수요지향적 공학교육과정 개편의 방향과 과제

  • 정부는 대학의 강점 분야에 대한 집중 지원을 통해 특성화를 유도하고, 부처별 지원사업의 시너지 창출을 위해서 교육부·산자부·과기부 등 관계부처 지원사업 간 연계.조정 시스템을 강화하고 중장기적으로 각 부처사업을 현재의 개별 단위사업별 지원체제에서 대학별 발전전략에 따른 패키지형 지원이 가능하도록 개편할계획이다.

A Study on Service Strategies of Individual Presidential Archives (우리나라 개별대통령기록관 서비스 방안 연구)

  • This study aims to find complex service plans for individual presidential archives. It analyzes previous studies dealing with the justification, cases, and services of individual presidential archives. The characteristics, functions, and service aspects of individual presidential archives are theoretically discussed. As a case study, the services of individual presidential archives in the United States are analyzed, and the study finds the complex nature of the services. Furthermore, interviews with archival experts are conducted on the subject of the current status of the presidential archives, experience in use, and improvement measures to discuss the problems and limitations of the current integrated presidential archives services and diagnose the prospects of individual presidential archives. In conclusion, it proposes the individual presidential archives service strategies in four areas, namely, information service, research support service, exhibition service, and outreach service.

  • 홈 네트워크 분야에서 신기술의 적용 및 시험, 연구 환경 구축, 응용서비스의 개발 등을 위하여 실제 가전기기를 대상으로 테스트를 한다면 많은 비용과 시간이 투자된다. 가전기기를 컴퓨터로 시뮬레이션하여 각 개별 가전의 홈 네트워크 테스트와 여러 가전기기의 연동 서비스 검증을 위해 홈 네트워크 테스트베드가 필요하다 본 논문에서는 개별 가전의 제어 및 모니터링을 지원하는 가전 시뮬레이터들과 홈 네트워크 연동 서비스를 지원하는 흠 네트워크 테스트베드를 설계하고 구축한다. 설계된 테스트베드는 재사용성을 위해 가전기기 시뮬레이션 동작을 모듈화하여 설계하고, 가전 시뮬레이션 동작 메시지는 XML을 이용하여 설계 구축한다.

  • In order to adapt learners' individual differences in learning ability, individual learning and level-learning have been recommended. However, instructing each student accordingly is not easy issue. In this paper, an online learning support system based on Keller's Personalized System of Instruction theory is developed. As a class-based system, it supports teachers and students to conveniently conduct frequent formative evaluations. It enables students to study at their own learning pace and to reach their learning goals. And it adopts point system and level system to induce self-directed participation. Our implementation results confirm teachers can conduct formative evaluations efficiently.

AI-Based Educational Platform Analysis Supporting Personalized Mathematics Learning (개별화 맞춤형 수학 학습을 지원하는 AI 기반 플랫폼 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest implications for mathematics teaching and learning when using AI-based educational platforms that support personalized mathematics learning. To this end, we selected five platforms(Knock-knock! Math Expedition, knowre, Khan Academy, MATHia, CENTURY) and analyzed how the AI-based educational platforms for mathematics reflect the three elements(PLP, PLN, PLE) to support personalized learning. The results of this study showed that although the characteristics of PLP, PLN, and PLE implemented on each platform varied, they were designed to form PLEs that allow learners to make their autonomous decisions about learning based on PLP and PLN. The significance of this study can be found in that it has improved the understanding and practicability of personalized mathematics learning with the AI-based educational platforms.

  • Children should have opportunities to experience problem solving individually with strategies for developing their problem solving abilities. To make an instructional design for individual teaming, problem solving activities were classified into categories like individual activities, individual activities within a group, and team teaching. A flow of teaching and teaming process was designed before, and concrete and semi-concrete materials were used in an experimental teaching, which was analysed in this research.

Spatial-Temporal Pattern Analysis of Unplanned Factory Locations in the Seoul Metropolitan Area Using FEMIS Data (수도권 개별입지 공장의 시공간적 입지특성 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the spatial-temporal proliferation of individual factories in the Seoul Metropolitan Area and to provide policy implications. The location of the factory is divided into individual locations and planned locations. In the case of individual locations, it takes a long time to establish factories. Also, due to high cost and regulation, the establishment of individual factories is not easy. However, since the establishment process is simple and the price of land is low, the establishment of individual factories has led to an increase in the number of individual factories. The problem of the undeveloped factories is that the lack of infrastructure such as the road and environmental pollution treatment facilities around the factory deteriorates the pleasant environment and the cityscape and deteriorates the health of the residents in the surrounding area. In this study, we analyzed the location of individual factories established in the Seoul metropolitan area from 2001 to 2016 by using ArcGIS Pro. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, individual location factories are formed around existing industrial complexes and industrial sites. The reason for this is considered to be the external effect that can be obtained from the surrounding area. Secondly, since the Seoul city's individual location factories are established in many residential areas, it shows the conflicting result of the mixture of residence and factory. Third, the Gyeonggi province's individual location factories have a high proportion of non-urban areas. This is because the Gyeonggi province's management area occupies a larger proportion than other areas in Gyeonggi province. This study analyzed the spatial - temporal spreading process of individual factories and the unfolding of individual factories in the metropolitan area, and it can provide policy implications to control the over development of individual factories in the future.

A Case Study on Persons with Developmental Disabilities Participating in Personalized Support Service (개별유연화서포트서비스에 참여한 발달장애인의 경험에 대한 사례연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to understand the experience of persons with developmental disabilities participating in the Personalized Support Services. For case study, we conducted in-depth interviews with the persons with developmental disabilities and with the active supporters for them who were using the community welfare centers for the disabled. Through this, we have come up with three core categories: 'coming out into the community', 'experimenting with various choices in life', and 'living a subjective life'. This suggests the followings; First, it can be seen that persons with developmental disabilities who have limited communication and self-determination should be allowed to participate in the service through the participation process, and active support for the parties is needed in the process. Second, it is necessary to plan and support for them, centering on the parties, away from institution-centered services. Third, sufficient budget support should be provided for the self-determination, selection and control of the parties. Fourth, we should be able to enjoy everyday life by participating together in the local community, and change the perception of local residents to participate in the community. Fifth, continuous support is needed rather than temporary support. Finally it will be needed for us to listen to the voices of both parties and to represent their rights with all our efforts.

  • The purpose of the study is to suggest a new approach to the terminal operators in order for them to efficiently control their operation cost and support the strategic decision making system and build a performance evaluation process through the systematic cost analysis approach. This study implemented terminal cost analysis based on the traditional cost system, ABC and TDABC and compared the results of each approach. Throughout the study, the usefulness of TDABC was proved in finding operational problems and suggesting countermeasures for improving cost effectiveness and minimizing unused cost.
