  • Recently in the mobile market, the communication technology which bases on the sense of sight, sound, and touch has been developed. However, human beings uses all five - vision, auditory, palatory, olfactory, and tactile - senses to communicate. Therefore, the current paper presents a technology which enables individuals to be aware of other people's emotions through a machinery device. This is achieved by the machine perceiving the tone of the voice, body temperature, pulse, and other biometric signals to recognize the emotion the dispatching individual is experiencing. Once the emotion is recognized, a scent is emitted to the receiving individual. A system which coordinates the emission of scent according to emotional changes is proposed.

  • 본 연구는 일반학부모의 장애아에 대한 태도가 통합보육태도에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 목적을 갖고, 2012년 3월 2일부터 10일까지 J지역 소재 통합보육시설에 다니고 있는 일반 자녀를 둔 학부모 150명을 대상으로 설문조사하였는데 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 장애아에 대한 태도가 통합보육 일반 태도에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과 인지적, 감정적 요소가 일반 태도에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 장애아에 대한 태도가 통합보육 유아활동 및 교사관심에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과 인지적, 행동적 요소가 유아활동 및 교사관심에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 장애아에 대한 태도가 통합보육 행동문제에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과 인지적, 감정적, 행동적 요소가 행동문제에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과를 종합해 보면 일반학부모의 장애아에 대한 태도에 따라 통합보육 태도에 차이가 있음을 알 수 있다. 이는 일반학부모의 장애아에 대한 인지적, 감정적 요소에서 차이를 보여 이들 요인의 인식 개선시 통합보육태도를 높이는 긍정적인 요소로 작용할 수 있음을 시사한 것으로 볼 수 있다. 이 같은 결과는 통합보육이 장애유아와 일반유아 모두가 서로의 다양성을 인정하며, 이질적인 상대의 존재를 받아들이고, 존중하며 함께 배우려는 학부모의 인식전환이 선행되어져야 할 것을 시사한 것으로 해석할 수 있다.

Tourism Industry and the Multidimensionality of Emotional Labor in Mexico (멕시코의 관광산업과 감정노동의 다차원성)

  • In the tourism industry, emotional labor-related problems are highly likely because workers cannot avoid frequent face-to-face contacts with customers. Emotional labor, however, is not always recognized in the same pattern by every worker in similar situations. As can be see in this research, emotional labor appears to vary depending on individual characteristics and sociocultural and economic conditions. In fact, there are so many factors affecting emotional labor, and the level of influence concerning these factors can vary depending on when and where they are. Psychological and mental pains and stress from emotional labor depend on a number of factors. The expression of emotional labor, depending on age, length of employment and gender, shows a clear difference. In particular, for those who are planning to participate in international labor migration to the United States in the future, emotional labor was often not recognized as a serious problem or rather a positive social and cultural experience. In fact, there are various types of tourism workers in Oaxaca, and their experiences vary greatly depending on individual and economic and sociocultural environments. The emotional labor of the workers in the tourism sector of Oaxaca also has various forms depending on various conditions. Positive or negative perceptions and consequences of emotional labor vary depending on the circumstances of the individual and working conditions. In other words, socioeconomic conditions, individual personality or experiences, sociocultural characteristics, and autonomy in the workplace, have a significant impact. As a result, the forms and effects of emotional labor expressed and understood by tourism workers vary considerably and may vary depending on the situations. Considering these problems, the way emotional labor emerges is greatly influenced by sociocultural or personal factors as well as economic factors. In addition, rather than considering the existence and seriousness of emotional labor as given depending on the nature of a particular industry or work, it should also be recognized that the expression of emotional labor differ considerably from individual to individual. Also, the seriousness of problems caused by emotional labor can be diversified. In this sense, it is necessary to clearly understand the meanings of the dynamism, diversity and multidimensionality of emotional labor from a new perspective.

  • 현재 가정을 비롯한 여러 분야에서 서비스 로봇(청소 로봇, 애완용 로봇, 멀티미디어 로봇 둥)의 사용이 증가하고 있는 시장상황을 보이고 있다. 개인용 서비스 로봇은 인간 친화적 특성을 가져야 그 선호도가 높아질 수 있는데 이를 위해서 사용자의 감정 인식 및 표현 기술은 필수적인 요소이다. 사람들의 감정 인식을 위해 많은 연구자들은 음성, 사람의 얼굴 표정, 생체신호, 제스쳐를 통해서 사람들의 감정 인식을 하고 있다. 특히, 음성을 인식하고 적용하는 것에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문은 감정 인식 시스템을 두 가지 방법으로 제안하였다. 현재 많이 개발 되어지고 있는 음성인식 모듈을 사용하여 단어별 감정을 분류하여 감정 표현 시스템에 적용하는 것과 마이크로폰을 통해 습득된 음성신호로부터 특정들을 검출하여 Bayesian Learning(BL)을 적용시켜 normal, happy, sad, surprise, anger 등 5가지의 감정 상태로 패턴 분류를 한 후 이것을 동적 감정 표현 알고리즘의 입력값으로 하여 dynamic emotion space에 사람의 감정을 표현할 수 있는 ARM 플랫폼 기반의 음성 인식 및 감정 표현 시스템 제안한 것이다.

The comparative study on changes in job satisfaction and turnover intention according to the convergence mediating factors and the level of emotional labor in dental hygienists (치과위생사의 감정노동수준과 매개변수 융합에 따른 직무만족 및 이직의도 변화 비교 연구)

  • Abstract The purpose of this study is to analyze the changes in job satisfaction and turnover intention according to the level of Emotional labor and the mediating effect in dental hygienists. Higher levels of emotional labor resulted in lower levels of job satisfaction, as well as higher levels of turnover intention. We used the logistic regression analysis to compare change of job satisfaction, turnover intention according to the level of emotional labor. In logistic regression analyses, social support was the largest mediating factor between emotional labor and job satisfaction and the odds(Likely to with low job satisfaction) was down by 16% after adjustment for supervisor, colleague. In case of turnover intention, largest mediating factor were drinking, physical condition, supervisor, colleague and the odds(Likely to with high turnover intention) was down by 52% after adjustment for mediating factors. The results of this study were as follows. Emotional labor was negatively impact on job satisfaction and turnover intention. To increase the job satisfaction and lower the turnover intention, it is necessary to do more efforts to improve social support(supervisor and colleague) and management personal factor(drinking, physical condition) for the dental hygienists should be made to reduce such negative effects.

  • 사람은 이성과 감정을 가지고 있어, 동일한 환경 조건하에서도 감정에 따라 조금은 다른 행동을 보인다. 그러므로 아무리 정교한 행동을 할 수 있는 에이전트를 만든다 하더라고 로봇이 자체의 내부 감정을 동반하지 않으면, 능동적으로 상호 작용을 할 수 있는 에이전트를 구성할 수 없다 볼 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 감독학습, SOM(self-organizing Map) 그리고 fuzzy controller를 통해서, 주어진 환경에서 학습된 행동을 함에 있어서 감정의 변화를 고려해, 감정의 요소가 행동에 영향을 미치는 에이전트를 모델링하고자 한다. 또한 감정을 가진 모델을 통해 최종적으로 사람과 상호행동하는 모델에 대한 가능성을 제시하고자 한다.

  • The conversational agent, which is at the forefront of the 4th industry, aims to personalize the user-centered focus in the future and holds an important position to have a hub that can be connected to various IoT devices. It is a challenge for interactive agents to recognize the user's emotions and provide the correct interaction to personalization. The study first I looked at emotional definitions and scientific and engineering approaches. Then I recognized through social perspectives what social function and what factors emotions have and how they can be used to understand emotions. Based on this, I explored how users can be discovered emotional social factors in communication. This research has shown that social factors can be found in the user's speech, which can be linked to the social meaning of emotions. Finally, I propose a model to discover social factors in user communication. I hope that this will help designer and researcher to study user-centered design and interaction in designing interactive agents.

  • There are limited resources on how servicescape influence customer emotions and respond towards customer satisfaction and behavioral intention. Hence, this research investigates how servicescape influence customer behavioral intention in local coffee shops in Kuala Lumpur by using Multiple Regression analysis. This study mainly focus on three environmental dimensions, which are the facility aesthetics, music and layout accessibility. Based on the result, it shows that both music and layout accessibility are significant factors that greatly influence customer satisfaction and behavioral intention. Overall, this research indicates that managers should realise thatmusic and layout accessibility play an important role to influence customers eating out at coffee shops.

  • This study examined the family functions and satisfaction of life according to the types of family rituals and investigated the effects of family rituals on family function and satisfaction of life. The survey questionnaire was administered to 136 married women. SPSS Win program with MANOVA and Multiple Regression Analysis was used for data analysis. The main study findings were as follows. (1)The types of family rituals were significantly different according to age and satisfaction of life was significantly different according to the levels of family economy. (2)The influence of family ritual on family functions differed according to the subtype of family rituals. (3)The influence of family ritual on satisfaction of life differed according to the subtype of family rituals. This study indicated that it is necessary to develop affect, routine, and deliberateness for increasing family function and life satisfaction in married women.

  • 2D애니메이션은 애니메이션의 표현에서 모든 장르에 기초적 이론적 배경에 바탕이 되어 현재에 이르렀다. 현재에는 컴퓨터공학의 발달에 애니메이션의 표현은 무궁무진하게 급속도록 발전되어 왔으며 이러한 특징적 요소에는 서로 공유되는 내러티브의 요소가 있기 때문이다. 하지만 현장에서는 공방스타일의 표현이 우선되어 애니메이터의 표현능력을 답습하는 경우가 일반적이다. 이에 인물표정에 대한 감성과 오성의 기초이론을 바탕으로 도출되어지는 감정표현에 대한 이미지를 정리하고자한다.
