The Influence of Perceived Price and VMD Fitness of SPA Brand on Multi-dimensional Commitment (SPA 브랜드의 지각된 가격과 VMD 적합성이 다차원적 몰입에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyzed that the perceived price and VMD fitness of the SPA(speciality store retailer of Private label Apparel) brand characteristics impacts on multidimensional commitment consist of affective commitment, calculative commitment and behavioral commitment. Using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 by structural equation modeling analysis, we found that perceived price have effects on affective commitment, behavioral commitment and calculative commitment significantly, and VMD fitness have effects affective commitment significant only. Affective commitment and calculative commitment on behavioral commitment was affected significantly. Through this study we found that perceived price and VMD fitness SPA brand maintaining relationships between the consumer and the seller are an important factors.

Structural equation modeling on nurses' emotional labor including antecedents and consequences (간호사 감정노동의 선행 및 결과 요인을 포함한 모형구축)

  • This study was designed to construct and test structural equation modeling on nurses' emotional labor including antecedents and consequences based on the model of Morris and Feldman (1997). A total of 247 nurses working at secondary and tertiary hospitals in three provinces responded the questionnaires. Emotional labor was measured by frequency of emotional labor, attentiveness of required display rules and emotional dissonance. Routineness of job, job autotomy and organizational support were measured as antecedents; and emotional exhaustion, job satisfaction and organizational commitment were included as the consequences of nurses' emotional labor. Data were analyzed by SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. The model fitness indices for the hypothetical model showed NFI=.94, CFI=.97, and RMSEA=.07. Job autonomy and perceived organizational support had significant effects on emotional labor. The emotional labor influenced positively emotional exhaustion and negatively job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Nurses' emotional labor mediates between job characteristics and nurses' psychologic results indicating more autonomy and support can reduce nurses' emotional labor and then increase their satisfaction and organizational commitment, and decrease emotional exhaustion.

  • The purpose of this research is to find out how festival servicescape and human service impact the participant's emotional response and behavioral intention in terms of participants as consumers. The servicescape of festival indicated 4 common factors, named cleanliness, convenience, suitability and attravtiveness. As a result of analysis, it indicated that cleanliness and convenience from among the servicescape of festival variables are positively on positive emotion, negatively on negative emotion. And it was analyzed that all the variables of human service influence significantly on emotional response. Especially, it showed that expertise of human service variables influence on positive emotion the most, influence significantly on negative emotion. The result of relationship on behavioral intention indicated that the convenience factor of festival servicescape and expertise factor of human service influence significantly. Therefore, to operate successful festival, festival organizer should plan and manage the festival based on factors which comprises festival servicescape and human service.

  • The purpose of the study is to examine the effect of VMD image appropriateness in apparel shopping contexts. Two competing models are utilized. The first model is developed from the emotion-cognition theory which explains that environmental cues(i.e., VMD image appropriateness) generate consumers' emotion, and in turn, consumers' behaviors. The second model is developed based on the cognitive theory of emotions and posits that environmental cues stimulates consumers' cognitive perceptions of retail environments, subsequently influencing consumers' emotional and behavioral response. A 2(VMD image appropriateness: high vs. low) between-subjects factorial design experiment was conducted. Female college students(n=592) participated in the experiment. Using structural equation modeling the study found that the emotion-cognition model better explains the effect of VMD image appropriateness on consumers' emotional, cognitive, and behavioral responses.

The Effects of Job Characteristics, Personal - Organizational Fit and Emotional Labor on Turnover Intention of Nurses in Geriatric Hospitals (요양병원 간호사의 직무특성, 개인-조직 적합성과 감정노동이 이직 의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was conducted to identify the effects of perception of job characteristics, personal-organizational fit and emotional labor on the turnover intention. 228 nurses working in across 11 hospitals in U city participated in this study. Data were analyzed descriptive statistics t-test, one way, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and Hierachial Regression analysis. The factors affecting the turnover intention of the subject are the marriage (β=-.106, p=.044), personal-organizational fit (β=-.441, p=.001), emotional labor (β=.318, p<.001) and the three variables could be sufficiently explained by 47.7%. therefore, it is necessary to create an environment where nurses can adapt to their organizations, and to find a way to reduce their emotional labor to decrease nurses's turnover intention.

  • This research was conducted over one month from May 1st to May 30th, 2015. Data were collected after confirming purpose of current study with eating house manager from the restaurant consumers. This study investigated the impact of nostalgia tendency on the propensity to revisit the eating house. Nostalgia impact on the propensity of the perceived emotional food repurchase also had the effect of significantly positive (+) on the road to repurchase B=0.767(p<.001). The coefficient of determination for measuring the adequacy of the model to determine the coefficient that measures the suitability of the model was explaining 58.9% of the variation in the premises 0.589, models with F=431.234(p<.001) to verify the significance of the model is significantly It has been described. Second, nostalgia tendency and social tendencies of the bond part had a strong impact in moderating effects of (-). The lower the social bond was investigated by increasing the propensity nostalgia.

  • 정서적 지원 대화를 위한 챗봇 개발 시, 사용자의 챗봇에 대한 사용성 및 대화 적절성을 높이기 위해서는 사용자 감정에 적합한 지원 콘텐츠를 제공하는 것이 중요하다. 이를 위해, 본 논문은 사용자 입력 텍스트의 감정 강도 예측 모델을 제안하고, 사용자 발화 맞춤형 정서적 지원 대화에 적용하고자 한다. 먼저 입력된 한국어 문장에서 키워드를 추출한 뒤, 이를 각성도 (arousal)과 긍정부 정도(valence) 공간에 투영하여 키워드가 내포하는 각성도-긍정부정도에 가장 근접한 감정을 예측하였다. 뿐만 아니라, 입력된 전체 문장에 대한 감정 강도를 추가로 예측하여, 핵심 감정 강도 - 문맥상 감정강도를 모두 추출하였다. 이러한 통섭적 감정 강도 지수들은 사용자 감정에 따른 최적 지원 전략 선택 및 최적 대화 콘텐츠 생성에 공헌할 것으로 기대한다.

  • 감정 인식 기술은 사회의 여러 분야에서 요구되고 있는 필요한 기술임에 불구하고 인식 과정의 어려움으로 인해 풀리지 않는 문제로 남아있다. 특히 얼굴 영상을 이용한 감정 인식 기술은 많은 응용이 가능하기 때문에 개발의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 얼굴 영상을 이용하여 감정을 인식하는 시스템은 매우 다양한 기법들이 사용되는 복합적인 시스템이다. 따라서 이를 설계하기 위해서는 얼굴 영상 분석, 특징 벡터 추출 및 패턴 인식 등 다양한 기법의 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이전에 연구된 얼굴 영상 기법들을 기반으로 새로운 감정 인식 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 감정 분석에 적합한 퍼지 이론 기반 퍼지 분류기를 이용하여 감정을 인식한다. 제안된 시스템의 성능을 평가하기 위해 평가데이터 베이스가 구축되었으며, 이를 통해 제안된 시스템을 성능을 평가하였다.

  • 디지털 시대의 도래와 함께 국내외적으로 SW 및 디지털 콘텐츠로 확대되고 있는 표절과 불법복제 문제의 심각성은 날로 더해가고 있으며, 이에 따른 사회 경제적인 폐해 규모도 급격히 증가하고 있다. 따라서 SW표절과 불법복제로부터 저작권 보호를 위한 적극적 대응 방안으로 SW복제도 감정에 적합하고 유용한 SW시스템 개발의 필요성을 인식하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 SW복제도 감정, 즉 두 프로그램 사이의 동일 유사성 정도를 판단하기 위해 제안된 유사성 탐지도구의 핵심 설계구조 및 기반 기술 등 전반적인 구현 메커니즘에 관하여 논한다.
