21세기 무한경쟁시대에서 국가경쟁력을 확보하기 위하여 현재 도로교통상황을 추정하고, 화물차의 공차(空車)를 줄이고, 차량운행상태를 관리할 필요성이 부각되었다. 본 연구에서는 실시간 교통정보산출 및 활용을 위하여 국가수치기본도에 GPS을 응용하는 기법을 제시하였다. 구체적으로는 GIS기능 중 하나인 공간결합(Spatial Join)기능을 활용하여 Map Matching, 통행시간추정 및 차량운행 관리기법 등을 제시하였다. 최종적으로는 제시된 기법을 서울시 강남구 지역일대에 시범적으로 적용시켜 보았다.

Oligotoma saundersii(Westwood, 1837) was recognized on the bark of Pachira aquatica Aubl.(Bombacaeae), an ornamental tree growing in greenhouse, Seoul, Korea. The morphological characteristics and biology of O. saundersii are presented. This is the first record of the order Embiidina in Korea.

우리협회에서는 2001, 하반기 열병합발전 기술세미나(설비관리분야)를 9월 20일(목) 남부발전(주) 영남화력발전처(울산 소재) 강당에서, 기술교육을 10월 24일(수) 한국지역난방공사 교육훈련실(서울 강남구 소재)에서 개최하였음. 이번 기술세미나는 발전소 운영의 핵심인 설비관리분야의 각종사례를 주제로 한전전력연구원 과장급 실무진으로 발표진을 구성하여 11개 회원사 20명을 비롯, 총 18개사 34명이 참석하였으며, 기술교육은 대기관리 및 집단에너지사업 등 정책적인 사항과 변압기 진단 및 터빈의 성능평가 등 실무적인 사항으로 편성, 정부관계자 및 한전전력연구원, 두산중공업(주) 등의 전문가를 초빙하여 10개 회원사 25명을 비롯, 열병합 시설보유 및 관련업체등 15개사 33명이 참석하였음.

This study is about the Spatial Composition and Area Calculation in Plastic Surgical Clinics. 1. The space of the plastic surgical clinics are divided into 4 sections; exam, exam support, the staffs, and waiting and reception area. 2. The average G/N ratio of width was 1.46. The Plastic surgical clinics which had great deviation in the ratio showed these characteristics; first, when they were planned at first, the operation rooms were not assigned enough space; second. space for supporting exam and the activities of staffs was given too little consideration in their first drafts. 3. The average size of operation rooms was $21.76m^2$. The most desirable size was found to be $26.4m^2$ when we put the number of staffs, the movement area of stretcher, and the movement lines of operation room into consideration.

Ku band satellite signal repeating technology just altering a polarization of the repeated signal is applicable for any kind of satellite broadcasting service in geographically shadowed area due to high-rise buildings, trees, and so on. This paper focuses on the design of high polarization discrimination antenna satisfying polarization characteristics with respect to field pattern and frequency band. Designed antenna for the enhancement of axial ratio and polarization discrimination characteristic shows good performance for satellite broadcasting service repeating system.

무선 통신의 발달로 언제 어디서나 누구와도 통신이 자유롭게 되었다 하지만, 무선 통신을 사용하게 됨으로써 통신 사용자와 액세스 포인트, 액세스 포인트와 서버(Server)가 통신을 할 경우 유선 네트워크와는 다른 인증 방식이 요구되었다. 무선 네트워크에서 사용자 인증을 위해 801.x EAP, SSID, CHAP 및 WEP를 이용한 다양한 인증 방식이 사용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 사용자를 안전하게 인증할 수 있는 효율적인 인증 방법을 제안한다. 절기서는 기존의 PPP CHAP을 수정하여 인증 서버와 사용자간의 상호 인증을 할 수 있도록 했다. 또한 강한 일-방향 해시 함수(Strength One-Way Hash Function)을 사용하여 생성된 결과 값을 일회용 패스워드(One Time Password:OTP)로 사용하여 재공격(Reply Attack)을 방지했다.

"SH공사(서울주택도시공사)가 내년 1월부터 '청신호 건축사'라는 이름으로 전문가 인력풀(Pool)을 운영하고, 매입임대를 늘려 신축 리모델링에서 역할을 할 수 있도록 제도화할 계획입니다. 그동안 SH공사가 '주거복지'에 주력해 왔는데, 인공지능과 빅데이터 등을 결합해 앞으로는 한 단계 발전한 '공간복지'로 정책기조를 확대하려 합니다. 이 일을 수행키 위해서 도시설계가, 조경가도 투입될 것입니다." 김세용 SH공사 사장은 최근 서울시 강남구 개포로 SH공사 사옥에서 본지와 인터뷰를 하고, '디자인건축'을 표방한 '청신호 건축사' 전문가인력풀(Pool)을 운영하겠다고 밝혔다. SH공사는 20 30대 청년과 신혼부부에게 공급하는 임대주택에는 내년부터 '청신호'라는 자체 브랜드를 적용한다. 올 1월 취임한 김세용 SH공사 사장은 서울시의 캠퍼스타운조성 시범사업을 총괄 지휘한 바 있다. 이 같은 경험을 토대로 ▲ SH공사 브랜드 가치 제고 ▲ 주택품질 개선 ▲ 임대주택사업 추진 방식 다양화 등을 위한 사업들을 이끌고 있는데, 특히 기존에는 단순히 주거기능만 제공하던 공공아파트를 공동체 생활기능이 접목된 커뮤니티로 발전시키는 '공간복지'를 강화하는데 역량을 집중하고 있다.

The particulate matters show high values in winter and spring season, it has a bad influence on the outdoor people. That's why government needs to come up with countermeasures for social weak people like elementary school students. In this paper, new particulate matter stations select ed about elementary schools using spatial analysis. Seoul city areas were divided with 608 hexagon grids(500m), and then implement spatial analysis such as kernel analysis. Finally, new particulate matter stations select through the results of kernel density analysis and point displacement. The results show that, 10 hexagon grids about new particulate matter stations were selected and listed 15 elementary schools including 10 hexagon grids. The 15 elementary schools were including Gangbuk gu, Eunpyeong gu, Guro gu, Dong gu, Geumcheon gu, Dongdaemun gu, Gangdong gu, Songpa gu, Gwangjin gu and Gangnam gu. The results suggests a new management plan direction according to the spatial analysis, result in the process of selecting the measures for the '2018 School Fine Dust Comprehensive Management Measures' announced by the Ministry of Education. Also, this study can be expanded by adding specific buildings as well as the school.

Librarians facing the new information environment need to actively cope with knowledge and skills, but librarians in outsourced public libraries are burdened with participation in external education due to concerns about work gaps or inadequate institutional support, making it difficult to continue their education. Therefore, in this study, in order to create an environment in which librarians can grow together, the current status of the activities of the learning community was checked and the effects were identified. An online survey was conducted from May 20 to 22, 2023, targeting librarians who had participated in learning community activities among librarians belonging to the Gangnam-gu Library, and 101 copies were distributed to collect 81 copies and use them as analysis data. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that librarians are satisfied with the activities of the learning community and have a high level of understanding and empathy for their necessity. Therefore, as a way to revitalize the learning community, we propose to form a culture that promotes collaboration among members, share visions and values for learning community activities, and provide institutional support.
