The levels of depression and anxiety were measured by CED-S and Spielbuger's STAI-S, respectively In addition, nutrient intakes were conducted by convenience methods. Nutrient intake of male and female showed the average daily intake of energy, Protein, vitamin A, vitamin $B_2, $ and vitamin C were lower than Korean recommended dietary allowances(RDA). But other nutrient intake were higher than RDA except that calcium intake of female was lower. Most nutrient intakes were positively correlated with family size, living cost, pocket money and health condition. Depression and anxiety scores were also negatively correlated with most of nutrient intakes. The pattern of meal management could predict nutrient intakes as expected : regularity and pleansantness of eating were positively correlated with nutrient intakes, whereas unbalanced meal and eating lonely were negatively correlated with them.

  • This study was conducted to understand the relationship between the clinical competency of nursing students and their adult attachment and self-differentiation of nursing students. Data collection was conducted from the third and fourth grade students who had experienced clinical practice in a nursing university at Daejeon, Chungcheong province in two nursing universities at Daejeon and Chungcheong province. Finally, 169 out of initial 200 questionnaires were used for analysis. The collected data were analyzed through descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation effectiveness, and stepwise multiple regression using the SPSS Statistics 22 Windows program. Attachment avoidance in adult attachment was significantly correlated with self-differentiation (r=-240, p=.002) and clinical competency (r=-.237, p=.002). Clinical competency was significantly correlated with attachment avoidance (r=-.237, p=.002) and self-differentiation (r=.248, p=.001). The result of stepwise multiple regression indicates that self-differentiation and attachment avoidance (F=8.707, p<.001) predicts 8.4% in clinical competency. The most powerful predictor was self-differentiation (${\beta}=.203$, p=.008), followed by attachment avoidance (${\beta}=.188$, p=.0015). Therefore, in order to improve the clinical competency of nursing college students, it is deemed necessary to develop and apply educational and counseling programs capable of increasing their level of self-differentiation while decreasing their degree of attachment avoidance.

In addition, 179 meaningful statements, 14 sub-themes, 11 themes, and 3 categories were elicited. The final 3 categories are the emotions of the confirmed cases, the experiences in residential treatment centers and the needs from the perspective of the confirmed cases. • This study examined the difference between mindfulness and psychological well-being of art psychotherapists according to their demographic characteristics. The subjects were 127 art psychotherapists working at counseling centers in Ulsan metropolitan city. Statistical software R was used for frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, independent-sample T-test, and one-way ANOVA. A Scheffe test was used for post hoc analysis. The results showed that the difference in mindfulness of art psychotherapists was significant in age and at peer supervision and case study meanings in supervision type only. Second, the difference in the psychological well-being of art psychotherapists was significant at peer supervision and case study meetings in supervision type only. This means that the more art psychotherapists experience peer supervision and case conferences, the more they perceive mindfulness and psychological well-being. These results suggest that age and supervision type are important for the art psychotherapists' mindfulness and psychological well-being. Therefore, to improve artistic psychotherapists' mindfulness and psychological well-being, it is necessary to systematically develop and operate support programs for each developmental stage to improve artistic psychotherapists' demographic characteristics and professional development.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the educational factors on career choice of science-gifted students to science and technology bound universities and the difference of perception in regards to group factors. In addition, this study aimed to examine the effects of science-gifted education and critical events in relation to career choice to science and technology bound universities. For the study, 104 university freshmen, 75 males and 29 females, were sampled from UNIST (Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology), that many science high school graduates entered this year. The survey was conducted with questionnaires to do with the perceptions concerning career choice and educational factors that cause them to choose such career directions. The educational factors on career choice to science and technology bound universities were classified as 3 main categories such as educational environment factor (teaching-learning factor), human factor, attitude towards science factor and the subcategories within each category. The research findings are as follows: First, the factors were closely connected with each other and 'the project centered classes' were highly interrelated with other educational environment factors such as 'the experiment activity and environment for the activity' and 'influence of teachers (professors).' Second, the female students and graduates of the science high school were more positively influenced by the educational environment and human factors on their decision for career than male students and graduates of the general high school. Third, this research found that historical scientific knowledge, perception of scientists' social status and job applications in the science field gave less influence rather than other factors on their decision for career. As a result of examining critical events for science-gifted education in relation to career choice to science and technology bound universities, numerous students mentioned that the extracurricular science activities such as science camps and field trips gave significant effects on students' career choices to science and engineering fields.
