The Study of Developing Korean SentiWordNet for Big Data Analytics : Focusing on Anger Emotion (빅데이터 분석을 위한 한국어 SentiWordNet 개발 방안 연구 : 분노 감정을 중심으로)

  • Efforts to identify user's recognition which exists in the big data are being conducted actively. They try to measure scores of people's view about products, movies and social issues by analyzing statements raised on Internet bulletin boards or SNS. So this study deals with the problem of determining how to find the emotional vocabulary and the degree of these values. The survey methods are using the results of previous studies for the basic emotional vocabulary and degree, and inferring from the dictionary's glosses for the extended emotional vocabulary. The results were found to have the 4 emotional words lists (vocabularies) as basic emotional list, extended 1 stratum 1 level list from basic vocabulary's glosses, extended 2 stratum 1 level list from glosses of non-emotional words, and extended 2 stratum 2 level list from glosses' glosses. And we obtained the emotional degrees by applying the weight of the sentences and the emphasis multiplier values on the basis of basic emotional list. Experimental results have been identified as AND and OR sentence having a weight of average degree of included words. And MULTIPLY sentence having 1.2 to 1.5 weight depending on the type of adverb. It is also assumed that NOT sentence having a certain degree by reducing and reversing the original word's emotional degree. It is also considered that emphasis multiplier values have 2 for 1 stratum and 3 for 2 stratum.

  • 많은 소비자 행동연구에서 연구가 본질적으로 구매 전 평가와 선택에 집중된 경향이 있으며, 또 감정보다 인지의 역할에 관한 연구가 많다. 소비과정에 관한 감정적 연구가 중요함에도 기존의 연구에서는 이러한 소비자의 감정적 요인과 같은 심리적인 요인이 소비과정행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 관한 연구는 매우 적다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 제품이나 서비스가 선택되고 난 후에 소비과정을 거쳐서 나타나는 소비 후 감정(소비 감정)에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 감정적 관점에서 소비과정행동을 중심으로 탐색하였다. 구매 후 소비 전 기대감정은 소비 후 소비감정과 어떠한 관계가 있는가에 대하여 직접적인 관계와 간접적인 관계로 나누어 스포츠 센타를 연구대상서비스로 선정하여 탐색하였다. 긍정적 기대감정은 긍정적 소비감정에 직접적인 효과가 있었지만, 부정적 기대감정은 긍정적 소비감정에 직접적인 효과가 없었다. 간접효과를 보면 긍정적 기대감정과 부정적 기대감정 모두 소비의지와 소비과정행동의 적극성을 매개로 목적달성정도에 영향을 미치고 또 목적달성정도에 따라서 긍정적 소비감정수준이 달라지는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 주목이 되는 내용은 긍정적 소비감정의 수준에 소비과정 행동의 적극성이 직접적으로 영향을 미치지 못하고 목적달성 정도를 매개로 간접적으로 영향을 미친다는 점이다.

  • This paper tried to identify the impacts of emotional labor on burnout and job satisfaction in the casino industry. Prepared questionnaires were distributed to 300 sample employees working in domestic casino, then used for data analysis 300. The results of this study are as follows: Firstly, surface acting have a positive effect on emotional exhaustion, lack of accomplishment and depersonalization. But deep acting have a negative effect on emotional exhaustion. And deep acting, emotion control have a negative effect on lack of accomplishment and depersonalization. Secondly, surface acting have a positive effect on job environment. Also deep acting, emotion control have a positive effect on rewards and value sharing. And emotion control have a positive effect on work environment. Thirdly, deep acting have a negative effect on job environment. Also, surface acting have a negative effect on rewards and value sharing.

A Study on the Degree and Type of Emotional Self-Disclosure of Husband and Wife - Linguistic Self-Dischosure on Emotion - (부부간의 감정적 자기노출 정도와 유형에 관한연구 - 감정의 언어적 자기노출을 중심으로 -)

  • 본 연구는 부부의 감정적 자기노출 정도를 알아보고 그 유형을 분류한 뒤 관계되는 변인을 밝힘으로써 부부간의 감정적 자기노출에 관한 이해를 명확히 하는데 연구의 목적을 두었다. 248쌍의 부부를 대상으로 분석한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1) 부부의 감정적 자기노출 정도는 부인이 남편보다 높은것으로 나타났다. 2) 부부의 감정적 자기노출에 가장 영향을 미치는 변인은 긍정적 노출의 경우는 심리적 변인이었으며 부정적 노출의 경우는 가정환경적 변인으로 나타났다. 3) 남편과 부인의 감정적 자기노출유형은 남편의 경우는 완전폐쇄형(43.3%), 부인의 경우는 완전노출형(48.2%)이 가장 많았으며, 부부간의 감정적 자기노출유형은 긍정적 자기노출에서는 상호노출형(43.7%), 부정적 자기노출에서는 상호폐쇄형 (38.4%)이 가장 많은것으로 나타났다. 4) 감정적 자기노출유형을 판별하는 가장 강력한 변인은 남편의 경우는 남성성, 부인의 경우는 자아개념으로 나타났다.

A Korean Document Sentiment Classification System based on Semantic Properties of Sentiment Words (감정 단어의 의미적 특성을 반영한 한국어 문서 감정분류 시스템)

  • This paper proposes how to improve performance of the Korean document sentiment-classification system using semantic properties of the sentiment words. A sentiment word means a word with sentiment, and sentiment features are defined by a set of the sentiment words which are important lexical resource for the sentiment classification. Sentiment feature represents different sentiment intensity in general field and in specific domain. In general field, we can estimate the sentiment intensity using a snippet from a search engine, while in specific domain, training data can be used for this estimation. When the sentiment intensity of the sentiment features are estimated, it is called semantic orientation and is used to estimate the sentiment intensity of the sentences in the text documents. After estimating sentiment intensity of the sentences, we apply that to the weights of sentiment features. In this paper, we evaluate our system in three different cases such as general, domain-specific, and general/domain-specific semantic orientation using support vector machine. Our experimental results show the improved performance in all cases, and, especially in general/domain-specific semantic orientation, our proposed method performs 3.1% better than a baseline system indexed by only content words.

  • This study explored the relation of health habit, stress and alexithymia in high school students. The subjects were 1,201 high school students. Collected data was analyzed by using the SPSS 17.0 program for descriptive statistics, ${\chi}^2$ -test, unpaired t-test. In results, exercise were significantly different according to health habit between the gastrointestinal symptoms and had no gastrointestinal symptoms. For the relation among the health habit, stress and alexithymia between the gastrointestinal symptoms and had no gastrointestinal symptoms were significantly different on stress and alexithymia. Therefore, the high schools should evaluate the students'health habit and stress due to the gastrointestinal symptoms. Schools should develop the health promotion program and operate it. And also train the students about communication method to help them recognizing their own feeling and express it, and also give them opportunity.

  • This study is to investigate the impact of emotional intelligence of online shopping mall call center counselor on customer orientation. The SPSS 25.0 ststistics program was applied for the empirical analysis 148(87.05%)of 170 copies are used for final data analysis. The implications of results are as follows. First, use of emotion, a subfactor of emotional Intelligence, has shown to have a significant positive effect on customer orientation. Second, other's emotional appraisal, a subfactor of emotional Intelligence, has shown to have a significant positive effect on customer orientation. Third, self emotional appraisal, a subfactor of emotional Intelligence, has shown to have a significant positive effect on customer orientation. Fourth, regulation of emotion, a subfactor of emotional Intelligence, has shown to have a significant positive effect on customer orientation.

Impact of Emotional Labor on Job Burnout Marine Police Officials (해양경찰공무원의 감정노동이 직무소진에 미치는 영향)

  • Due to paradigm shift in administration, the field of police administration, like its civilian counterpart, is spending effort to improve customer-oriented civil complaint service system, and this is leading to a negative factor in service providers, emotional labor, among police officers. This study examines amount of emotional labor of maritime police officers, and verify the effects of emotional labor on exhaustion. Results show maritime police officers experience about the same amount of emotional labor as other public workers, and emotional labor has effects on work exhaustion. In other words, perception of incongruity of emotion has positive effects on exhaustion on cynical attitude. Attention to emotional expression has negative effects on decrease of job effectiveness. As such, if the problem of emotional labor is neglected, it leads to exhaustion and can become a significant obstacle to performance due to negative organizational influence. Also, it can lead to serious physical and mental problems on the individual level. Therefore, policy implementation to prevent this problem is necessary.

  • This Study Examined the Effects of Disgruntled Customers' Behaviors on the Emotional Dissonance of Service Workers, the Effects of Emotional Dissonance on Emotional Exhaustion, and the Effects of Emotional Dissonance on Turnover Intention and Customer Orientation. In Addition, this Study Examined the Moderating Effects of Emotional Labor Strategies(both surface acting and deep acting), in the Relationship Between Customers' Disgruntled Behaviors and Emotional Dissonance. A Survey was Conducted on Hospital Workers and Drew the Following Results. First, Disgruntled Behavior had a Positively Significant Effect on Emotional Dissonance. Second, Emotional Dissonance had a Positively Significant Effect on Emotional Exhaustion. Third, Emotional Exhaustion had a Positively Significant Effect on Turnover Intention but Negatively Significant Effect on Customer Orientation. Finally, According to a Hierarchical Regression Analysis, Disgruntled Behavior and a Moderating Variable, Surface Acting had a Significant Interaction Effect on Dependent Variable, Emotional Dissonance, but Disgruntled Behavior and a Moderating Variable, Deep Acting did not.

The Differences of Self-Validation, Regulatory Focus and Information Distortion Between Happiness and Sadness (행복감정과 슬픔감정 간의 자기타당화와 규제초점 및 정보왜곡의 차이)

  • This paper compared self-validation and regulatory focus between consumers who felt happy vs. sad prior to decision and explored the effects of self-validation on regulatory focus and information distortion. The results of empirical analysis are as follows. First, consumers who felt happy beforehand revealed larger self-validation and stronger promotion focus than those who felt sad in advance. Second, compared to sadness, just-felt happiness was found to have partially positive impact on promotion focus by means of self-validation and exercise entirely positive impact on information distortion through mediation of self-validation. This study has made theoretic contributions by identifying the differences in the extent of self-validation and promotion focus between happiness and sadness as ambient emotion felt prior to the impending decision making as well as by investigating the effects of self-validation upon information distortion.
