As part of the recent economic revitalization measures, the national level of encouragement for young people's entrepreneurship continues, and investment in young people's entrepreneurship and support from young people are increasing. Entrepreneurship intention is a direct factor leading to entrepreneurship, and many studies have studied the individual characteristics of entrepreneurs that influence entrepreneurial intention. In the same context, the purpose of this study was to investigate the entrepreneur's passion as a factor affecting entrepreneurial intention, divided into harmony passion and obsessive passion. In addition, the pass to need for achievement, emotion, and subjective norms, which are the individual characteristics of entrepreneurs that influence passion, were verified. To this end, an online survey was conducted for prospective entrepreneurs in universities, and data of 203 persons were collected and structural equations were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the need for achievement and positive emotions of preliminary entrepreneurs had a positive (+) effect on the passion for harmony, while the negative emotions and subjective norms were not significant for the passion for harmony. The need for achievement had a negative (-) effect on the obsessive passion, and the positive and negative emotions had a positive (+) effect on the obsessive passion, but the subjective norm was not significant on the obsessive passion. It was confirmed that harmony passion and obsessive passion showed positive (+) effect on entrepreneurial intention. It also confirmed whether harmonious passion and obsessive passion have a mediating effect between need for achievement, positive emotion, negative emotion, and entrepreneurial intention. As a result, it has a mediating effect between need for achievement, positive emotion and entrepreneurial intention, especially need for achievement has a complete mediating effect. Obsessive passion was also confirmed to have a mediating effect in the relationship between positive emotions and intention to start a business.

최근 세계적인 경제성장률의 둔화에 따른 청년층의 취업난이 공통적인 문제로 주목받고 있다. 우리나라의 경우 청년 고용률은 OECD국가의 2019년 평균 고용률에 비해 10%이상의 낮은 수준으로 나타나 청년층 취업난의 심각한 수준을 나타내고 있다. 이에 대한 해법으로 청년 창업이 오랜 기간 동안 장려되고 있으며, 대학을 중심으로 창업교육이 이루어지며 대중적인 교육으로 자리매김하고 있다. 대학에서의 창업교육의 효과 및 필요성을 확인하는 다양한 연구가 활발하게 일어나고 있음에도 창업에 대한 인식과 창업률은 생계형 창업이 주를 이루고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 창업에 대한 관심을 가지는 순간부터 창업 이후에도 직면하게 되는 불확실한 현실과 이를 둘러싼 환경적 난류를 해결해 나갈 수 있는 감정적 관점에서의 창업교육의 효과성을 확인하고자 한다. 감정요소 중에서는 창업열정과 즉흥성을 매개효과로 창업의도에 미치는 창업교육의 영향을 확인하고자 하였다.

많은 사람들은 미래에 발생할 일에 대한 결정을 내리기 전 수 많은 생각과 심리적 변화를 겪게 된다. 특히 우리 삶에서 자신의 직업과 같은 경제적 및 사회적 측면에 대한 고려와 함께 중요한 선택을 하게 되는 상황에서 그 선택은 미래에 경험하게 될 후회의 정도에 따라 현재의 행동이 결정된다. 이러한 심리적 기제는 이미 심리학과 마케팅 분야에서는 감정 및 정서적 요인들이 의사결정 과정에 직접적이고 중요한 영향을 미친다는 사실에 공감하며 관련 연구들이 활발히 이루어져 왔다. 이처럼 창업 분야에서도 예비창업가들이 창업을 결정하기 위한 중요한 심리적 요인으로 후회라는 감정이 직접적으로 영향을 미치는지 확인할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 많은 창업가들의 의사결정에서 발생되는 예상되는 후회(anticipated regret)가 창업 행동(entrepreneurial behavior)에 영향을 미치는 가를 살펴보고자 하였다. 그리고 이와 아울러 창업가의 예상되는 후회가 창업 행동에 영향을 미칠 때, 창업가의 자기 충족적 예언(self fulfilling prophecy)과 창업가적 열정(entrepreneurial passion)의 수준이 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 한다. 이를 위해 창업가의 예상되는 후회와 목표지향성, 그리고 창업가적 열정에 대한 선행연구를 검토함으로써 가설을 설정하였다. 그리고 이를 검증하기 위해 창업가 145명을 대상으로 두 차례에 걸쳐 설문을 실시하여 연구를 진행하였다.

This study aims at analyzing the trend of feeling under the neo-liberalism era through the soap operas. In particular, this article focuses on 'envy'. Unlike jealousy, envy is the feeling of comparison appearing in people in similar circumstances that is displayed within the dual relation with its characteristic of having dynamics on the fortune (victory) of the other party for an unpleasant feeling, denial and interference. However, under the neo-liberalistic order with unlimited competition as its characteristic, 'envy' has the tendency to discourse with its passion of subjects participating in the limited share of competition. This begins in 'envy' under a soap opera to lead to competition to reproduce as the drama to dream of success for self-development. Under the circumstances, the feeling or behavior of characters not showing the general pattern but to individualize with the envious behavior of evil characters to turn away from the structural context for characters of issue of suffering originated within. For example, the soap opera imagines with 'envy' for the feeling of characters to reproduce the neo-liberalistic subject in darkness as well as to transfigure the suffering or context encountered by the characteristics to present the issues.

This study examined the causal relationship between exercise satisfaction and behavioral intention experienced by participating in park golf with passion. The target was 189 park golf participants, and The subjects of the survey were those living in Sejong City and playing park golf from July 20 to September 14, 2023. SPSS 21.0 was used for data analysis. In addition, the influence relationship between each factor was examined through frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. Research results: First, passion had a positive effect on exercise satisfaction. Second, passion was confirmed to have a positive effect on behavioral intention. Third, exercise satisfaction had a positive effect on behavioral intention. This means that the thermal emotions of park golf play a role in increasing satisfaction and behavioral intention. If an environment is created where participants' passion does not decrease, it will have an impact on expanding the base of park golf.

This study seeks to understand the inter-relationship between employee enthusiasm, trust, immersion and satisfaction of employees working at a hospitality company based in Gwangju Metropolitan City. The purpose of this study is to examine the human resources management of workers in the hospitality industry by grasping the current situation of employees working in the service enterprise. As a result, corporate organizational support in the hospitality industry has a significant impact on the enthusiasm of employees. The enthusiasm of the employee is shown to be trusting, immersing, and satisfying in the work of the employee in the hospitality company, which can be seen as an organization, showing that the employee's passion plays a positive role in trust, immersion and satisfaction. As the employee's enthusiasm is reflected in the quality of the service product as a result, it can be regarded as the quality of the relationship that the employee is responsible for or positive feelings about the company in which he or she is in charge. Personnel management measures are required to strengthen pride and desire to achieve work so that employees can exercise their passion to feel trust, immersion, and satisfaction in their businesses and work. Therefore, it is necessary to provide tangible and intangible organizational support and introduce and implement personnel-related programs to enhance work pride and desire to achieve.

This ethnographic study aimed to understand the emotional labor of traditional performing artists who hide and control their emotions in performances and the components and characteristics of their emotional labor by means of in-depth interviews with traditional performing artists and Giorgi's analysis method. As a result of the analysis, first, the factors that lead to emotional labor of traditional performing artists can be divided into external and internal ones. The external factors arose from expressing various emotions while creating or suppressing their own emotions in an effort to draw out the emotions of the audience. Also, emotional labor occurred depending on the performance place, performance type and audience reaction. The internal factors consisted of the emotional burden experienced due to concerns over mistakes and audience satisfaction as they voluntarily commit themselves to the performance in order to satisfy the audience. Second, complex emotions that remain after the performance sometimes lead to aftereffects of emotional labor. Third, factors of emotional labor that originate from belonging to an organization had an influence, which resulted in their considering job change or resignation. Fourth, emotional labor arises from the specificity of the traditional performing arts field, that is, negative perceptions and unfair internal practices of traditional performing arts. The study showed that traditional performing artists relieve their emotional labor through hobbies and chatting with colleagues, and took the emotional labor as granted, not recognizing that the occupational emotional labor as emotional labor. This study is significant in that it recognized and analyzed traditional performing artists as emotional workers and focused on the emotional labor components of traditional performing artists.

$5{\sim}6$에 향기 짙은 순백색 꽃이 소박하고 탐스럽게 피었다가 10월에 붉은색으로 단장하는 열매는 마치 나무의 정수를 탄생시킨 양 매우 열정적이고, 고귀한 아름다움을 간직하고 있다. 또한 겨울에 하얀 설경을 배경으로 달려있는 열매는 관상적 가치는 물론 생명의 강인함을 넘어 우리 인간들에게 무엇이라 꾸짖는 듯한 외침이 서려있는 도전적 자태에 우리의 마음을 빼앗기는 아름다움으로 세파에 찌들인 도시인들에게 조경수 및 관상수 인기가 급상승하고 있는 수종이다. 특히 마가목은 한자명으로 馬牙木(마아목)이라고 불리는데 이것은 봄에 생겨나는 새순이 말의 이빨처럼 힘차게 돋아난다고 해서 동적인 감정과 함께 용기와 생동감을 주는 나무이다. 특히 공해에 강한 수종으로 도시에서 쉽게 접할 수 있는 장점을 가지고 있다. 일반적으로 병해충에 강하다고 알려져 있으나 몇몇 해충은 관리를 소홀히 하면 피해를 볼 수 있고 심하면 고사하므로 각별한 주의가 요망된다.

The movement of characters is one of the crucial elements to deliver their emotion flowing inside. Though it is the same movement, it may appear or be expressed differently according to the character's personality or emotion or the particular situation. The purpose of this study is to analyze not only the movement found superficially in an animation but also a character's internal emotion and attitude with Laban's movement analysis system, particularly effort, one of its analysis categories, and examine how effectively Laban's movement analysis often employed at the circles of dance can analyze movement in an animation. is about a monster that constantly makes efforts to realize its dream to be a scarer. Functional movement forms the most part, but expressive movement to show how a character thinks or feels also appears harmoniously. Characters' externally shown movement can express their internal emotion properly sometimes, but they also often move expressing their feelings in moderation. Therefore, this study analyzes the movement of characters found in the four scenes of with LMA's effort. According to the findings, at the scene where Michael enters the door leading to the human world following the scarer, the emotional state of Michael envious of the scarer is expressed with the Vision Drive giving the strong feel of dreaming. At the scene of the second game to choose the best scare team, it shows us the Spell Drive with its careful and light movement having clear intention to survive at the game. At the scene where there is a party held for the teams that have survived, it shows the Passion Drive of being eagerly expressing happy and delightful feelings without considering what is around. At the scene where Michael and Sullivan are pursued by people, the Action Drive was used to express movement that was heavy and strong and was getting faster gradually by focusing the feelings of the characters in haste into one place.

Vittorio Alfieri fu celebrato dagli uomini del Risorgimento come "l'iniziatore ed il padre della rinascita" e il creatore della coscienza nazionale. Per questo è lodato da Foscolo, Manzoni, Leopardi, Mazzini, Gioberti, Oriani, Carducci. Ma insieme con i suoi meriti politici, anche i valori artistici delle sue opere non debbono essere dimenticati. Anche sul pensiero e sull'opera dell'Alfieri influirono le ideologie tipiche del secondo Settecento, l'Illuminismo e il nascente Romanticismo, in lui intrecciandosi e scontrandosi ad un tempo. Il suo interesse per lo studio dell'uomo, per la concezione meccanicistica del mondo, la lontananza dalla religione per l'assoluta libertà e l'avversione verso il dispotismo, collegano Alfieri alla dottrina illuminista. I temi letterari illuministici, volti a chiarificare le coscienze e ad apportare il progresso sociale e civile, sono affrontati dal poeta non in modo distaccato, ma con l'emotività e le inquietudini del pensiero romantico. Ma i letterati romantici dell'Ottocento furono piuttosto ostili all'opera dell'Alfieri, accusandola di astratezza, di lontananza dagli interessi e dalla realtà della vita moderna e di assenza di senso storico. Invece nei primi anni del Novecento, Croce lo presenta come iniziatore della nuova letteratura italiana, con la quale egli avrebbe in comune l'individualismo, la passionalità, l'amore per la solitudine, la malinconia. Anche se gli manca l'ansia religiosa sul fine e il valore della vita e l'interessamento per la storia, ecc., secondo il Croce si può definire un protoromantico. Nelle sue opere ci sono, sotto l'aspetto dell'Illuminismo l'odio istintivo contro la tirannide e l'amore per la libertà, e sotto quello protoromantico esplode l'urto violento di sentimenti e passioni e l'esaltazione della morte eroica dei protagonisti. E anche Saul e Mirra descrivono l'idea dell'umanità eroica che muore dopo una lunga vicenda di miseria e di abbiezione. L'idea dell'umanità nuova in Saul e Mirra è l'idea degli uomini nuovi che egli desiderava.
