  • In this paper, we propose a method of sentiment classification which uses Levenshtein distance. We generate BOW(Bag-Of-Word) applying Levenshtein daistance in sentiment features and used it as the training set. Then the machine learning algorithms we used were SVMs(Support Vector Machines) and NB(Naive Bayes). As the data set, we gather 2,385 reviews of movies from an online movie community (Daum movie service). From the collected reviews, we pick sentiment words up manually and sorted 778 words. In the experiment, we perform the machine learning using previously generated BOW which was applied Levenshtein distance in sentiment words and then we evaluate the performance of classifier by a method, 10-fold-cross validation. As the result of evaluation, we got 85.46% using Multinomial Naive Bayes as the accuracy when the Levenshtein distance was 3. According to the result of the experiment, we proved that it is less affected to performance of the classification in spelling errors in documents.

  • In the life environment changed with not only the material abundance but also the quality, it is the most crucial factor for the strategy of sensibility engineering to investigate vital signal according to the sensibility. In this perspective, it is necessary to design and merchandise the products in cope with each sensibility and needs as well as its functional aspects. In this paper, we proposed the correlation between the visual sensibility and the vital signal using the wearable based electrocardiogram sensing clothes. We measured the electrocardiogram (ECG) signal by wearing the electrocardiogram sensing clothes. The heart rate variability (HRV) is calculated form the acquired ECG signal by wearing the electrocardiogram sensing clothes. And the power spectrum analysis using the Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) is evaluated the correlation between the visual sensibility and the vital signal. we plan to conduct empirical applications to verify the adequacy and the validity of the proposed method.

  • Psychology of color is a research field of psychology for studying human's behavior connected with color. Color carries symbolism and image while sharing psychological consensus with human. Each color has a respective image such as hope, passion, love, life, death, and so on. Peculiar stimuli by colors on these images have great influence on human's emotion and psychology. We therefore proposed a method for understanding human's state of emotion based on colors in this paper. In order to understand human's state of emotion, we analyzed color information used to model a room by a user and then described frequencies of each color as percent using fuzzy inference rules by membership values of fuzzy membership functions for colors used for modeling the room. When we applied the proposed color-based emotion analysis method to emotional state based on colors of Alschuler and Hattwick, we could see the proposed method is efficient.

  • As the aging problem of the regional industry ecosystem has gradually become serious, research to measure and regenerate the regional industry ecosystem decline has been actively conducted. However, little research has been done on regional industry ecosystem crises. Crisis emerges radically over a short period of time, and it is often impossible to respond by post-response, so you must respond before the crisis occurs. In other words, it is more necessary and required when looking at the crisis early and taking a proactive response from a long-term perspective. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a predictive model that can proactively recognize and respond to the crisis in the regional industry ecosystem. Therefore, this study checked the possibility of predicting the risk of regional industry and market according to the emotional score of the news by using large-scale news data. News sentiment analysis was performed using the Google sentiment analysis API, and this was organized by month to check the correlation between actual events.

Research respondents were 150 PA nurses who are working at 19 different hospitals from 5 cities and provinces and the collected data were analyzed with SPSS 21.0 program. This study discovered that 20.7% of PA nurses had experienced workplace bullying and 54.7% had witnessed workplace bullying. The workplace bullying scored 2.14 (on a 4-point scale), emotional intelligence scored 4.88 (on a 7-point scale), and burnout scored 3.22 (on a 7-point scale). As a result of correlation analysis, as workplace bullying was higher, the level of burnout was greater, while as the emotional intelligence was higher, the level of burnout was lower. Thus, there is a need for improvement plan for bullying in workplace to alleviate PA nurses' burnout and strategy to improve emotional intelligence and develop education and program.

  • Interest in emotions continues to rise around the world, including Korea, and in recent years, new styles such as new-tro, a new term referring to 'gaem-seong' of the social networking service generation, have emerged. Considering the strong influence of emotion on time and the environment, it is necessary to recognize the public's emotion about the current new style. Thus, in this study, 12 emotional vocabulary words were selected from the nine products applied with the new-tro style: want, cute, happy, pleasure, unique, cool, stylish, pretty, fun, like, joy, and special. According to the analysis of the survey, men's emotions were higher in order of "funny-cute-happy," and women's emotions were higher in order of 40s, 30s, 50s and 20s. Emotional vocabulary extracted from this study can be used to evaluate the sensitivity of objects to which the new-tro style is applied and will be utilized as specific emotional evaluation data through the analysis methods presented.

  • This study examined the relationship of what kind of creative thinking has as factors for emotion design products for consumers focusing on the successful cases of emotion products. For the design creativity attribute used in this experiment, the design evaluation creativity tools revealed in Kim Eun-Ju's 2007 design creativity evaluation tool development were used mostly MP3s, which have various forms, functions and sizes were selected as the target for experiment. Results of the experiment showed that for design creativeness items for MP3 as single products, uniqueness, favorableness and convenience were relevant. Accordingly, the common features of design creativeness items for emotional products were identified. According to the result, for emotional designs, the interest level of uniqueness for the design creativity evaluation items and the functional items for practicality had a high relativity. Therefore, there is a need to examine the common features between the design creativity items for products other than MP3s in the future.
