유류오염 현장의 자연저감 특성연구

  • 본 연구에서는 과거 주요소로 사용되었던 유류오염 현장에서 BTEX의 오염 현황과 자연저감기법을 통해 저감되는 BTEX 양을 계산하였다. 일정 시간 간격으로 시료를 채취, 분석한 결과, 2곳에서 NAPL이 존재하고 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 조사 지역은 지하수 흐름방향에 따라 3개의 단면으로 나눈 후 각각의 단면을 통과하는 mass flux를 계산하였다. 약 40일정도 지난 후 BTEX 양은 각각 20.2%, 33.5%, 그리고 25.4% 감소되는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 본 연구는 컴팩트한 열교환기의 설계를 위하여 열교환기 내의 원형 단면 도관의 유변 유체의 압력 강하 및 대류 열전달률을 수치해석적으로 수행하였다. 유변 유체의 구성방정식은 기존의 비뉴톤 유체 멱법칙을 보완한 수정 멱법칙 모델을 채택하였다. 도관 내의 압력강하를 의미하는 마찰계수와 수정 레이놀즈 수의 곱은 기존 문헌치와 비교할 때 뉴톤 유체 영역과 유변 멱법칙 영역에서 각각 0.01% 및 0.004% 내에서 일치함을 보였고 유변 수정멱법칙 유체 모델의 형태를 띠는 유변 유체를 열교환기 내의 원형 단면 도관 내에서 사용하면 뉴톤 유체보다 최대 58%의 압력강하를 감소시켰고 최대 9%의 대류 열전달 증가을 발생시킬 수 있었다.

  • 실제의 흡기관에서는 단면이 일정한 직관이 아니며, 피스톤기관의 흡기관은 단면변화가 불가피하여 액적은 소성으로 인한 관벽과의 충돌로 부착하게 되고 액적부유율은 더욱 작게 된다는 D.A. Trayser, W.E. Ranz등의 보고가 있다. 또 보제행남들은 액막류의 발생이 유해배기 가스를 증가시키고 액막류의 감소는 기통사이의 연료분배의 불균일도를 저하시키므로 NOx, HC, CO가 크게 감소된다고 보고하였다. 이와같이 액막유의 존재는 각 실린더에 유입하는 연료의 질적차이를 가져오기 때문에 액막유를 분리제거하는 방법의 연구도 많이 이루어지고 있으나 아직 실용상에 문제가 많은 것으로 남아있다. 따라서 본 고에서는 이와같이 문제되고 있는 흡기관내 액막유동의 거동을 고찰하기 위하여 액막두께 변동을 측정하는 방법에 대하여 저자들이 사용하였던 방법과 그외 초음파를 이용한 액막두께 측정법을 소개하고자 한다.

  • This thesis is researched to compare the shrinkage of lightweight concrete depending on depth to normal concrete. It is used artificial lightweight aggregate which has 20% of pre-absorb value by lightweight concrete. When water-binder ratio is 30%, average shrinkage of lightweight concrete section decreased than normal concrete, but differential shrinkage of lightweight concrete section increased. However water-binder ratio is 40%, average shrinkage and differential shrinkage of lightweight concrete section decreased than normal concrete.

Vehicle Detection Method Based on Object-Based Point Cloud Analysis Using Vertical Elevation Data (OBPCA 기반의 수직단면 이용 차량 추출 기법)

  • Among various vehicle extraction techniques, OBPCA (Object-Based Point Cloud Analysis) calculates features quickly by coarse-grained rectangles from top-view of the vehicle candidates. However, it uses only a top-view rectangle to detect a vehicle. Thus, it is hard to extract rectangular objects with similar size. For this reason, accuracy issue has raised on the OBPCA method which influences on DEM generation and traffic monitoring tasks. In this paper, we propose a novel method which uses the most distinguishing vertical elevations to calculate additional features. Our proposed method uses same features with top-view, determines new thresholds, and decides whether the candidate is vehicle or not. We compared the accuracy and execution time between original OBPCA and the proposed one. The experiment result shows that our method produces 6.61% increase of precision and 13.96% decrease of false positive rate despite with marginal increase of execution time. We can see that the proposed method can reduce misclassification.

Highly Efficient Structural Optimization of Composite Rotor Blades Using Bézier Curves (Bézier 곡선을 이용한 고효율 복합재료 블레이드의 다중 최적 구조 설계)

  • In this work, a contour-based section analysis method incorporating the use of Bézier curves is attempted for the construction of optimal structural design framework of composite helicopter blades. The suggested section analysis method is able to analyze composite blades with solid cores made of arbitrary materials and geometric shapes. The contour-based section analysis method is integrated into a blade structural optimization framework to confirm the efficiency of the present approach. The numerical simulation result demonstrates that the optimized blade configurations are obtained with a reduction in mass by 52%, compared to the baseline blade. For the structural optimization of composite blades with 19 subsections, it takes about one hour for the successful optimization while satisfying all the design constraints considered in this study, which reveals the efficiency of the present approach.

  • When an underground limestone mine selects room-and-pillar mining method, in which the stability of mine openings is maintained by leaving safety pillars, the stability of safety pillars is always incompatible with their productivity. Therefore, the engineering decision for stability and productivity is essential. In this study, a progress of excavation faces by conventional blasting pattern has been examined in field for investigating over-break and stereo-photogrammetry method has been applied to this field measurement for improvement of accuracy. Also this result has been reflected instantly to composite blasting pattern by feedback, for minimizing overbreak. Field tests showed the relevant results that $3.5m^2$ in over-break out of $70m^2$ in total excavation face has been decreased, that is 5% of reduction rate in maximum.

Analysis for Difference of Water Surface Elevation at Cross Section in Pyungchang River Contained Junction Using Hydraulic Model (수리모형을 이용한 평창강 합류구간의 횡단면 수위차 분석)

  • In this study, hydraulic model same as natural channel with junction area and curved reach is constructed, and after that the variation of difference of the water surface elevation at cross section in junction area is analyzed using constructed hydraulic model. In junction area, the variation of maximum water level based on downstream section is more affected in discharge ratio at upstream than downstream. The maximum water level increased as closed to junction and the peak level appeared at just downstream of junction. The slope of water elevation at cross section is affected in section shape and decreased as discharge ratio is reduce. The expressed formulas developed in the channel consist of constant curvature and section shape showed difference of 60% with measured value, but the suggested formula in this study to compute difference of water surface elevation showed difference of 10% with measured value.

  • We investigate the effect in terms of yield of the reflectivity of both facets and of the phase of a phase tuning section on the self-pulsation (SP) characteristics of multisection complex-coupled (CC) DFB lasers with self-pulsation frequency of the THz region. When the grating phases on both facets of a multisection CC DFB laser are fixed as 0, the variation of SP frequency increases as the reflectivity of both facets increases, while that of SP frequency decreases as the coupling ratio (CR) and the coupling strength increase. For the coupling strength of 3, the range of the phase of a phase tuning section with yields greater than 80% decreases as the CR and the reflectivity of both facets increases. For the coupling strength of 4, the range of the phase of a phase tuning section with yields greater than 80% increases as the CR and the reflectivity of both facets increases.

  • 관상 동맥 질환은 관상 동맥 내벽에 플라크(Plaque)가 침착된 결과 혈관이 좁아져서 생기는 질환으로, 혈관이 좁아져 심장으로의 혈류가 감소하고, 혈전이 동맥을 막아 심장 발작을 일으킨다. 본 논문에서는 관상동맥 질환의 객관적 분석을 위한 분할 방법론과 분할된 영역으로부터 정량적 분석 방법을 제안한다. 동맥 단면영상으로부터 정량 분석을 위해 획득한 단면영상을 현미경으로부터 12.5배 배율로 얻었으며, 정량 분석을 위해 혈관의 각 영역을 분할하여 분할영역의 크기, 최대 장축 등의 정보를 추출하였다. 본 논문에서 제시한 알고리즘을 사용하여 수 작업에 의한 혈관 단면 분석을 자동화하면, 3차원적 변화량에 따른 정량분석 결과를 얻을 수 있을 것이다.
