This study intended to show the way of evolving 'National Geographic Information Clearinghouse' to 'National Integrated Geospatial Portal'. For this purpose we have analyzed Geospatial One-Stop Portal in the US and then suggested future model of National Geographic Information Clearinghouse. The Integrated Geospatial Portal model is based on the Reference Model for Open Distributed Processing(RM-ODP) which is an international model for information distribution and sharing. The Integrated Geospatial Portal architecture consists of the data layer, middle-ware, presentation layer. It will help users to determine their fitness for nation wide GIS application and provide tools for accessing, visualizing, or ordering various geospatial data.
