최근 웹을 통한 지리정보의 공유 및 활용을 위한 웹 맵 서비스에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있다. OGC(Open Geospatial Consortium)에서는 웹 맵 서비스를 위한 개방형 인터페이스 명세를 발표하고, ISO 표준으로 채택되기 위한 절차를 진행하는 등 가장 활발한 활동을 보이고 있다 본 연구에서는 개방형 웹 맵 서비스의 필요성과 OGC의 개방형 인터페이스 명세에 대해서 살펴보고, 국내의 웹 맵 서비스 표준화 연구로서 모바일 환경의 다양한 응용에 대해서 기존 OGC 표준안의 문제점을 해결 위해서 WMS 확장 인터페이스를 제안한다.

FCC는 2010년 12월 21일 인터넷의 개방성 유지를 위한 고시(Order)를 발표하였다. 2005년에 FCC가 망중립성 4원칙을 발표한 이래 5년에 걸친 노력 끝에 최종적으로 법적 효력을 갖는 고시 제정에 이르게 된 것이다. FCC는 인터넷의 개방성 확보가 소비자 선택권, 표현의 자유 및 이용자의 통제권 보장에 필수적이며, 경쟁 촉진 및 자유로운 혁신 환경 조성을 가능케 하는 원동력이라 판단하고 있다. 본 고에서는 FCC의 인터넷 개방성 유지를 위한 고시 제정 배경, 고시에 포함된 주요 규칙(Rules)의 세부 내용과 의의, 고시 제정에 따른 영향 및 향후 전망 등을 제시하고자 한다.

Pursuing a higher quality of life, citizens are becoming mere interested in the urban landscape surrounding therm. A well maintained landscape provides visual aesthetics for people who appreciate it. However, because of the difficulty in measuring landscape value quantitatively, establishing proper strategies for the landscape management has always been a problem For these circumstances, this study was conducted with the following purposes : estimating of openness and the other useful purposes by 3D simulation program. This study also provides information useful for builder s rational price strategy.

Poor indoor acoustic environments negatively affect occupants. Previous research has shown that indoor acoustic environments affect not only task performance and job satisfaction of the occupants, but also their health and well-being. This study aimed for evaluating indoor acoustic environments of open-plan offices located in public buildings in Korea. It also aimed to review the matters that need to be considered in order to improve occupants' acoustic comfort. Indoor noise levels were measured in 13 sites; the measurements were conducted for five consecutive working days from Monday to Friday. The noise levels were evaluated based on the levels recommended by the ISO and the EU ALDREN project. The study found that most of the indoor noise levels measured in the sampled sites during the working hours met the ISO standard. In the case of the levels under unoccupied conditions at night, those at three sites did not meet the recommendation of the ALDREN. In addition, some characteristics of the sites had significant effects on the noise level. Since the exact acoustic performance of the building envelope could not be identified, future research is needed for investigating the relationship between accurate building performance and indoor acoustic environments.

The purpose of this research was to identify the components of scaffolding in open inquiry and to explore the functions of teachers' scaffolding, which is necessary to support students' open inquiry. In order to identify scaffolding components, at first, we conducted a survey using a questionnaire on what students think about open inquiry on 110 students who performed open inquiry in two middle schools, and then carried out factor analysis based on the survey results. It was attempted to investigate students' perception through focus group interviews corresponding to scaffolding components that were identified through factor analysis. Also, we examined teachers' empirical view of scaffolding functions in open inquiry through in-depth interviews with four teachers. The results of exploratory factor analysis revealed that there were five scaffolding components of open inquiry: motivation, planning, strategy, environment and participation. The results of focus group interviews showed that students experienced difficulties in planning, strategy, environment and participation components, except for motivation component. In particular, students asked for support to strengthen the participation component, which means recognizing their role, active participation and collaboration with peers. Meanwhile, the results of in-depth interviews with teachers showed that teachers' empirical views of scaffolding function in open inquiry were categorized as cognitive (conceptual, metacognitive), emotional (motivational, arbitrative) and strategic. Interviewed teachers preferred the strategic scaffolding and cognitive scaffolding to the emotional scaffolding. Based on the results, we also discussed the implications for performing open inquiry effectively.

4대강 살리기 사업에서 국가하천 주요 구간에 대규모 보가 건설되고 있다. 이로 인해 치수 및 하천환경에 많은 문제점이 야기될 수 있으며, 발생 가능한 하천관리의 문제점을 최소화하기 위해서는 하천정비에 따른 수리학적 영향을 검토할 필요가 있다. 보의 설치는 유지유량 및 수심 확보의 목적을 지니고 있지만, 기존 하천에 설치된 보는 대부분 고정보로서 흐름의 정체를 유발시키는 단점이 있다. 최근에는 가동보가 설치되어 일정 이상의 초과 유량 및 수위를 조절할 수 있도록 탄력적인 보 운영이 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 낙동강 본류에 건설 중인 강정보 설치지점 직상 하류 구간에 대하여 가동보의 설치 및 운영에 따른 보주변의 흐름특성을 RMA2와 FLOW-3D를 이용하여 모의하였다. 2개의 수문으로 구성되어 있는 강정보의 수문 운영을 2년 빈도 및 100년 빈도 홍수량에 대하여 좌측 또는 우측 단일수문 완전개방 및 부분개방, 양측 수문의 완전개방 및 부분개방에 따른 보 상류단 수위의 변화 및 하류단에 형성되는 주흐름의 변화를 분석하였다. 2년 빈도 홍수량에서의 가동보 지점의 유속이 100년 빈도 홍수량에 대한 가동보 지점의 유속보다 크게 발생하였다. 양측 수문을 완전히 개방하였을 때 주흐름이 우안방향으로 휘는 현상이 발생하였으며, 우측 수문 단일개방에서 주흐름의 우측 휨 현상이 뚜렷이 나타나고 있어 양측 수문 개방에서의 주흐름이 우측 수문에서 발생되는 흐름에 의해 지배되고 있는 것으로 판단된다. 100년 빈도 홍수량에 대한 모의에서 수문 개방방식에 따른 보 상류부의 홍수위 변화가 크게 나타나지 않았으며, 2년 빈도 홍수량에서는 수문 개방 방식에 대한 보상류의 수위가 차이를 보였다. 가동보의 $30^{\circ}\sim60^{\circ}$ 부분개방에 대한 모의결과에서는 부분개방의 정도가 커짐에 따라 수문 지점에서의 유속이 크게 발생하였다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the types for open innovation of SMEs considering strategic- culture mixed typology and environmental dynamism. The analysis results of 182 SMEs classified into 4 groups are as follows. First, type PD had a positive effect on innovation performance in both in-bound and out-bound innovation and had improved performance through in-bound innovation in a dynamic technical environment. While DH had no significant effect on both innovations. Second, PH and DD, strategy-culture mismatched types, had a single effect of innovation that affected performance. No moderating effects of environmental dynamism had been shown in types PH, DD, DH. SMEs that aim for open innovation should strive to improve performance by aligning change-oriented strategy with creative and challenging culture.

전력산업의 공개정책에 따라 이미 발전분야를 6개 회사로 분할한데 이어, 배전설비도 2003년에 완전 공개하는 것을 원칙으로 발표한바 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이같이 가속화되는 개방화에 대비하여 전력 공급의 저렴화, 양질화, 안정화등 전력공급자의 궁극적 목표를 실현하기 위하여 필요한 관리기술을 설비투자면, 기자재 및 공법의 효율화면, 전력품질 신뢰도 향상면, 작업환경의 향상면 및 환경보전 측면에서 각각 살펴보았다.

OMG에서 제안된 CORBA는 표준 개방 분산환경의 플래트폼을 제공하며 객체지향적인 방법으로 최근 주목을 받고 있다. 일반적으로 CORBA는 원격 데이터베이스 질의 등과 같은 요구/응답형의 응용에 잘 적용이 된다. 그러나 과도한 처리부담, 실시간 처리 기능과 QOS 지원 등의 결여로 멀티미디어 스트림과 같은 연속미디어의 처리에는 부적합하다. 본 논문에서는 실시간 제약을 갖는 멀티미디어 스트림의 효율적인 전송을 위하여 기존의 CORBA를 확장하여 멀티미디어 서비스를 설계한다.

본 논문에서는 모바일 단말에 최적화원 VM(Virtual Machine)인 경량화된 PVI(Private Virtual Instance)를 프로비저닝하여 가상단발상의 Rich 앱에 고성능 컴퓨팅, 스토리지, 네트워크를 제공하고 모바일 클라우드 서비스를 위한 개방형 개발 환경 및 서비스 환경을 제공하는 새로운 모바일 클라우드 모델을 제안한다.
