This study examines the case of living lab led by intermediary and explores the development possibility as living lab platform. The analyzed cases are 'The Seoul Innovation Park Living lab', 'Korea Senior Living lab' of Seongnam Senior Experience complex, and 'Disaster Safety Living lab'. As a result of the analysis, all three cases have formed a user panel to form a living lab platform, and provide living lab service to internal and external organizations. A common feature that combines a technology platform with a 4Ps-based governance platform is identified. However, the characteristics, the meaning, and the process are different from case to case. In the future, the living lab platform needs to share learning experiences that are going on individually, since domestic living lab platform is in the early stage. Through this, it is necessary to seek collaboration and cooperation with related similar projects, and to jointly promote institutional and physical infrastructures related to living labs.

The EU in order to surpass the United States in the world economy have tried several aspects. Economic growth is possible through the technological competitiveness of this industry, and also through the development of industrial technology and employment. Such EU Commission has taken several support policies in order to raise the R & D capabilities. Non-EU member countries, Korea, R & D pipe central incisor see support for the policy proposal evaluation for women is important. The aim of this paper is to analyze the proposal evaluation process of the EU commission for R&D projects. I argue that the EU's methode of proposal evaluation for EU R&D consists of five stages: expert briefings, proposals for individual assessment, consensus and finally a panel evaluation. The main features of the EU's R&D evaluation process for proposals are experts and panel evaluation. The Korean government could select, operate and manage experts for the EU's R&D evaluation. That would lead to a higher rate of success for Korean proposals in the EU.

At present, no outside organization provides systematic support for business archives, even though there are companies that operate their own. To resolve this situation, this study suggested that overseas business archives professionals organization could apply in Korea by analyzing the form of organizations and functional roles. As such, the organization of professionals in overseas business archives was analyzed through their website, literature research, and email interviews of the staff. Based on the analysis, overseas organizations of business archives professionals were established in the form of sections and independent organizations to systematically support business archives through long-term projects. Thus, this study proposed an organizational structure of professionals organizations for the development of domestic business archives and the functional role of supporting activities, educational activities, and publishing activities. In addition, the ultimate development of business archives is clearly no longer the only solution to the change in perception and strategy of individual companies' business records. Moreover, this study is significant as a starting point for discussion on the establishment of business archives professionals or organizations.

Recently, many industrial devices are facing protocol compatibility problems with external monitoring and control systems. This paper designed an industrial communication gateway that can support the transformation of industrial communication protocol using multi-layered communication module. Industrial communication gateways have a structure that connects individual communication modules using rs485 serial communication to multiple layers. Each communication module consisted of analog data card, a digital data card LAN, and a CAN-enabled card. The main board processor used Atmega micro-processor, and the rs485 serial slot was placed to have a multi-layer communication module structure. These additive layer type communication modules support analog and digital I/O functions and LAN and CAN for wide use in industrial communication control and monitoring.

새만금호의 목표수질 달성과 지속가능한 관리를 위해서는 비점오염 관리의 필요성이 강조되고 있다. 특히, 새만금호 상류 유역은 농경지 비율이 38%로서 높아 농업활동에서 유래하는 농업 비점오염원의 효과적인 관리가 필요하다. 이를 위해서는 농업비점오염 저감기술의 개발하는 물리적 기술적 접근만이 아니라 농업인과 지역주민의 참여와 함께 행정적인 지원을 포함하는 사회 경제 문화적 접근을 포함하는 통합적인 접근 즉, 거버넌스가 요구된다. 이러한 거버넌스를 새만금유역의 농업비점 관리에 적용하려는 노력의 일환으로 "새만금유역 농업비점오염관리 거버넌스구축 사업모델 개발"에 대한 연구를 2015년부터 2016년까지 2년간 추진하게 되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 농업비점오염 관리를 위한 거버넌스 구축과 운영에 필요한 요소들을 도출하고 각각의 요소별 추진 프로세스를 개발하고 최종적으로 이를 상호 연계하여 운영하는 기법을 개발하는 것이다. 농업비점오염관리 거버넌스 구축의 접근 방향으로는 신규구축형과 기존정책사업연계형으로 접근하는 것이 바람직 할 것으로 판단된다. 거버넌스 시스템은 참여단위와 행정단위, 그리고 이것을 연계 지원하는 '중간지원조직'의 다층적 거버넌스 구조로 제안하였다. 참여단위 거버넌스는 공동체단위와 개별 농가단위의 참여 프로그램으로 설계하였다. 특히, 참여단위 거버넌스의 지속성을 유지하기 위해서 커뮤니티비즈니스 육성이 필요할 것으로 나타났다. 1차년도(2015년)에는 신규구축형을 중심으로 진행을 위하여 전라북도 부안군 백산면 용계리를 연구대상 지구로 선정하였다. 참여단위 거버넌스 구축을 위하여 연구대상 지구에서 우리 마을과 물 이야기, 우리마을회의 등 통하여 주민이 생각하는 지역의 역사와 문화 등 잠재자원을 발굴하였고, 이를 바탕으로 침체된 마을 공동체를 마을길을 연결하여 다시 활성화 하고, 물이 흐르는 마을도랑으로 가꾸고, 단절된 이웃간 마음을 연결하기 위한 "마을길-물길-마음길 연결" 커뮤니티 비즈니스 프로젝터를 도출하였다. 이러한 거버넌스구축 프로그램의 정보의 공유와 확산을 위하여 커뮤니티 비즈니스 안내판을 설치하고, 마을소식지(청파)를 제작배부하고 거버넌스구축 과정을 담은 마을영상다큐 제작을 진행하였다. 2차년도에는 커뮤니티 비즈니스 심화과정을 운영하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 앞으로 농촌지역의 비점오염관리를 위한 거버넌스구축 등 정책 및 제도개선에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

There are various networks and communication methods are used in industrial communication. Enterprises need to convert communications between industrial devices and networks for production line expansion, factory upgrades, network segmentation, and SI. This requires designers manufactured by many manufacturers to provide communication equipment for data or protocol conversion in order to connect and transmit various other mechanical devices to the network. This study examines the literature regarding teacher-child interaction in the classroom, aiming to find ways to support child-care teachers in improving the quality of teacher-child interaction. The study selected studies exploring teacher-education programs that aim to support child-care teachers in interacting with their children in the classroom in a quality manner. The selected studies were analyzed, by focusing on how the study proposes ways to support child-care teachers in interacting with their children in a quality manner. The results of previous studies are as follows: 1) the literature tends to focus on teachers' language interaction with their children in the classroom; 2) the literature tends to apply a variety of observation tools (or coding schemes) to measure teacher-child interaction in child-care settings; 3) the literature prefers individualized approaches such as mentoring or consulting as ways of supporting child-care teachers in interacting with their children in a quality manner; and 4) the literature aims in general to improve teachers' self-reflection skills.

댐·보 운영은 과거부터 많은 양의 데이터를 근간으로 분석 및 의사결정을 진행하였으나, 자연 현상의 복잡성 및 다양한 영향 관계로 인해 기술개발은 답보 상태에 머물러 있다. 또한 댐·보 운영의 기술개발은 개별적인 일부 요소기술에 국한되어 있는 실정으로 댐·보 운영의 전체 의사결정체계에 대한 미래의 방향성에 대한 전략이 부재한 상황이다. 이에 기후변화, 물관리일원화, 환경대응용수의 활용, 복합적 제약사항 도출 등 최적 댐·보 운영을 위한 의사결정지원 고도화에 대한 사회적 니즈가 증가를 반영하고, 기존의 재래적 의사결정지원 시스템 및 홍수분석기술에서 탈피하여 AI, Big Data 등 혁신 기술적용 및 최신기술 트렌드를 반영한 미래 물관리 로드맵의 제시가 필요한 상황이다. 본 연구의 목적은 홍수기 댐운영을 위해 기존 반복 분석하는 일련의 절차 자동화와 운영자의 경험에 따라 달라지는 운영방법의 일반화를 위한 AI의 도입에 있다. 기존 홍수분석체계를 살펴보면 저수지 홍수분석, 저수지 수위계산, 방류량 결정, 분석결과와 제약사항의 비교 같은 일련의 절차에 대해서 합리적인 결과가 도출될 때까지 반복 분석을 수행하여야 한다. 분석모형간 연계와 재래적 방법의 자동화를 도입하면 홍수분석에 소요되는 시간을 줄일 수 있어, 사전에 대비할 수 있는 시간을 추가적으로 확보할 수 있게 된다. 또한 홍수기 댐운영 방법이 운영자의 경험에 의존하다 보니 운영자마다 다른 운영방법을 도출하게 되는데, 과거사례의 최적 운영방안을 학습시킨 AI를 도입하게 되면 일관성있는 최적 댐운영이 가능할 것으로 판단된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 홍수분석 절차의 자동화, DB 및 통계모형 구축, 분석결과 및 제약사항의 직관적인 표출화, AI 도입을 통한 운영방안의 일반화 등 기존 재래기술의 개선을 통해 최적 댐운영 의사결정지원시스템의 고도화를 추진하고자 한다.

The quality growth of online education triggered by remote education platforms such as Coursera and edX has increased the demand for lifelong education through online platforms. In response, South Korea has also created various lifelong education support systems and sites in government agencies and local governments. Each support system and web sites created its own member information collection system. The systematic collection and utilization of learners' information requires an integrated member management system of each system. Therefore, the current status of member information collection of state-level lifelong education support systems was analyzed. Based on this, it distinguishes between member information that systems collect in common and information that they collect separately. It will help to bridge the items underlying the integrated membership framework.

In this paper, the purpose of this study was to analyze various information related to the government's youth entrepreneurship support policy, propose a customized entrepreneurship promotion strategy for college students majoring in sports, and increase their entrepreneurship efficacy. Through this, the aim was to increase the entrepreneurship efficacy of sports majors. Firstly, a literature study was conducted, and secondly, alternatives for promoting entrepreneurship among college students majoring in sports were analyzed based on expert interviews. Therefore, the following suggestions were made. 1. Recognizing the added value and individuality of the sports field in startup policy. 2. Creation of a start-up network and platform for sports majors to start a business. 3. Sports start-up space composition. 4. Organizing and supporting start-up clubs. 5. Activating entrepreneurship education and competitions in capstone design and employment seminar subjects. 6. Increasing start-up efficacy through start-up mentoring.
