본 논문에서는 전문대학 교육역량강화사업의 일환으로 수행된 교수의 산업체현장연수가 수업에 미치는 영향을 설문을 통해 분석하였다. 최근 활발하게 전개되고 있는 산학협력활동 중에 교수의 산업체현장에서의 재교육 차원의 연수는 학생들의 취업, 현장실습, 교수의 연구활동, 기술지도 등 지역대학의 내실을 기하고 경쟁력 기반구축과 밀접한 연관성이 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 지속적인 교수 산업체현장연수를 통해 전문대학 학생의 수업 만족도 및 현장적응능력을 향상시켜 현장중심교육으로 접근함을 알 수 있었다.

항만공사의 운영 효율성과 자율성을 강화를 통해 국가 및 지역발전 기여 요구가 꾸준히 제기되고 있다. 이 연구는 선진 항만공사 도델(미국 PANYNJ, 싱가포르 PSA)을 살펴보고, 국내 항만관련법령 상의 항만공사의 역할과 한계를 분석하였다. 이를 통해 항만공사의 자율성을 강화하고, 글로벌 항만기업으로 육성하기 위한 제도개선 및 정책제언을 위한 기초연구의 토대를 제공코자 한다.

매년 우리나라를 찾아오는 황사는 주로 중국 북부의 황토 지대에서 바람에 의하여 하늘 높이 불어 올라간 무수의 모래 먼지가 서서히 강하하는 현상 또는 강하하는 모래 먼지를 말한다(최재천 등, 2001). 황사는 동아시아 지역에서 태평양을 가로질러 하와이까지 수송되면서 국제적으로 중요한 이슈가 되고 있으며, 아프리카 사하라 사막에서 발생한 사하라 먼지(Sahara dust)가 대서양을 가로질러 플로리다반도에서 관측됨으로서 세계적인 문제로 대두되고 있다. 최근에는 황사의 농도뿐만 아니라, 황사 중에 포함된 중금속의 농도에 관한 관심이 고조되고 있다(전병일, 2003).(중략)

본 연구진은 비교적 청정한 공기질을 유지하는 것으로 알려진 강화도 하리지역을 중심으로 2001년 3월 봄철의 일주일 (3/20∼3/27) 기간동안 미량기체의 교환량을 측정하기 위한 공동연구사업을 수행하였다. 본 연구에서는 수은, VOC, 메탄, 비메탄계 탄화수소를 위시한 가스상 성분은 물론 입자상성분을 대표할 수 있는 PM 10의 농도를 지면상부 1m와 5m 고도에서 관측하였다.(중략)

Objective : The purpose of this study was to identify the effect and difference of abdominal muscle strengthening exercise, back muscle stretching and multi-training on the lumbar flexibility of 20s adults. Method : The abdominal muscle strengthening exercise, back muscle stretching and multi-training were conducted 9 times targeting 21 subjects who attended K University from 2013 May 29 to June 14. Sit and Reach Tests were conducted 2 times(before and after exercise program) for flexibility test and measured data were processed with SPSS program WIN 12.0K. By the Wilcoxon signed rank test, the effectiveness of exercises are verified. By the Kruskal-Wallis test and Mann-Whitney test, the difference of effectiveness among the exercise groups are verified. Result : The results of this study were summerized below 1. Before and after exercise, in abdominal muscle strengthening exercise group, back muscle stretching group and multi-training group are showed statistically significant differences(p<.05), 2. There were statistically significant difference in the improvement of the flexibility between each group(p>.05). Conclusion : These data suggests that all of the 3 exercise programs are brought positive influences on the improvement of flexibility, and abdominal muscle strengthening exercises and flexibility multi-training are effective on the flexibility more than, back muscle stretching in 20s adults.

This study explores the possibility of maximizing locality through synergy between local terrestrial broadcasters and cable local channels. To this end, it examines the significance of the concept of locality in the changing environment represented by the 4th Industrial Revolution. It also analyzes the existing situation of broadcasting locality and the terrain of existing studies concerning cable local channels. Based on the reviews, the study searches for the connection points between local terrestrial and cable channels, which are still heterogeneous operators. The difference in the size of broadcast region and the programming time constitutes the optimum condition. As a result of this, the study discusses the issue of appropriateness and feasibility of bundling the local terrestrial and pay-TV channels in the same legal system. By doing so, it reveals the biggest obstacle in institutionalizing the cable channel into the public category is the emotional rejection towards cable TV. In order to overcome this problem, the study suggests to abolish both the current policy guideline characterized as the same service, same regulation principle and the abolition of local business right of cable TV. It also proposes to allow news commentary function of cable local channels and strengthen cable TV's own capabilities.

발전소주변지역 지원사업은 발전소주변지역의 개발을 지원하여 지역사회와의 유대를 강화함으로써, 지역이기주의의 심화 등으로 날로 어려워지고 있는 신규발전소 건설입지를 적기에 확보하고 원전 등 기존 발전소의 원활한 운영을 도모하기 위하여 한국전력공사에서 90년부터 시행하여 왔다. 특히 95년에는 지원법을 획기적으로 개정하여 지원금 규모를 전기판매 수입금의 0.5$\%$ 이내에서 0.8$\%$ 이내로 대폭 증액시켰다. 또 사업내용도 다양화하여 종전에 시행해 오던 소득증대사업$\cdot$공공시설사업 및 육성사업 외에 원자력발전소주변지역에 대한 전기요금 보조, 주민복지지원 융자, 기업유치 융자 및 발전소 건설지역에 대한 특별지원사업 등을 추가로 시행하게 되었다. 본고에서는 90년부터 시행한 지원사업실적과 96년도 지원사업계획을 중심으로 발전소주변지역 지원사업의 내용을 살펴본다.

본 고에서는 강원지역에서 정보보호 강화를 위한 정책방안을 도출하기 위해 정보보호 수요자, 공급자, 인력 현황을 산업 생태계 이론을 적용하여 처음으로 지역 차원의 조사를 실시하였으며, 이를 통해 정책적 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 강원지역에서도 공공기관, 일반기업 등 정보보호 수요가 존재하나 다른 지역에 비해 상대적으로 낮으며, 정보보호 기업이 존재하나 자체 수요를 공급하기 어려운 상황이라 강원지역 외 정보보호 기업들이 공급을 하고 있는 상황임을 확인할 수 있었다. 강원지역 내에서 정보보호 수요 및 공급기업이 필요로 하는 전문인력 공급이 어려운 상황이라 정보보호 인력양성을 위한 정책적 지원과 정보보호 인력에 대한 전문 교육이 필요함을 확인할 수 있었다. 정책방안으로 지역 공공부문에서의 선도적 수요창출 노력과 지역정보보호생태계 관점으로의 패러다임 전환을 위한 제도 마련을 제안하였다.
