본 논문에서는 한 중소기업을 상대로 진행된 게이트 도장 품질 개선을 위한 6시그마 프로젝트 과정을 소개한다. 프로젝트는 6시그마 개선활동의 로드맵인 DMAIC 절차를 따라 진행하였다. 먼저 Define 단계에서는 고객요구사항 파악을 위해 VOC 기법을 활용하여 CTQ를 선정하였다. Measure 단계에서는 프로세스 맵, 특성요인도, XY 매트릭스, FMEA등을 이용하여 주요 인자들을 규명하였다. Analyze 단계에서는 상관분석, ANOVA, 그래프 분석 등 각종 통계적 기법을 활용해 핵심입력변수인 'Vital Few's'를 규명한 후, Improve 단계에서 DOE를 통한 최적조건을 도출하였다. 또한 Control 단계에서는 최적조건을 유지하기 위한 관리계획 및 실수방지, 표준화 기법을 도입하였다. 이러한 개선 활동을 통해 개선 전 2.957 시그마 수준의 품질을 3.66 시그마 수준까지 높일 수 있었으며, 6천 3백만원의 비용절감을 할 수 있었다. 또한 본 논문에서는 중소기업에서의 프로젝트 진행의 문제점을 제시하였고, 그 해결방안에 대해서도 논하고자 한다.

SW 기업들이 SW 프로세스 개선(Software Process Improvement; SPI)을 개선하기 위해 많은 관심과 노력을 투입해 왔음에도 불구하고, 이런 SW 프로세스 개선 활동이 품질, 비용, 납기준수에 어떠한 영향을 주는지에 대한 구체적인 자료들이 부족한 편이다. 본 연구에서는 SW 프로세스 개선활동들에 대한 이해의 폭을 넓히기 위해 국내 SW 개발 조직의 프로젝트 관리자를 대상으로 SW 프로세스의 공학수준과 DICE 수준관련 자료를 수집하였다. 이를 기반으로 SW 프로세스 개선 모델이 제시하고 있는 가정사항인 SW 프로세스 능력수준이 높으면 프로젝트 성과가 좋은지와 조직변화의 성공요인을 제시하는 DICE 수준에 따라 납기 성과의 변화를 살펴보았다. 분석결과 SW공학수준과 DICE 수준이 높을수록 납기가 줄어드는 것으로 나타났다.

SW 기업들이 SW 프로세스 개선(Software Process Improvement; SPI)을 개선하기 위해 많은 관심과 노력을 투입해 왔음에도 불구하고, 이런 SW 프로세스 개선 활동이 풀질, 비용, 납기준수에 어떠한 영향을 주는지에 대한 구체적인 자료들이 부족한 편이다. 사례를 기반으로 하는 기존 연구의 결과는 대기업을 대상으로 특정 방법론의 효과성에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 본 연구에서는 SW 프로세스 개선활동들에 대한 이해의 폭을 넓히기 위해 국내 SW 개발 조직의 프로젝트 관리자를 대상으로 SW 프로세스의 이행과 프로젝트 비용에 대한 데이터를 수집하였다. 이를 기반으로 SW 프로세스 개선 모델이 제시하고 있는 가정사항인 SW 프로세스 능력수준이 높으면 프로젝트 성과가 좋은지를 분석하였다.

This research is to make clear the volunteer activity system through analysing activity of volunteers. Main suggestions are as below. In management system, integrated cooperating system, improvement of delivering system of relief goods and developing operating manual of volunteering management are discussed. In education system, specialized education for different disaster areas, field orientation education, and training managerial positions are suggested. In supporting system, improving NDMS(National Disaster Management System), computerized program for volunteer management, insurance for volunteers, issuing a confirmation of volunteering activity, securement of emergency communication system, budget for prevention and donation are also suggested.

최근 전국의 각 대학교와 한국대학교육협의회에서는 대학교 경쟁력을 우수한 인재를 양성하는 교육에 있다고 보고, 교육 활동에 비중을 높이고 강의 및 학생 지도에 역량을 집중하고 있다. 지금까지 대학 교육 활동의 대부분을 차지하는 수업에 대한 평가는 학생의견을 바탕으로 한 강의평가와 교수업적 반영 위주로 진행되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 교육 활동영역에서 수업의 평가 지표를 마련하고 체계적인 수업 개선을 위해 수업 평가 요인을 도출하고, 평가 결과물을 토대로 평가 요인에 적합한 개선 방안을 제시하는 환류 체계를 제시하고자 한다. 이를 통하여 강의평가 결과가 평가 항목에 따른 측정 결과 제시에서 수업 개선의 피드백을 제공하는데 초점을 맞추어 체계적으로 수업의 품질을 관리할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

최근 현대 무기체계는 최첨단 기술로 인한 무기체계 개발 속도 증가와 획득환경의 다변화와 더불어 이에 대한 위험도 동시에 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 미국방부는 무기체계의 수명주기를 고려하여 시험평가를 지속 적용토록 강조하고 있다. 따라서 기존의 무기체계 시험평가 프로세스에서 다루는 시스템 설계에 대한 단계별 안전 활동의 강화의 필요성 역시 강조되고 있다. 그 중에서도 무기체계 개발의 핵심 활동에 해당하는 체계개발 단계는 양산에 들어가기 전의 최종 활동으로서 제대로 수행되어야만 초기에 의도한 무기체계 개발의 목적을 달성할 수 있을 것이다. 본 논문에서는 시스템 안전성 요소를 고려한 시험평가 프로세스의 개선사항 도출과 모델링을 통해 무기체계 시스템인 무기체계를 대상으로 적용 및 조정 구축에 대한 내용을 기술하고 있다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 향후 시험평가 기간의 단축 및 비용 절감과 데이터의 관리 및 추적 기능을 개선함으로써 무기체계 개발 후의 안전사고 발생 가능성을 줄일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This study was performed to investigate effects of raw sea tangle products on idiopathic constipation. A total of thirty-eight women participated voluntarily in this study. They were placed into one of four groups by their total colonic transit time (TCTT) to make the four groups have the same TCTT. In the first trial, the subjects in Control group were fed 3 times of 150 mL of mineral water per day for 2 weeks, those in +Control group were fed a kind of stool softener as well as the same mineral water for 3 times, those in STT group were fed 3 times of 150 mL of sea tangle tea and those in STB group were fed 3 times of 150 mL of sea tangle beverage. After 6 weeks, a second trial was performed for another 2 weeks. Although the TCTT of the group exposed to of KolomarkTM was not significantly reduced, the subjects in STT group answered that their evacuation activities were significantly improved; evacuation frequency was increased, stool hardness was reduced, evacuation straining was lessened, stool amount was increased, incomplete sense of evacuation was lessened, and major evacuation time was improved like those in +Control group. The results imply that it is worthy to develop some products of raw sea tangle such as STT, which are effective in treating or preventing constipation.

현장개선은 인쇄회사에 있어서도 보편적인 테마가 되었다. 더욱이 오랫동안 정체 및 감소세를 보이고 있는 일본 인쇄업계의 사정을 감안하면, 개선활동을 통해 사고의 발생을 줄이고, 인쇄 사고를 미연에 방지하는 것은 그 중요성이 더욱 커지고 있다고 할 수 있다. 우선적으로는 사고가 발생하지 않는 생산체제를 확립하는 것이 이뤄져야 한다. 또한 현장 개선에 있어서 취약점으로 지적되고 있는 협력업체에서 이뤄지는 고정에 대한 관리까지도 염두에 둬야 한다.

The purpose of this study is to develop STEAM hand-on activity task for middle school manufacturing & automation unit. This study was conducted following three stages. First of all, I carried out documents research and requirements analysis. And the goals for STEAM hand-on activity were set at this stage. Second, topics for STEAM hand-on activity were selected, and the organized for designing hand-on activity related STEAM in the development step. Finally, pilot and field test were conducted in order to amend and/or complement in improvement step. The theme and/or title of the hand-on activities were 'Making the print using wood', 'Making the close up photography & telephoto lens for smart phone'. The STEAM hand-on activities were designed for ten hours for each subject respectively. Each hand-on activity consists of problem situation, objectives statement, materials and tools, an evaluating criteria, related knowledge, portfolio and so on.
