HID(High Intensity Discharge) search lamp for shipment requires a high open circuit and output current compare than vehicle. This paper presents a soft-start open circuit voltage and constant current sequence control method for 2.5[kW] HID search lamp. The proposed method controls the opal circuit voltage and discharge current of HID lamp according to ignition signal with a simple 8-bit micro-processor and PWM device. For the stable control of lamp, micro-processor checks the output voltage and current. And the checked signals are compared with ignition signal and changes the control mode for stable operation. An ignition signal and micro-processor change the control mode from open circuit voltage contort to constant current control. The proposed control scheme is verified from experimental tests of 2.5[kW] HID search lamp for shipment.

WTO출범에 따라 기본통신시장 개방이 불가피하게 되었다. 오는 96년 4월을 시한으로 하고 있는 기본통신개방협상에서는 각국이 양허요구서를 제출하고, 이를 갖고 협의해 동등한 수준의 시장을 오픈하게 된다. 따라서 통신시장개방은 위기이자 기회이기도 하다. 우리 협회는 그간 통신시장 개방 상황을 알아보기 위해 "WTO기본통신시장개방 설명회"를 지난 8월 17일 가졌다.

이번 호부터는 '건축의 개방형시스템을 위한 표준화'에 대해 총 4회에 걸쳐 연재하고자 한다. 1회에서는 국내 표준화의 변천과정, 2회에서는 ISO를 비롯한 선진각국과 국내 표준화 추진현황 및 국제화에 대응한 표준화의 개념과 역할 등을 제안할 예정이다. 또한 3회에서는 건축의 개방형시스템을 구축하는데 있어서 중추적인 역할을 담당하는 표준화에 대한 국가적 차원의 추진목표와 실천전략을 종합하고 98년 9월부터 범용적으로 활용할 예정인 공공건축물 대상의 표준화설계에 관한 구체적인 활용방법에 대해서도 소개할 예정이다. 마지막으로 4회에서는 앞서 소개한 내용을 총체적인 관점에서 종합하여 향후 '건축사의 중심적 역할'에 대한 필자의 제언을 싣고자 한다.

광파이버는 고도화된 네트워크의 주요 형태로서 향후 지속적으로 통신 사업자에 의해 구축되어야 할 설비이다. 현 단계에서 일방적으로 광파이버 개방의무가 특정 통신사업에게 부과될 경우 개방으로 얻게 되는 긍정적인 측면보다는 부정적인 측면이 더 크게 나타날 것이라는 주장도 제기되고 있다. 현재 광파이버를 개방한 국가는 미국, 일본 등 일부 국가게 불과하며, 대부분의 국가에서는 광파이버 개방을 사업자간 협상에 맡기고 있거나 설비제공대상에서 제외시키고 있다. 한편, 이미 광파이버를 개방하고 있는 미국과 일본은 광대역서비스부문의 투자촉진을 위해 기존의 광파이버 개방의무를 완화하는 추세로 나아가고 있다. 이런 점들을 고려했을 때 국내의 광파이버 개방문제는 정책결정에 앞서 신중한 검토가 요구된다.

개방형 체계접근방법은 변화의 속도가 느린 개방 인터페이스를 사용하는 것이며 이의 초점은 잘 알려져 있고 받아들일 수 있는 개방 인터페이스를 잘 선택하여 무기체계에 적용하고 개방구조에 맞는 모듈화 설계를 한다면 수명주기비용을 적게 하고 개발기간을 단축하며 지속적으로 성능을 유지 또는 향상시킬 수 있는 혁신적인 개념이라 할 수 있다. 많은 무기체계는 완전히 개방적일 수는 없지만 무기체계를 설계할 때 개방개념을 도입함으로써 개방의 이점을 최대화 할 수 있다.

The discrepancies between theoretical values and measured data of PEFC(Proton Exchange Fuel Cell) is carried out for the machine tool power generation. Rudimental approach of theoretical fuel cell open circuit potential using Gibbs free energy is employed for the examination of PEFC module. The stack temperature, stack voltage and stack current are measured during the operation of PEFC module. It is found that stack voltage and current values show the pronounced discrepancy with the results calculated by Gibbs free energy approach. It is analysed that the discrepancy is due to activation polarization, concentration overvoltage and ohmic overvoltage.

This study suggests the improvement of ROK Navy salvage and rescue diving system. ROK Navy system experiences characteristic restrictions for the environmental loading. These restrictions are known to deteriorate the efficiency of Navy salvage and rescue diving activity. In this study, the measurements were suggested to improve the efficiency. To achieve the goal, a comprehensive analysis is conducted using the published data including those of USN, NOAA and IANTD. Based on the analysis, suggestions were made. The technical diving techniques may be introduced to improve current ROK Navy diving system in limited areas. By adopting that technique, decompression procedures and underwater operation can be improved.

This paper presents a relative coordinate formulation for constrained mechanical systems. Relative coordinates are defined along degrees of freedom of a joint. Graph theoretic analyses are performed to identify topological paths in mechanical systems. Cut constraints are generated to handle closed loop systems. Equations of motion are derived in the Cartesian space and transformed to the joint space. Relative generalized coordinates are corrected to satisfy the cut constraints by a parametrizatiom method.

지난 94년 4월 UR각료회의에서 7년반동안 끌어온 최종 의정서와 WTO설립협정이 채택됨에 따라 작년 WTO체제가 출범하게 되었다. 이러한 WTO체제는 특히 제조업위주의 시장개방을 우선시하던 GATT와 달리 농수산물을 비롯한 1차산업과 서비스부문의 시장개방확대에 목적을 두고 있다. 즉 유통시장이 대외적으로 완전개방되는 것이다.
