감성 연구의 생리, 심리, 동작 분석 등의 과정에서 발생하는 문서, 데이터, 화상, 그림, 그래픽 등의 자료 공유에 인터넷을 적용하는 것은 매우 유망하다. 본 연구에서는 현재의 인터넷 (또는 인트라넷) 환경을 고려하여 Ultra 2 DB 서버, Sun Solaris (UNIX) OS, UniSql DBMS, Apache Web 서버로 시스템을 구축하였다. 이 시스템을 이용하여 웹기반 감성데이터 베이스 시제품을 구축하여 각종 감성자료를 보급하는 체계를 1차 완료하였으며, 도메인(www.gamsung.or.kr)을 등록하여 서비스를 실시하고 있다. 이 시스템에는 1단계 감성공학기술개발 사업의 35개 연구보고서, 1단계 연구결과로서 생산한 262개 감성지표, 2단계 연구사업의 130개 감성지표, 일본의 인간감각계측 및 응용기술개발 중심으로 생산한 125개 감성지표, 음성데이터, 음향데이터, 인체측정데이터, 얼굴표정데이터와 설문데이터 등의 감성데이터와 감성공학 연구자 인력, 국내제조업체 정보, 참고문헌, 감성 정보물 등을 DB화하여 인터넷을 통하여 조회, 검색할 수 있도록 하였다. 뿐만 아니라 현재 진행되고 있는 감성 공학기술개발에 대한 각종 정보를 제공하고 있으며 감성공학의 기술 동향에 대해서도 소개하고 있다. 이는 한국인의 감성 연구에 적합한 감성공학 데이터 베이스 시스템 구축의 발판을 마련하였으며, 향후 소비자의 감성을 예측하고, 이를 시스템 설계에 반영할 수 있으므로 인간중심의 제품개발에 큰 기여를 할 것으로 기대된다.

This study is about the demand survey of R&D for preventing disaster and safety accidents. The results are as follows. First, the priorities of technology development is shown in the following order: natural disasters, human and social disaster, and safety accidents. Second, the amount of R&D investment is shown in the following order in respect of disaster management phase: prevention, preparedness, response and recovery. However, investment in the recovery phase was low. Third, it was concentrated on some types the demands of technological development in the public sector. There is a possibility of duplication of technology development in government investment. Suggest that interagency cooperation is required.

To reform and improve the productivity of construction industry, 1) it should be encouraged to improve the construction production process and 2) it is required to enhance reliability of construction information based on the systematic thinking process. To promote the information reliability created during construction production process, Lean Construction Research Center(LRC2) is developing a supporting system to improve design/material supply/schedule management, functioning to efficiently manage the information created at construction production processes and developing a web based construction information system that provides result management/decision making support/knowledge based information services.

환경디자인은 건축, 도시, 조경 등 서로 다른 분야의 전문가 및 대상 지역 거주하는 일반시민 등 많은 참여자를 가지는 특징이 있다. 이러한 협조설계 단계에서는, 시행착오를 최소화시키기 위해서 디자인 초기단계에서부터 각 분야의 전문가들이 계획에 관해서 협의하여 디자인 내용을 변경해 나갈 필요가 있다. 또한 대상지 지역을 누구보다 잘 이해하고 있으며 계획 후 이 지역에 살게 될 주민들의 참여도 환경디자인 단계에서 고려해야 할 중요한 요소 중 하나이다. 여러 분야의 전문가 또는 비전문가들이 서로 커뮤니케이션하고 협조하기 위해서는 누구나가 쉽게 디자인 내용을 이해 할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 툴이 필요하다. 이러한 필요성을 만족시키기 위해서는 빠른 구축속도, 대화형 기능, 빠른 표현속도, 사실적인 표현기술 등이 필수 조건이라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 환경디자인 분야의 전 분야에서 의사결정을 지원하고 디자인 안을 검토할 수 있는 3D CG 시스템을 개발하고 이 시스템을 실제 프로젝트에 적용시켜서 활용하면서 개발된 시스템의 기능강화를 추진하며, 실제 프로젝트 적용을 통한 시스템의 평가를 진행하여 본 연구에서 개발한 시스템의 유용성을 증명하는 것을 본 연구의 목표로 한다.

This paper presents an SBA (simulation-based acquisition) effectiveness analysis environment using the RUP (Relational Unified Process) model. The RUP model has 4 phases which cover the whole development steps such as requirement analysis, design, development and test. By applying the RUP model, SW development can be represented with the iterations of developments for each phase. Such a characteristics of the model would make the model suitable for defense acquisition. In this paper, we show the relation between the RUP model and V process model, which is the foundation for defense acquisition. In order to show how the model could be applied to SBA effectiveness analysis, graphical user interfaces for the analysis are presented at the end of the paper.

This study suggests a model for building governance system to develop and utilize human resources in Chungnam province. In particular, In the regional level of balanced development of human resources, the study tries to investigate alternatives to utilize regional human resources development by building and using a network between related organizations through their partnership and cooperative relations. This survey was conducted to 250 of personnel and experts who were in charge of human resources in diverse chungnam institutions through mail or e-mail from December in 2008 to February in 2009. As a result of the survey, the study shows that basic groundwork for the regional human resources development is poor in terms of forming the system and its plans, and the ties and cooperation between related organization, Therefore this study shows that in order to overcome the current situation and build the governance appropriate to Chungnam area, we need to consider different approaches for each regional organization stage by stage regarding the maturity in the governance.

In this research, in order to investigate the principles for the development of mathematics textbook for decision-making based on storytelling, we conceptualized the educational meaning of decision-making and specified the principles and the methods for the textbook based on decision-making. We illustrated the principles and the methods by the cases from the model textbook for the conditional probability that we have developed. We discussed the implication for the future development and implementation of mathematics textbook for decision-making based on storytelling.

Recently, with the rapid development of digital media technology, Realistic content that stimulates users' five senses is being used in various fields. This study focused on the case of the development of the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation's public relations center as the subject of the study to study the realistic content development process of public enterprises. First, the realistic content development process was divided into 10 stages and practical guidelines were presented to help develop realistic content in the future by presenting important development points and methods at each stage. Second, among the realistic content development processes, the importance of storytelling was analyzed at the scenario stage. Third, various methods of displaying content were analyzed. In the case of the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation's public relations center, it was proposed in three ways: story video, experience video, and media wall. It is suggested that the role of branding, promotion, and PR can be performed in one public relations center through an effective development process.

국토교통부는 R&D 사업인 '분산공유형 건설연구인프라구축사업(2004년~2009년, 6종)'과 '국토교통기술실험인프라 2단계 구축사업(2013년~2019년, 6종)'을 통해 첨단 연구시설·장비를 전국에 분산 구축하여 실험시설이 부족한 중소기업·대학 등이 공동활용할 수 있도록 총 12종의 건설분야 대형실험시설을 구축하였다. 국토교통 R&D 성과(기술·제품)의 품질 및 신뢰성 확보를 통해 개발기술의 상용화 촉진을 위해서는 이러한 국토교통 대형실험시설·장비를 활용한 표준화된 성능평가 시험기반(표준실험절차, 단체표준 등)을 구축하여 연구인프라의 공동활용을 촉진하고 기술개발 성공률 제고와 함께 건설분야 시험인증 산업을 육성할 필요가 있다. 국토교통 대형실험시설을 활용하여 건설분야 기술·제품에 대한 성능평가 기반의 실험절차를 표준화함으로써 성능평가 결과의 신뢰성 확보 및 기술시험서비스 역량 제고를 위한 '건설분야 기술·제품의 검증을 위한 성능기반 표준실험절차 개발(연구기간: '17.06~'22.06, 연구비: 총99억원, 주관기관: 국토교통연구인프라운영원)' 과제가 성공적으로 수행 완료되었다. 이 과제를 통해 총 53개의 표준실험절차서와 20개의 단체표준이 제정되었다. 이어서, 2단계 대형실험시설 준공완료에 따라 '건설분야 성능기반 표준시험절차 개발 사업(연구기간: '21.04~'25.12, 연구비: 총143.8억원)이 수행되고 있다. 현재, 국토교통연구인프라운영원은 이 사업 내 국제융합수리(주관기관: 한국농어촌공사 농어촌연구원), 극한성능(주관기관: 서울대학교) 및 기상환경재현(주관기관: 한국건설기술연구원) 표준실험절차 개발 과제에 공동기관으로 참여하여 단체표준 개발업무를 담당하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 단체표준 소개 및 현황에 대해 설명하고, 1단계 표준실험절차 개발과제를 통해 정립되었고 현재 2단계 표준실험절차 개발과제에도 적용되고 있는 시험관련 단체표준(안) 개발 프로세스에 대해 기술하고자 한다. 개발된 단체표준은 건설관련 실험·시험시설을 보유한 기관(대학, 공공기관, 산업체 연구소 등)의 성능검증 시험, 신기술 및 신제품 인증 표준절차에 활용가능하며, 시방서와 설계기준에 KS표준과 같이 시험 및 검사방법에 있어 참조표준으로도 활용 가능하다.

본 고는 통신 시스템에서 연구개발 결과의 품질 향상을 위한 검토 방법에 대한 표준화를 분석하였다. 본 고에서는 검토 방법론을 정립하기 위하여, 검토의 정의, 분류, 소요비용에 대한 설명을 하고, 검토에 대한 사례로서 ISO 9000, ISO/IEC 12207, ITU-T Z.400 표준화 등에 정의된 방법들을 분석하였다. 검토 방법에 대한 표준화는 산출 문서의 형식적인 검토, 단계별 검토사항, 관리적 검토와 기술적인 검토 등으로 구분하였으며, 단계별 검토에서는 설계에 대한 검토 사항, 시험에서의 검토 사항 등을 상세히 기술하고 있다.
