate the teaching anxiety of instruction librarians, it was suggested that the curriculum for user education should be established from the undergraduate course in library and information science, guidelines should be prepared at the level of higher institutions or councils, and to diversify the curriculum of specialized librarian education and training institutions.

Recently, slope failures are disastrous when they occur in mountainous area adjoining highways. The accidents associated with slope failures have increased due to rapid urbanization of mountainous area. Therefore, the inspection of slope is conducted to maintain road safety as well as road function. In this study, we apply to the remedy which is comparing existent description to advanced technology using GIS. We utilize a Terrestrial LiDAR, one of the advanced method, to generate precise and complete road slope model from expert point of view. In result, we extract hazardous slope information from external measurements referring to the evaluation criteria of external slope stability. We suggest not only the database but also the method of road risk evaluation based on internet GIS.

The purpose of this study was focused on finding out the effect of "Learning Strategies and Career Development" classes for first year student. To this end, I developed the learning portfolio based instructional method, textbook, learning portfolio, teaching guidebook and teaching materials. For the study, I conducted literature reviews, analysis of domestic and international best practices, expert advices and survey researches. This study implemented on 3,200 freshman and 72 professors of A university that is located at Gyungbuk. The results of applying research findings show that learning portfolio based instruction in "Learning Strategies and Career Development" classes is useful to improve first year students' competency of learning strategies and career search. And instructors can use the learning portfolio, teaching guidebook and teaching materials, therefore they are satisfied with the materials.

Field practicum is the core of Social Work education and plays a key role in the integration of theory and practice. To maximize the effectiveness of field education, it is important that both the faculty field liaison and field instructor are cooperated. However, the current field education is almost dependent on the supervision by field instructors. This study explores the perception on the areas of supervision by using the Q-methodology. As a result, the perception of faculty field liaison was categorized into three types and field instructors' was two. Their types of perception were partially overlapped rather than contrast. Findings of the study suggested the need for greater collaboration between academia and agencies.

For the growth of the marine leisure industry, it is necessary to estimate economic value to review appropriate profitability in advance for the opening of new routes for marine leisure ships. This study aims to analyze the willingness to pay for new marine leisure ships for users of Gyeonggi sea and estimate the economic value. To this end, the amount of willingness to pay was estimated using the conditional value measurement method, and significant factors affecting the payment of usage fees were analyzed. As a result of the study, the average willingness to pay was estimated at KRW 25,510, and it was found that the factors such as "island visit experience" and "satisfaction with means of transportation" had a significant effect on the willingness to pay.

Lotte Shopping Co. started its business from Lotte Department Store. From the beginning, Lotte Shopping Co. opened the largest department store and, since then, has expanded its business size through the processes of active developments of its own stores and merges and acquisitions of other companies. Currently, it operates a variety of retail shops such as department stores, discount stores, movies theaters, shopping malls, and supermarkets along with a TV home-shopping station and an online shopping mall. Lotte group, a business conglomerate Lotte Shopping belongs to, has an objective of becoming TOP 10 business group in Asia by 2018. Lotte group declared its vision statements in 2009 and has spent its effort to accomplish the goal. Lotte Shopping is implementing the group-level growth strategy through merges and acquisitions and diverse marketing programs. We will briefly investigate the current situation of Lotte Shopping and will then analyze its 1) entertainment shopping center and multi-channel strategy, 2) global market entry, and 3) education system.

At the K University level in the first semester of the 2022, regarding the courses opened as intensive completion-type major knowledge linking, under the name of 'Collage', 47 students were formed along with students majoring in electronic engineering (21 students) and included 26 students from 14 other majors. It was convergencly conducted as a 5-week completion-type independent course, and the results of responses to 10 items on the 5-point Likert scale questionnaire were summarized. The organized results were tested for four items (reliability, normality, correlation, average difference between 2 groups), and it was confirmed that there was a difference in learning satisfaction depending on the difficulty of the learning topic and the grade of the student. In addition, it was confirmed that more than 65% of the students responded with a positive evaluation of 'moderate' or higher in the five questionnaire items with high correlation.

In a good class, the elements that make up the class are organically related as a system. The goal of the class is to foster the ability of students to fully understand the educational content of the subject and then apply it to their professional areas. Therefore, for ideal classes, it is necessary to design students to acquire the necessary theories and apply them practically. The question We always ask ourselves during lectures is how to effectively give large-scale lectures for students. This is also the concern of all professors in charge of large-scale lectures opened across various major fields. Now is the time to find ways to effectively give lectures on a large scale. We studied how it is most effective to design and implement various factors such as lectures, presentation and group organization, assignment, group presentation, professor's group presentation guidance, lecture materials posting, questions and answers, group presentation feedback, final report writing, and grade calculation.
