In aspect of HCI(Human Computer Interaction) gameplay is the procedure to solve the problem that gamers encounter in order to generate or discover a new rule to achieve gamers' goal. The goal of this research is to investigate the structure and understand the gameplay in aspect of affordance from ecological psychology rather than the traditional problem solving theory. This research selects 'World of Warcraft' as MMORPG(Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game). Five expert gamers participated in this experiment. We record all gameplay using audio and video device. We conducted protocol analysis as qualitative method based on the verbal report and action protocol during game playing. As result, gameplay based on affordance includes selection and relation. We found that subjects selected one thing at once with attention. Moreover, we found that there were two behaviors : exploratory action and performatory action. We believe that learning, utilization, and transformation for affordance appear. The result of this research imply to suggest design guideline for game design methodology when designers develop game.

This study aims to investigate effects of brain-based learning. 27 primary studies were selected through rigorous search process and analyzed through meta-analytic methods. Research findings are as follows. First, the total effect size was .67. Second, the effect of dependent variables was academic achievement, cognitive domain, and affective domain in order. Third, with respect to types of cognitive domain, the effect was self-regulation, creativity, competence, communication, and research ability in order. Fourth, the effect of affective domains was sociality, learning interest, and subject attitude in order. Fifth, regarding development of cognitive ability, the effect size was combined, brain training, learning environments, and right brain activities in order. Sixth, the effect of learning activities was memory improvement and attention enhancement in order.

An agarase gene from Bacillus cereus ASK202 was expressed in high levels by E. coli BL21(DE3)/pEBA1 using pET28a(+) vector system with the inducible T7 promoter in the presence of isopropyl- ${\beta}$ -thiogalactopyranoside. The open reading frame encodes 761 amino acid residues with a calculated molecular weight of 83,300 daltons and a potential signal peptide about 36 amino acid residues at the N-terminus. E. coli BL21(DE3)/pEBA1 produce 1280 unit/ ${\ell}$ of agarase. The optimum physical condition for the agarase activity was pH 5.6, and $40^{\circ}C$, respectively. The agarase activity was stable up pH $4.0{\sim}9.0$ and $4{\sim}40^{\circ}C$. The km and maximum rate of metabolism for agar were 0.068mg/$m{\ell}$ and 0.094mg/$m{\ell}{\cdot}min$, respectively.

In order to investigate the biological effects of conformational changes in the folding state of bovine ${\alpha}$-lactalbumin (${\alpha}$-La), the protein was prepared and classified as apo form, microbial transglutaminase (MTGase) added form, or bovine ${\alpha}$-La made lethal to tumor cell (BAMLET) form. Apo ${\alpha}$-La form showed weaker cancer cell inhibitory activity (apoptosis) than native ${\alpha}$-La, which suggests that the metal ion-like $Ca^{2+}$ had a positive effect, whereas BAMLET form showed strong cancer cell apoptotic activity. The BAMLET form seemed to be a molten globule structure that increased hydrophobicity. MTGase added to apo ${\alpha}$-La polymer showed similar anti-cancer activity as native ${\alpha}$-La, and it was well hydrolyzed by digestive enzymes. NMR results showed that BAMLET interacted with oleic acid and produced a complex.

This study was conducted to identify the factors that affect the nursing performance. These factors are general characteristics, mentoring function and organizational citizenship behavior. A survey was conducted on 163 nurses working for general hospitals in South Korea from December 2 - 30, 2015. The data was analyzed using the SPSS WIN 21.0 program to analyze the descriptive statistics, independent T-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression. The factors affecting the subject's nursing performance were altruism (${\beta}=.46$, p<.001), courtesy (${\beta}=.12$, p=.047), belonging to the sub areas of the organizational citizenship behaviors, role modeling function (${\beta}=.31$, p=.001), career develop functions (${\beta}=-.22$, p=.018), belonging to the sub areas of the mentoring function, and position (${\beta}=.24$, p<.001). The results of this study are expected to provide basic data to improve the nursing performance.

This study was conducted in order to analyze the theories behind external protective factors. In particular, it sought to understand the influence of adolescent resilience on learning motivation. Students of a public high school located in Gyeonggi Province participated in various questionnaires during the week of March 5th, 2013. Frequency analysis, one-way ANOVA (analysis of variance), correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were utilized to analyze the acquired data. The results revealed that when family relationships were strong and local community expectations were high, the students' 'attention to implementation processes,' one aspect of intrinsic motivation to learn, was also high. 'Suitable levels of adventurousness and risk-taking,' another aspect of intrinsic motivation to learn, was high when school expectations were also high and when relationships at the school level were weaker. The study results verified that the theory that intrinsic motivation to learn can be enhanced by strengthening external factors to protect adolescent resilience. This study is significant in that it establishes theoretical grounds to address adolescent issues, to develop programs to prevent school dropouts, and to apply the results to future legislative policies.

While Jeju Free International City was promoted to overcome the economic crisis and build a new national competitiveness in the era of globalization, its development vision as 'the hub city of Northeast Asian economy in the $21^{st}$ century' has not been realized. This paper argues that Jeju Free International City to aim for the 'ideal free market model', 'neoliberal space of exception', and 'a new testing ground for neoliberal deregulation policies' has failed due to worsening of socioeconomic and environmental contradictions, growing conflicts in local community, and the logic of equity enforced by the central government. To support this claim, this article reviews the theoretical discussions of special economic zones, examines the shifts in the development visions of Jeju Free International City, and analyzes how Jeju has become a space of exception with the introduction of various exceptional policies and spatial mechanisms.

Therefore, research and case study of art therapy publish that illustrates a tendency of developing and growing. On the base of this situation art therapy realize more important than before and gain power. Therefore, this research consider that clay therapy effect for autistic just children and investigate function of catharsis through the case study. Also, make study that social rappot and function of catharsis develop for children who has autism. The suggest effect of synergy which come from clay therapy(education of ceramic) and development of education program.

From environmental point of view, the foreign exchange crisis has motivated the Government to make the positive promoting policy for holding the foreign currency, leading to a series of small companies' bankruptcy due to foreign distribution companies' advance into our country, creating a new consuming culture. In view of design. the display in sale is to interpret products more charmingly, and should make interpretation accurately by selecting an important theme. For this, taking the store for valuables for instance. the progress on the effective foundation and store dinic business by presenting the design blue print can be made, and the strategy coping with the foreign distribution market's rush into Korea can be established. through the advanced store management.

It can be said that Italian designs are unrestrained, aesthetic and art for arts sake, and they come to stylize their character based on geographical features, racial traits and culture. The Italian architects work for the reconstruction of their devastated country and spare no pains to produce competitive goods on international markets since the second wend war. In spite of a inherent scarcity of resources, Italian furniture is the product of mixture of aesthetic material and new material with creative gifts. A lot of companies succeed in finding and training capable designers and devote themselves to modem furniture industry. As a result, Italy becomes one of the worlds most eminent furniture industrial countries now. And the fame is owed to Italy's national awareness of the importance of the matter and endeavor without sparing systematic support. This research is to find out which factors have an influence on the progress of furniture design in Italy and to analyze how these factors build up formative arts combining with historical background in Italy. Moreover, this research suggests how to make contributions to the cause of furniture design growth when considering our geographical features, racial characteristics, culture and industrial circumstances, by analyzing the process of development and strategy in Italian design industry.
