With the increasing demand of foreign language education in colleges, an effective testing and study system is also needed especially for large scale classes. In this paper, 1 propose a new online system for running large scale foreign language classes which supports not only testing function but also individually customized studying and diagnosis functions. Using the proposed system enables saving of testing space and helps all students get equally good testing and study environment regardless of class size and lecturers.

최근 컴퓨터와 인터넷 기술의 급속한 발전으로 교육 형태는 매우 다양하게 변화되어 가고 있다. 이 중에서 각종 멀티미디어 매체의 등장, 컴퓨터 네트워크를 통한 정보 제공, 위성 교육 방송 등은 시간과 공간을 초월한 가상 학교 모형들을 등장시키는 촉진제 역할을 하고 있다. 그러나, 이러한 가상대학에서는 각 강좌에 대한 학생들의 출석 확인 및 평가가 면대 면으로 행해질 수 없기 때문에 문제가 된다. 본 논문에서는 출석에 대응되는 강좌 참여 요소들을 설정하여, 이들에 대한 참여도로써 출석 평가를 대신하는 출석평가 시스템 PASS를 제안하였다. 이 출석 평가 모델을 통해서, 학습자에게는 강좌 참여 동기를 유발시키는 효과를 얻을 수 있으며, 평가자에게는 출석 평가에 대응되는 효과를 제공한다.

현대 산업 구조가 고도 정보화 사회로 바뀌어 나아감에 따라 효율적인 교육방법에 대한 요구는 점점 커져가고 있으며, 이러한 현실에서 인터넷을 이용하여 수업을 진행하는 사이버강좌는 교육부분에 일대 혁신을 일으킬 수 있는 대안으로 여겨지고 있다. 전통적으로 강의실에서 강의를 진행하는 수업형태와 다르게 사이버 강좌는 시간과 공간의 제약을 받지 않으며, 반복학습이 용이하고, 음성 및 통영상 등의 멀티미디어 활용이 용이하여 강의실 수업 못지 않은 수업효과를 얻을 수 있게 되었다. 특히 급속한 사회 환경의 변화는 교수, 학습 파라다임의 변화를 일으키고 있다. 본 연구에서는 천안대학교 온$\cdot$오프라인강좌의 실태 및 현황을 살펴보고 수업의 질을 높이기 위한 개선방안을 고찰하여 본다.

This paper is mainly deals and suggests about a brief history, an expansion and management of the pubic education program which is running by the university museum after careful analysis of the past and current public education program. There are 20 university museums which operate public education program inducing Seoul National University, Ehwa Women's University, Chungbuk National University and Yeungnam University, etc. Yeungnam University museum has been well running the public education program since l990. The public education program named museum university, museum class, culture class, that have been constantly changing and diversify the theme and education method. After careful analysis of the curriculum, it consists of the fields of archaeology, art history, folklore, anthropology, and modern arts. The programs are being held in the classroom and taking field trips to the related sites. Most of the lectures are given by the university professors and students are mainly mid-aged female. I found that the self evaluation and participant evaluation are insufficient for now. Education on demand program development is needed and also it is mandatory set up the curriculum opening committee. A good way to make the public education program is that to establish the sub-cormmitte talk group under KAUM and I feel keenly the necessity of the constant research on the public education program systematically. I guess it is worth to open a program for youth and weekend program for family.

This study aims to investigate how the university educational programs about quadratic curves are operated in relation to the high school curriculum and what their effects may be, and the degree of understanding for the prospective and current teachers of the mathematical content knowledge about quadratic curves. To solve this research questions, we randomly selected three universities and one high school. Then we investigated the curricula of each department of mathematics education, compared them with the high school curricula, and conducted surveys of the professors' and students' conception on how much mathematical content knowledge they need to know about quadratic curves. The study resulted in the following conclusions. First, the curriculum on the subject of quadratic curves in the college of education is closely connected to the high school programs. This study's results showed that the college of education's curriculum includes a series of lectures regarding quadratic curves, and that within them, the mathematical content about quadratic curves associated with high school mathematics was thoroughly covered. Also, a large number of students who attended the lecture reported a significant increase in their understanding in regards to the quadratic curves. Second, it is strongly recommended to strengthen the connection between the college of education's curriculum and the actual high school education field. The prospective teachers think that there is a substantial need to learn about the quadratic curves because it is closely connected with the high school curriculum. But they find it challenging to put what they were taught into practical use in the high school education field, and feel that an improvement in this area is much needed. Third, it is necessary to promote, encourage and support the voluntary efforts to expand the range of the content knowledge in quadratic curves to cover the academic content associated with the high school mathematics.

수학사 및 수리철학에 관한 연구는 교사양성 대학에서 더욱 강조되어야 할 부분임에도 불구하고 그에 관한 연구가 미진하다. 자연대의 수학과는 수학 그 자체가 중요하겠지만, 교사양성 대학에서는 수학 내용자체 뿐만 아니라, 수학의 역사적인 측면과 수학에 관한 인식론적인 측면이 함께 요구되어 진다. 절대적인 것으로 인식되어 온 수학에 대한 잘못된 선입견은 수학교육에도 심각한 악영향을 끼칠 수 있다. 그러나 괴델의 불완전성 정리 등으로 인해 수학에서의 논리체계는 더 이상 절대적이지 않다는 것을 알 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 숱한 오류들의 극복을 통해 발전해 온 수학사적인 측면과 그로 인하여 수학에 관한 인식론적 변화를 수학에서의 큰 사건들을 중심으로 살펴보고자 한다. 구체적으로 유클리드 기하에서 비유클리드 기하의 발견, 칸토어의 무한한 역설의 발생, 역설을 극복하기 위한 수학기토론의 탄생, 괴델의 불완전성 정리로 이어지는 과정들을 살펴보고, 그로 인해 도출되어지는 수학교육적 시사점을 논의해 보며, 이르르 바탕으로 교사양성 대학에서의 수학사 및 수리철학 강좌의 운영 방안을 제시한다.
