생산성 제고를 위하여 생산 현장에서 사용되는 여러 가지의 자료 즉, 다양한 형식의 화상(Image), CAD 자료, 도면, 표, 수식, 각종 문서 양식 및 문안들을 관리해주는 시스템이 필수적이다[1]. 그러나 다양한 종류의 자료들이 격리되어 관리되고 있는 상황에서는 원하는 정보를 찾거나, 자료간의 관련성을 알아내는데 많은 어려움을 겪지 않을 수 없다. 따라서 생산과정에서 필요한 여러 가지 자료들을 생성, 편집할 수 있는 도구와 각 자료들간의 관련성을 생성, 편집하는데 도움이 될 수 있는 방안, 마지막으로 생성된 여러 자료를 쉽게 찾도록 도와 주는 기능이 요구된다. 이와 같은 기술정보관리를 효율적이고 통합된 형태로 수행하기 위하여, 본연구에서는 기술정보관리시스템(TIMS : Technical Information Management System)을 구축하였다. 기술정보관리시스템은 개별 자료의 생성, 편집 및 개별 자료의 공유를 통한 복합문서 작성 부분, 개별 자료들 간의 관련성을 자동관리해 주는 부분 그리고 개별 자료들 간의 관련성을 통한 자료검색 부분으로 구성되어 있다. 본 논문에서는 기술정보의 효율적인 작성, 사용 및 관리를 지원하기 위한 통합 시스템의 각 구성부분에 요구되는 기능들과 전체 시스템의 효율성을 증대시키기 위한 방안을 논하였다. 격리되고 인력에 의존에 온 기술정보의 효율적인 작성, 사용 및 관리를 방대한 양의 자료들 속에서 통합적이며, 적합한 형태로 자동관리해줌으로써 생산성 제고에 기여할 수 있는 시스템으로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This paper introduces the group performance model, types of group process, and characteristics of group. Then, it presents a survey of current groupware and meeting support systems. Especially, it discusses functional requirements for a group support system in order to improve the performance of new product development teams. The group support system should provide functions for all team members to collaborate anytime and anyplace. The system should guarantee individual thinking, parallelism, and anonymity, when necessary. The system should support both individual task and group task, and the whole process of group meeting so that it facilitates the creativity of participants and complements the weakness of the group.

Ubiquitous computing requires timely supply of contextual information in order to upgrade decision quality. In this sense, this study is aimed at proposing a multi-dynamic decision support system for highly ill-structured problems. Especially, it is very important for decision makers in the ubiquitous computing to coordinate conflicts among local goals and global goal harmoniously. The proposed Multi-Dynamic Decision Support System (MDDSS) is basically composed of both central structure and distributed structure, in which central structure supports multi objects decision making and distributed structure supports individual decision making. Its hybrid architecture consists of decision processor, multi-agent controller and intelligent knowledge management processor. Decision processor provides decision support using contexts which come from individual agents. Multi-agent controller coordinates tension among multi agents to resolve conflicts among them. Meanwhile, intelligent knowledge management processor manages knowledge to support decision making such as rules, knowledge, cases and so on. To prove the validity of the proposed MDDSS, we applied it to an u-fulfillment problem system in which many kinds of decision makers exist trying to satisfy their own objectives, and timely adjustment of action strategy is required. Therefore, the u-fulfillment problem is a highly ill-structured problem. We proved its effectiveness with the aid of multi-agent simulation comprising 60 customers and 10 vehicles under three experimental modes.

이러닝은 기능적인 요소기술의 구현에 초점을 두었던 단계를 지나 학습자의 학습 능력과 취향, 선호도 및 학습습관을 고려하며 사용자의 편의와 학습의 품질을 근본적이고 획기적으로 개선하기 위한 유러닝으로 발전하고 있다. 이와 함께 IMS 학습설계는 병렬세션관리, 협동학습과 혼합학습 지원 측면에서 그 동안 국내외에서 개별학습을 지원하는 표준안으로 활용되어온 ADL의 SCORM 국제표준이 갖는 한계 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 대안으로서 등장하였다. 하지만 제정된 이후로 개정이 되지 않아 유러닝을 지원하기 위해서는 개선이 요구되고 있다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 지식서비스 USN 산업원천 기술개발 과제의 세부과제인 'U-러닝 환경 표준 및 표준 명세 개발 및 검증' 과제에서 맞춤형 학습을 지원하고 사용자 편의를 제공할 수 있도록 확장된 학습설계 표준에 대하여 소개한다.

VOD 서비스에서 멀티캐스팅 기법을 적용하여 여러 클라이언트가 동일한 스트림을 공유함으로써 네트워크 대역폭을 절약하려는 연구가 활발하다. 패칭 방법은 기존에 전송되고 있는 멀티캐스팅 스트림을 공유하여 디스크에 임시로 저장하고, 별도의 채널을 생성하여 공유가 불가능한 초기 데이타 스트림을 수신하여 재생한다. 초기 데이타에 대한 재생이 끝나게 되면, 디스크에 저장된 데이타에 대한 재생을 수행한다. 패칭 방식은 네트워크 대역폭을 절약할 수 있는 효과와 더불어 클라이언트의 초기 대기시간을 최소화하여 True VOD를 지원한다. 본 논문에서는 패칭 방식의 VOD 시스템에서 VCR 연산 지원 방식을 제시한다. 멀티캐스팅 환경에서의 VCR 연산은 멀티캐스트 채널에 대한 관리와 개별 클라이언트에 대한 세션 정보의 효율적인 관리를 전제로 하고 있다. 지원하는 종류로는 점프(임의위치 재생), 일시정지 및 일시정지 재개, 종료가 있다.

본 연구는 컴퓨터시스템을 이용한 맞춤형 정음기반 한국어 학습 지원시스템의 효율적인 모델에 관한 연구 논문으로서, IMS/AICC 국제규격을 준수하는 LCMS와 SCORM 기반의 정음 정보처리로 한국어 교육이 가능한 학습지원시스템에 구축 시스템의 세부 모음들을 정의하였다. 주 내용은 학습자의 학습결과와 학습 습관을 분석 평가하여 자가 주도 식으로 학습할 수 있는 기능을 제공한 것이다. 본 연구는 효율적인 PMS 세부모듈 시스템은 물론, 표준 역량모델관리시스템, 학습자 개별 역량 관리시스템, 역량저장 및 저장소, 커뮤니티를 활용한 역량 모델기반의 지식관리시스템, 교육 수요분석용 e-Survey시스템, 모바일 학습지원서비스 시스템 등이다. 앞으로 클라우드컴퓨팅 기술을 적용한 외국인을 위한 정음기반 한국어 학습지원시스템 구축 표준 모델을 제시하였다.

유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경을 지원하기 위한 다양한 미들웨어에 대한 연구 및 개발이 이루어져 왔으며 이를 통해 수많은 응용 서비스들이 제공되고 있다. 그러나, 사용자 측면에서의 진정한 유비쿼터스 환경은 개별 시스템들이 제공하는 서비스들이 통합적으로 지원되는 환경이다. 따라서, 다양한 이기종 서비스 시스템들이 적절한 수준의 협업을 통해 사용자의 요구사항을 만족시키는 미들웨어 플랫폼의 개발이 요구된다. 또한 동적으로 변화하는 유비쿼터스 환경에서는 사용자가 원하는 서비스들을 사용자가 원하는 형대로, 원하는 시간에, 사용자의 직접적인 개입 없이 자동화된 서비스가 제공되어야 한다. 사용자에게 상황에 따라 적절한 서비스를 제공하기 위해서 적절한 워크플로우의 정의가 가능한 모델링 시스템이 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에 적용되기 위한 연구가 필요하다. 한편, 사용자들이 다양한 이벤트에 따라 작동하는 서비스 시나리오를 원활히 처리할 수 있는 기능을 도입함으로써 협업 효과를 극대화할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 이기종 서비스 시스템간의 협업과 워크플로우를 지원하는 미들웨어 플랫폼을 제안한다.

This study presents an adaptive hypermedia learning system which can provide individual learning environment using a learner behavioral model. This system proposes a LBML which can manage learners' learning behavioral information by tracking down such information real-time. The system consists of a collecting system of learning behavioral information and an adaptive learning support system. The collecting system of learning behavioral information uses Web 2.0 technologies and collects learners' learning behavioral information real-time based on a SCORM CMI data model. The collected information is stored as LBML instances of individual learners based on a LBML schema. With the adaptive learning support system, a rule-based learning supporting module and an interactive learning supporting module are developed by analysing LBML instances.

The aim of this study is to examine the difference of features between poor group and non-poor group. And, it is examined whether there are man and woman's differences. The investigation targeted the person who were using 'Regional self-support center'. They were classified into poor and non-poor group depending on the participation pattern of the self-support programs. Using logistic regression technique, I analyzed the effects of a series of independent variables on the dependent variable of whether or not person is in poor group and then compared the analysis results. The findings and policy implications are as follows. First, it was found that the health condition of women has a significant effect on the likelihood of poverty. Therefore, it is necessary to support appropriate medical service and improvement of health condition to them. Second, the business career of women was one of the factors affecting. Whether the business career is or not, it is necessary to do different support. Third, like what has been known until now, care giving was found to be a heavy burden for woman.
