  • In order to achieve the ease of development and to facilitate the maintenance of codes for complex Ajax (Asynchronous Java Script and XML)-based web clients, this paper proposes a CVC (Communicator-View-Controller) architecture pattern by modifying the well-known MVC (Model-View-Controller) framework. By composing the Communicator of codes for asynchronous data retrieval, which is common to Ajax-based clients, the proposed architecture pattern is able to cut out the graphic design related codes to constitute the View layer. Based on such declarative generalization of complex web-client codes, Ajax-related codes can be easily modularized and efficiently reused in development and maintenance stages, and graphics design can be done separately regardless of the other business logic related codes development, resulting in highly efficient development and maintenance of complex Ajax-based web clients.

  • Frequently, pre-service elementary teachers are asked to write reflective journals on their teaching during teacher education program. However, writing reflective journals can not guarantee pre-service teachers to learn from their experience. In this study, 44 reflective journals of pre-service elementary teachers on their science teaching were analyzed in terms of 'productive reflection', a concept suggested by Davis (2006). Productive reflection may help teachers' effective learning by considering interrelationships among aspects of teaching including learners and learning, subject matter knowledge, assessment, and instruction. The result showed what aspects of teaching were included, emphasized, and integrated in the pre-service elementary teachers' reflective journals. Implications for teacher education would be discussed.

  • This paper describe design and implementation of a medical multi-agent system platform called MAMI (Multi-Agent system for Medical Image), which provides intelligent medical information services. The most important component of MAMI is a medical multi-agent system platform that supports a physical environment that medical agents can be deployed. MAMI follows FIPA (Foundation for Intelligent Physical Agent)\`s agent management reference model. In MAMI, COM(Common Object Model) and XML (eXtensibel Markup Language) for encoding ACL (Agent Communication Language) are used for multi-agent communications. In MAMI, a medical staff is conceptualized as an agent and integrated with multi-agent systems. MAMI agent platform provides an infrastructure applicable to share necessary knowledge between human agents and software agents. So MAMI makes intelligent medical information services easier.

  • This study aims to organize the pharmacological component of native chicken(NC) by analyzing the bill presented in traditional medicine NC relevant literature. And the analyze the heterogeneity and the common prescription of chicken that a variety of traditional technologies to existing treatment books private data to organize information about the scientific verification. After the analysis by building a DB and want a prescription to traditional book, herbal medicine usability throughout the assessment of the special treatment provided the basis for further product and a variety of functional food development. In addition, the continued expansion of the country and future growth engine industry related businesses through added value of cultural knowledge resources. NC of the relevant search and information system for prescription knowledge. so standardized, conceptualization, formalization is to build a knowledge of traditional medicine NC recipe DB assess the usefulness of medical literature through interdisciplinary research systems to suggest practical ways of alternative medicine and functional food development.

  • Korea Communications Commission (KCC) has been providing the pilot service of URC(Ubiquitous Robot Companion), which is a network-based personal robot, to 1000 Korean households since 2006 to define potential users' needs and adoption behaviors. Personal innovativeness might play a critical role in adoption of URC services by users because much sophisticated and convergence technologies are incorporated into URC services. Also, defining not only perceived beliefs about URC services but also expected beliefs about them are very crucial to reduce disconfirmation between users' perception and expectation of URC services. From this point of view, this paper aimed to examine robot users' adoption behavior by considering constructs such as personal innovativeness, usefulness (perceived usefulness - expected usefulness, P-E), user attitude, and intention to use. The findings reveal that personal innovativeness is negatively related to usefulness (P-E) whereas usefulness (P-E) influences significantly and positively on user attitude. It is also shown that usefulness (P-E) and user attitude have strong positive effects on intention to use.

  • Advances in technology are enhancing the player's visual satisfaction in games. Reflexively, narrative satisfaction has not been highlighted. This led to a player's critical view of the absence of original games. Especially in gameplay, quests require repeat and similar content and imperative tasks. It is overlooked that a quest can cause players to produce various meanings and effects. The concept of editing ability to reorganize the designed rules of the player beyond the performance and behavioral rules is conceptualized, and the four types of players that operate the characteristics can see that the player can intensify game play and immerse himself in play saw.

  • This study aimed to research marathon club activities experience of women intellectual disabilities through qualitative research. This study selected five women intellectual disabilities and five information providers as the participants. The data collection consisted of field observation records and interview data. The collected data analyzed through coding method. The result were as follows as. First, personal dimension appeared as exciting of running, inner freedom, assimilation with nature. Second, relationship dimension appeared as communication and participation of the family, relationship with peers, comprehension and coexistence. Third, lifelong education dimension appeared as expansion into life, growth without a stop, the process of becoming a social worker. In conclusion marathon club activity appeared to contribute to personal growth, relationship with surroundings and social inclusion.

  • In the age of digital innovation based on the Internet, Information and Communication and Artificial Intelligence technologies, huge amounts of datasets are being generated, collected, accumulated, and opened on the web by various public institutions providing useful and public information. In order to analyse, gain useful insights and information from data, Formal Concept Analysis(FCA) has been successfully used for analyzing, classifying, clustering and visualizing data based on the binary relation between objects and attributes in the dataset. In this paper, we present an approach for enhancing the analysis of relational attributes of data within the extended framework of FCA, which is designed to classify, conceptualize and visualize sets of objects described not only by attributes but also by relations between these objects. By using the proposed tool, RCA wizard, several experiments carried out on some public open datasets demonstrate the validity and usability of our approach on generating and visualizing conceptual hierarchies for extracting more useful knowledge from datasets. The proposed approach can be used as an useful tool for effective data analysis, classifying, clustering, visualization and exploration.

  • This study attempted to discover the dimensions of Korean culture, with the presumption that the cross-cultural studies(Hofstede, 1980, 1997; Schwartz, 1992, 1994; Trompenaars and Hampden-Turner, 1997; House et al., 2004) have limitation to explain non-western culture including Korean culture. Even though there are some Korean cultural studies, they used heuristic approaches applying the authors' experiences and intuitions. This study applied the Cultural Consensus Theory to overcome the previous studies' shortcomings and to discover the dimensions that can be empirically proved by data. In specific this study conducted in-depth interview, used content analysis, did frequency analysis, and applied pilesort technique, multidimensional scaling and network analysis. As a result, this study obtained five categories: public self-consciousness, group-focused orientation, affective human relations, hierarchical culture, and result-orientation. It is expected that these dimensions can be used as important variables that may explain Korean social phenomena.

  • Drawing on the autonomist Marxist concepts of 'social factory', 'immaterial labour', and 'precarity', this paper discusses the changed nature of labour, life and social relations in contemporary informational capitalism. More specifically, it first traces back to the early autonomist (operasimo) theories of 'social factory' and 'class composition' and then discusses how these earlier theories were developed into the concept of 'immaterial labour' by a group of later autonomist theorists such as Paolo Virno, Maurizio Lazzarato, Micheal Hardt, and Antonio Negri. Then, it reviews how the concept of immaterial labour was taken up to understand the nature of labour in digital economy within the tradition of Cultural Studies, closely intersecting with the critiques of 'creative labour'. Finally, it discusses how the changed nature of labour is interrelated with the neoliberal labour forces transformations such as casualization of employment and increasing insecurity in employment and life, which the autonomist explores with the concept of 'precarity', the material condition of immaterial labour.
