S사는 생산량 증대에 따른 물동량 증가에 대비하기 위하여 물류 시스템 개선안을 수립한 수 , 타다성을 검증하기 위해 시뮬레이션 기법을 채택하여 물류관점에서 현행 시스템 및 개선안에 대한 진단을 실시하였다. 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션 기법은 생산공정에 실질적인 물리적 변화를 가하지 않고도 "What-if" 라는 다양한 시나리오를 작성하고 이들에 대한 분석 및 평가를 통하여 그 가능성을 타진하며 최적안을 도출하는데 유용하게 이용되는 도구이다. 본 진단을 통하여 현행 시스템의 문제점을 정량적으로 파악하였다. 그리고, 물류 개선안에 대한 기대효과를 예측하고 발생가능한 문제점을 사전에 도출하여 시행착오를 최소화하는데 기여하고자 하였다.기여하고자 하였다.

Recently, the National Research Foundation of Korea (NRF) announced new plan to reflect the KCI citation measures in journal evaluation. In principle, Journal evaluation should reflect each journals situation and characteristics through various indicators. In this study, three improvement plans were proposed by reviewing the announced journal evaluation plan of NRF. The first improvement is to consider the five-year IF as an additional citation measure; the second improvement is to allow flexible selection of the category level on which to rank journals; and the last improvement is to combine the previous two methods and apply them together. The improvement methods proposed in this study are expected to contribute to minimizing side effects of KCI journal evaluation.

Recently, with the increase of the interest to global environmental problems, bicycle has been recognized as the most environmentally friendly transportation mode. To promote cycling, it is necessary to ensure road space that bicycle can keep running safely and smoothly. This paper aims to evaluate the district with rearranged road space and network, given priority to bicycle, comparing the traditional district which are given priority to car from viewpoints of environment, safety and accessibility. As evaluation indicators, the carbon dioxide emission on the environment. the number of collision between car and bicycle on safety and an accumulated frequency measure on accessibility were used. As the result, it was clarified that bicycle road measures to create bicycle road by reallocation of road space and form bicycle exclusive network were effective.

'94년 '95년 2년동안 시행돼 온 공공데이터베이스 개발 사업은 국가 경쟁력 확보를 위해 필수적인 시책임에도 불구하고 말도 많고 탈도 많았던 것이 사실이다. 선정에 따른 불투명성과 개발업자의 불성실한 개발 및 사후지원 체계의 마비로 인해 돈만 쓰고 얻은 것이 없다는 불평을 야기시켰다. 정부는 이러한 폐단을 없애기 위해 최근 공공데이터베이스 개발 보급사업 개선안을 마련해 실시키로 했다. 새롭게 마련된 개선안을 자세히 살펴봤다.

When customer makes a phone call to get the necessary information, ARS (Automatic Response System) will provide them without the limitation of time and place. Therefore, the application field of ARS (Automatic Response System) has been expanded and also occupancy rates arepretty high. However, compared with the importance of ARS, there is little study regarding the closest information structure of the actual users. Therefore, this research is about the ARS information structure of Gimhea BIS (Bus Information System), and the point of this research is to analyze the problem of the ARS information structure so we can suggest an idea to improve it. As the methods of study, drawing the workflow of ARS, conducting user observation, comparing with cases another region and analysis them. As a result, by and large there was error in the structure of information so, system reformation was required. Now that, we suggested two ideas for the improvement and we conducted usability test under that problem. Usability test was conducted by Lab test with interview. As a result, we could understand merits and demerits of two ideas for improvement, and we completed final improvement to highlight only merits of two ideas for improvement. This study will be utilized as the base material to improve ARS of Gimhea BIS.

In order to develop a more useful and ergonomically attractive remote controller, I peformed experiments with various subjects to define factors that may obstruct the usability of remote controllers for multifunction A/V appliances. I also performed the experiments to evaluate other factors that were created to improve the usability of them, and showed that remote controllers with the improved factors are more efficient and more attractive to use. I analyzed about 40 types of remote controllers for various A/V appliances to understand impediment factors of usability. By this analysis I found the factors that affected the usability of them, and developed three types of improved remote controllers for the next version of $Play@TV^{TM}$ also set the subjects with the task of usability tests with an existing remote controller and the three newly chosen remote controllers, and those results were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The results showed that the 'B type' remote controller took less time to perform the same tasks by 9.2% than the existing remote controller. I concluded that the usability factors of remote controllers - function receptivity, presentation of a tactile clue, reasonable size and weight, how to arrange the main buttons, grouping of related functions - will be useful and effective to improve the usability of A/V appliances.

현행 소프트웨어사업자 신고제도는 그 효과성과 활용성에 여러 문제점들이 지적되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어사업자 신고제도의 실태를 수주자와 발주자를 대상으로 조사하여 그 현황 및 문제점을 파악하고, 수/발주자의 개선의견을 통합적으로 분석하여 그 개선방안을 도출하고자 한다. 이를 통해서 단기적 개선안으로 신고제도 절차 및 활용 개선안을 제시한다.
