Many GIS systems are not to be trusted becuase many GIS project managers often fail to notice importance of GIS data Construction. With this reason, it is a lively discussion on GIS administration system's adaption. The definition of GIS administration system is not clear, but GIS administration system generally is devided information system administration, audit guideline for the data construction of GIS. Audit guideline for the data construction of GIS. GIS data construction's goals are logical and reasonable action policy of GIS data construction in widespread filed, the other goal is creation of product to the purpose exactly. Audit guideline for the data construction of GIS is composed of optimum of GIS data construction's planning, optimum of GIS data construction's activity, optimum of GIS data quality management, optimum of consultations of GIS data construction, GIS data audit. we classified major changes into changes based on design deficiency, changes based on the different conditions between job site and contract documents, and changes based on the Owner's need. Then we compare and analyzed applicable regulations for supervision and work performance status at the site, and elicit problems of supervision performance based on mutual contradiction in regulations, bringing up a similar example. Based on the above, we brought up a way of improvement for the elicited problem, comparing and analyzing the laws/contract provisions/instructions related with the changes and the work performance at the jobsite, and verified through interviews with professionals of various fields for the improvement. Finally this study could elicit a way of improvement in the supervision work in conjunction with changes in civil works.

The purpose of this study was to suggest a guideline for systematic and practical critical success factors of the External IT audit. For this purpose, an integrated conceptual model is developed considers that the service quality, and the IS(Information Systems) success with a contingency viewpoint. The model is tested using 254 data of IS projects which procured the external IT auditing service in public sector of Korea. The results of this study are as follows. First, service quality attributes of responsiveness, reliability, and tangibility have positive influence on IS implementation process quality. Second, the external IT audit quality obviously contributes to IS implementation success considering both IS implementation process quality and IS system quality. However it has positive influence on the process quality directly and the system quality indirectly.

Fields of domestic construction supervision are divided into architecture, electricity, information and communication and fire by the individual laws. Between each supervision are lack of relationship. So it bring about performance degradation, supervision fee increasing and dispute. The purpose of this basic research is to suggest the integration method of each supervision.

LNG 인수기지 건설에 있어 주요 기자재는 외국에서 구입하고 이들 설비의 설치 및 시운전은 제작사 기술진의 감리하에 이루어졌다. 그간 천연가스 사업의 계속적인 발전으로 가스설비의 국산화가 상당히 이루어졌고, 국내 건설기술의 향상으로 외국인 감리자의 수요가 많이 감소하 였으나 현재도 LNG 저장탱크의 건설감리는 외국인의 책임하에 수행되고 있다. LNG 설비의 운 전은 완전한 기술자립이 이루어졌으며, 설비의 점검\ulcorner보수 또한 우리 기술진이 수행하나, 핵심 부품의 고장이 발생한 경우는 제작사의 전문가가 보수를 시행하는 경우가 많다. 이에 대한 대 책으로서 설비의 운전\ulcorner유지\ulcorner보수 기술을 더욱 축적하여 설비의 안정적 운영을 확고히 하고, 설비의 안전을 향상시키는 기술개발을 계속 추구하여야 할 것이다.

병자년 새해에서는 연면적 5천$m^2$ 이상인 다중이용시설의 감리는 감리전문회사가 맡게 되고 건축허가시 건축위원회의 심의를 반드시 받아야 하는 등 건축물 감리가 강화되며, 부부합산 금융소득이 4천만원을 초과하는 경우 종합과세 대상이 된다. 또 도심지 혼잡지역을 통과하는 1~2인승 차량에 혼잡통행료를 물릴수 있다. 5월부터는 주가지수 선물시장이 개설되는 등 정치$\cdot$경제$\cdot$사회 각 분야에 걸쳐 제도적, 법률적으로 많은 변화가 있게 된다. 세제, 금융, 노동, 주택, 교통, 기업환경 등 각 분야에 걸쳐 새해부터 달라지는 내용들을 알아보기로 한다.

본협회가 75년도의 중점사업으로 추진 인가신청 한바 있는 건축사업무 및 보수기준개정안이 75. 12. 15일자 건설부고시 제197호로 인가되어 76년 1월1일부터 시행하게 되었다. 1966년 7월5일 건설부장관인가로 시행된 보수기준은 68년11월 71년 1월 2차에 걸쳐 부분적 인 개정이 있었으나 요율이 개정된 것은 이번이 처음으로서 이번 개정인가된 보수기준의 특징은 종전기준에서는 분리되어 있던 설계와 감리보수요율이 ‘설계감리보수료율’로 단일화되어 공사감독 으로 그릇 인식되었던 공사감리가 공사감독이 아닌 설계의 연장으로 정당한 인식을 받게하는 계기가 되었는바 건설부고시내용과 ‘건축사업무 및 보수기준’은 각각 다음과 같다.

현재 대한민국 사업(IT Project)수행 시 다양한 관리 방법론이 연구 활용 되고 있다. 그러나 다양한 사업(IT Project)관리 방법론을 적용한다 하더라도 효과 효율성 측면에 대한 실증분석이 필요하다. 왜냐하면 그러한 방법론으로 비용적 측면에서 효과 효율 성을 발휘할 것인지 측정이 없었기 때문이다. 본 논문에서 시뮬레이션 하는 비용측정은 사업초기에 책정한 비용과, 분석/설계가 끝나는 시점의 비용, 사업 종료 후 비용을 측정할 것이다. 이때, 사업관리의 위험관리요소와 통합비용감리모델을 제시하여 감리점검항목을 도출할 것이다. 이를 통하여 효과 효율 성을 도출할 것인지 검증할 것이다. 효과 성 및 효율 성이 본 논문에서 제시한 통합비용감리모델을 통하여 비용에 대한 누수 및 과다산출이 도래를 막을 수 있는지 논하고자 한다.

정보시스템은 기업에 반드시 필요하며 고품질의 정보시스템이 요구되고 있다. 하지만, 고품질의 정보시스템을 구축하는데 많은 어려움이 있다. 이에 따라 정부에서는 감리제도를 도입하여 고품질의 정보시스템 구축에 대한 문제를 해결하고자 노력하고 있지만 소규모 프로젝트의 경우에는 감리대상의 범위에 들어가지 않고 적은 비용으로 인해 프로젝트 품질 관리활동이 없이 품질 관리에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 연구에서는 요구분석 영역에서의 감리활동 사례를 분석하고 자주 발생하는 지적 사항을 토대로 이해당사자들이 프로젝트의 특성에 맞게 점검항목을 만들어 AHP 분석을 통하여 중요도를 산정하고 추가적인 점검사항을 더해 품질 향상을 위해 소규모 프로젝트에 적용 가능한 품질 관리 프로세스를 제안한다.
