최근 모바일 단말의 종류가 크게 증가하고 있으며, 그 기능과 성능이 크게 향상되고 있다. 또한 이동통신 기술의 발전으로 통신 방식이 다양해지고 있으며 속도도 크게 개선되고 있어 모바일 단말을 통한 인터넷 서비스의 활용에 대한 요구가 크게 증가하고 있다. 이러한 상황의 변화는 모바일 단말의 기능이 통신 기능보다는 서비스 기능을 강화하는 방향으로 진화하게 만들었으며, 이는 실제로 모바일 단말 제조사들이 구글 폰, 야후 폰 등 기존의 인터넷 서비스와 긴밀하게 통합된 기능을 제공하는 제품을 제품화하고 있다. 최근 국내 및 국외의 주요 인터넷 서비스 업체들은 자신들의 서비스를 플랫폼화하여 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 특히 구글, 야후, 아마존, 이베이 등 국외의 주요 업체들은 자신들의 서비스 플랫폼에 대한 개방형 API(Open API)를 공개하여 다양한 클라이언트 응용들이 자신의 서비스를 쉽게 활용할 수 있도록 환경을 구축하고 있으며 이를 기반으로 응용 개발자들을 전폭적으로 지원하고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 모바일 서비스 환경도 사용자들이 유선상에서 사용하던 다양한 인터넷 서비스를 모바일 환경에서 사용하고자 하는 요구가 크게 증가하고 있다. 이는 모바일 단말 시장에서 중요한 요구사항으로 인식되어 향후 모바일 플랫폼들은 편리한 인터넷 서비스와의 연동 기능을 지원할 것으로 예상된다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 단말을 위한 차세대 모바일 웹 플랫폼에 대한 요구사항을 정리해보고, 이를 위한 플랫폼을 설계하여 제안한다.

Due to the recent advances in computer technologies and high-speed networks, telecommunication services and provision of multimedia services will be considered a new software architecture adapting networking infrastructure on information networking architecture. In this paper, the video conference services has been selected as a target service example because it is expected to become one of the most important services on the full service network. In fact, it can be viewed as the basis for providing telecommunication services such as video telephony and video conferencing. This paepr presents the prototyping of TINA(Telecommunication Information Networking Architecture) based desktop video conference system using the concepts of session management. The prototyping of deskop video conference system aims at assessing TINA concepts and refinement of the mapping between session graph and connection graph, and provides support of open service platform towards distribution and objected-orientation.

Recently not only industry but also academy have shown an intense interest in social networking service. However, reckless imitation will not guarantee the successful eco-system of social networking service without rich understanding of growth driver and business model. Hence, this study aims at analyzing open platform strategy and business model conducted by a representative social networking service provider in order to provide platform operator, network operator, and portal provider with meaningful implications. Advertisers may pay great attention to social networking service because it has strong ability to provide users with spontaneous motivation to manage and update their profile, and these valuable information can be utilized for providing personalized advertisement on social networking service. As a result, one side of consumers in two side market, advertisers, tend to pay more expenditure to place advertisements. In addition, the open platform adopted by social networking service providers causes pro-sumers to participate in the eco-system, and thereby the explosive quantitative growth is realized. The fact of that this open social networking service can invade other web service area via an unified platform indicates that it may expand its service scope into a wide variety of web service areas. Hence, domestic portal services providers and network providers should consider social networking service not as one of new web services but as an disruptive service platform. Corresponding to the emergence of social networking service, especially if their business area is related to display advertising market, they should seek a way to provide social networking service access users's newly updated information and develop innovative media technologies to enter context awareness ads market.

In order to embrace open research commons, this study looked at the requirements that researchers have for research data platforms. A survey questionnaire was developed using the results of Australian ARDC and European EOSC case studies. The questionnaire addressed five main areas: the need for research data commons, analysis tools, computing resources, consumption of research data, and general respondent characteristics. To determine the requirements for research data platforms, an analysis was conducted on the responses provided by 550 potential platform users. The findings demonstrated that more than 85% of participants concurred on the significance of open research commons. Additionally, there was a high willingness to use research data (77%), analysis tools (84%), share research data (92%), analysis tools (93%), and computing resources (93%) if commons services were provided. The results of this study show that there is a significant demand for open research commons among researchers. Discussions on research data commons are still hard to come by in Korea's research data services sector, though. Research on a range of subjects, such as subject areas, stakeholder characteristics, and real users of commons platforms, need be conducted in the future.

In this paper, we study learning process mining and analytic technology based on open education platform. A study on mining through personal learning history log data based on an open education platform such as MOOC which is growing in interest recently. This technology is to design and implement a learning process mining framework for discovering and analyzing meaningful learning processes and knowledge from learning history log data. Learning process mining framework technology is a technique for expressing, extracting, analyzing and visualizing the learning process to provide learners with improved learning processes and educational services.

COVID-19의 확산과 급속한 디지털 전환으로 인해 비대면으로 소통하고 정보를 교류하는 메타버스 플랫폼이 최근 많은 주목을 받고 있다. 하지만 새로운 플랫폼의 등장에도 불구하고 대부분 게임이나 상용 시스템 위주로 적용되고 있으며 학술정보서비스 영역에서의 적용은 요원한 현실이다. 본 연구에서는 기술의 적용 형태와 지향범위에 따른 메타버스의 '증강현실, 일상기록, 미러월드, 가상세계' 등의 4가지 유형과 메타버스 플랫폼 주요 현황을 살펴보고, KISTI에서 제공하고 있는 과학기술지식인프라 통합서비스 ScienceON과 연계하여 디지털 연구환경 조성과 개방형 협업연구 활동을 지원하는 메타버스 플랫폼 키온버스의 제공서비스 유형과 주요 기능 등 학술정보서비스 영역에서의 메타버스 적용방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 학술정보서비스에 적용된 메타버스 플랫폼의 사례로서 향후 메타버스 활성화에 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

The era of IoT in which all objects are intelligent and are connected to the Internet has been started. In order to establish and activate an IoT eco system, open services platform is very important. In this paper, we developed a BLE sensor module as a component of the open service platform based on the IoT and the open source hardware Blutooth4.0. To verify the functionality and performance of the developed BLE sensor module was built to evaluate the performance of the test environment.

스마트그리드는 기존의 전력망에 정보통신 기술을 융합하여 공급자와 소비자가 양방향으로 실시간 전력 정보를 교환함으로써 에너지 효율을 최적화 하고자 하는 차세대 전력망이다. 기존의 공급자 중심의 일방향성, 폐쇄성, 획일적인 전력망에서 수요자 중심의 양방향성, 개방성을 특징으로 하며 다양한 서비스를 제공하게 된다. 스마트그리드의 운영환경에서의 비즈니스 모델에 따라 기존 서비스 플랫폼과 신규 서비스 플랫폼을 융합할 수 있는 정보통합 체계가 구축되어야 한다. 또한 이종 플랫폼을 융합할 수 있는 적응 모듈이 체계적으로 설계되어야 하며, 이종 체계간 상호운용성 확보는 필수사항이다. 한편 우리나라는 기후변화 등 범 세계적인 이슈에 대응하기 위하여 저탄소 녹색성장, 에너지 효율향상 및 신성장 동력 창출을 위하여 국가 전략 로드맵을 수립하고 국가 단위의 실증사업을 통한 선제적 대응에 총력을 다하고 있다. 실제로 국가 로드맵과 실증사업은 지능형 전력망, 지능형 소비자, 지능형 운송, 지능형 신재생, 지능형 전력서비스의 5개 분야의 응용서비스 영역 기반으로 나누어져 각각의 서비스 플랫폼 구조를 가지고 있으며, 이에 대한 스마트그리드 플랫폼 통합 체계 기술은 스마트그리드의 핵심 기술이다.

디지털 전환(Digital Transformation)은 산업 각 분야에서 진행되고 있는 혁신이며, 금융권에서도 디지털 전환의 영향이 크게 미치고 있다. 전산화 되어 있지만 폐쇄적인 네트워크로 구축되어 있던 금융 네트워크가 점점 데이터의 공개를 필요로 하였으며, 그 공개된 데이터를 기반으로 새로운 서비스가 창출되는 산업적 태동이 있었다. 개별적 서비스의 처리나 단계(부품)의 개선이 아니라 플랫폼의 개방을 통한 융합화와 이를 조화롭게 통제하는 거버넌스의 필요성이 대두되었다. 이러한 동향에 편승하여 새로운 기업(스타트업)이 창출하였고, 공개된 정보를 기반으로 융합 서비스를 창출하여 서비스의 발전이 눈부시게 진행하고 있다. 핀테크 서비스가 공개 API(Application program interface)로 제공되고 있으며, 이를 이용하여 빠른 발전을 하고 있으나, 공개성으로 인하여 취약점마저도 공개되어 정보보안의 위협으로 작용 될 수 있으므로, 개방형 플랫폼의 정보보안을 중심으로 핀테크 정보보안 표준의 동향을 살펴본다.

통신망의 진화에 따라 응용서비스 제공을 위한 신호를 제어를 제어하는 코아망도 다양하게 변화하고 있다. 현재 유무선망의 신호 제어에는 SS7 기반의 프로토콜이 사용되고 있으며. 유선에서는 INAP, 무선에서는 WIN, CAP 등의 최상위 프로토콜이 사용되고 있다. VoIP 망에서는 SIP과 H.323 프로토콜이 주로 사용되고 있으나 점차적으로 SIP을 보다. 많이 사용하는 추세이다. 차세대망인 NGN에서 코아망은 IP망으로 변화되며 SIP를 주로 이용한다. 그리고 개방형 망을 제공하기 위해 Parlay/OSA API를 도입하고 있다. 그 외에도 망의 변화에 따라 또 다른 프로토콜이나 API의 사용이 필요할 수도 있다. 이러한 다양한 망의 변화에 적극적으로 대처할 수 있는 응용서비스 제공 플랫폼은 코아망의 다양한 프로토콜을 동시에 지원할 수 있어야 하며 망에 따라 지원하는 프로토콜을 자유롭게 조합할 수 있어야 한다. 이를 위해서 본 논문에서는 응용서비스 제공 플랫폼에서 응용서비스를 제어하는 서비스 로직의 수행 환경과 프로토콜을 제어하는 계층을 분리하고 프로토콜처리 소프트웨어를 모듈화 시킴으로써 그 기능군을 쉽게 추가 또는 제거할 수 있는 구조를 제시한다.
