대부분의 갈등해소에 관한 연구들은 갈등해소방법 사용의 상황에 따른 일관성을 미리 가정하고 있다. 그러나 몇몇 연구에서 갈등해소방법에 있어 성격의 효과와 함께 상황적 효과가 있음을 보고하고 있다. 아직까지는 갈등의 쟁점, 감정, 관련 인물과 이들의 상호작용을 고려한 갈등해소방법의 일관성에 관한 연구가 부재한 실정이다. 본 연구는 상황에 따른 갈등해소 방법 선택의 일관성의 수준과 결혼 적응도에 있어서의 이들의 영향을 조사하였다. 나아가, 갈등해소의 과정 및 절차를 관찰하였다. 350쌍의 한국 부부들에게 설문조사(1차연구)를 실시하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 50쌍을 선발하여 갈등해소 과정을 관찰하였다(2차연구). 설문조사 결과에 의하면, 쟁점의 종류나 관련 대상에 따라서는 비교적 일관성 있는 방법을 사용하였으나, 감정상태에 따라서는 비 일관적인 해소방법을 사용하였다. 안정형 애착유형자는 건설적 해소 방법을 사용하는 반면, 불안정 애착유형자는 파괴적 또는 회피적 해소방법을 사용하는 경향을 보였다. 관찰 연구 결과에 의하면, 건설형 및 회피형 사용자는 설문조사와 관찰연구에서 일관성 있는 행동을 보였으며, 파괴형 해소방법 사용자는 설문조사와 관찰연구에 있어 일관성이 결여되어 있었다. 갈등해소의 과정, 즉 시작, 진행, 종료에 있어 유의한 타이가 발견되었으며, 이것이 결혼 적응도에 영향을 주었다. 연구결과들은 갈등해소와 결혼 적응에 관한 이론과 연계되어 논의되었다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the delayed resolution of cognitive conflict on middle school students' conceptual change in learning the concept of the action and reaction with cognitive conflict strategy. The subjects were divided into 3 groups according to the time in which teacher tried to resolve cognitive conflict: instant resolution group, 2-day delay resolution group, and 7-day delay resolution group. Pretest, just before test, posttest, and delayed posttest were examined to measure the degree of conceptual change. Delay resolution groups' students answered the questionnaire asking what they had done to resolve cognitive conflict during the period which had been delayed resolution of cognitive conflict. The results of this study were as follows. First, instant resolution group showed significantly more scientific conceptual change than delay resolution groups. Secondly, most of delay resolution groups' students who tried to resolve cognitive conflict interacted with their peers. Also, delayed resolution of cognitive conflict was not helpful to resolve cognitive conflict. Thirdly, in delay resolution groups, we found the tendency that students who spent more than 30 minutes trying to resolve cognitive conflict altered their preconceptions into scientific concepts more easily than the others did. According to the results of this study, instant resolution of cognitive conflict is more effective on scientific conceptual change than delayed resolution of cognitive conflict.

운항승무원 갈등에 의한 항공기 사고사례에서 볼 수 있듯이, 기장과 부기장 간 갈등이 주요원인이 되어 항공기가 추락하는 등 안전사고가 발생하고 있다. 갈등관련 기장 및 부기장 인터뷰 결과, 기장 승급 기준 불투명, 무리한 비행스케줄에 따른 불만, 대립적인 노사문제, 기장의 권위주의, 군 경력자와 민간비행훈련원 출신 간에 갈등, 격무와 스트레스 등이 주요 갈등원인 이었다. 항공안전관리를 위해서는 갈등원인을 정확히 진단하여 부정적인 갈등이 표출되기 전에 해소시켜야 한다. 또한 건전한 조직문화를 위해서 상호신뢰와 CRM을 바탕으로 한 안전문화를 정착시킬 수 있도록 갈등관리에 대한 지속적인 연구 및 해소대책 강구가 필요하다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 갈등에 의한 항공기 사고사례와 운항승무원 갈등원인을 시스템적, 조직 문화적, CRM 적 측면에서 분석하여 각 분야별로 갈등해소 방안을 제시하였다.

The housing redevelopment goes on smoothly, because it has problem that prevent theory and alternative policy. The conflict factors may remove to the problem before. This study has proposed that is universally applicable to the housing redevelopment and the conflict factors was supplied effective use of resources. This paper get the conclusion as a survey. first, It have a conflict solution for successful housing redevelopment business. Second, reconstruction business process categorized four stage. Third, It suggest an alternative about reconstruction business manage and systematization.

This study aims to suggest desirable means to resolve conflicts in university libraries by measuring conflict levels and by revealing the causes of the conflicts with reference to the conflict level indices which were selected by university library staff. In order to attain the research objectives, a total of 36 university libraries (24 private universities and 12 public universities) were selected. Questionnaires were distributed to 739 library staff members and 515 answer sheets were collected. Among them, 512 sets of answers were taken as data for this research. Six hypotheses were tested through frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and step-by-step regression analysis using SPSS 12.0.

본 논문에서는 지역균형발전의 중요성과 지역균형발전의 목표 및 정책방안을 알아보고 지역균형 발전정책 추진에 따른 갈등해소의 장애요인과 갈등 해소방안에서 장애요인을 분석하면 지역균형발전 및 지역경제 활성화를 위한 새로운 전략방향을 모색하고, 지역경제 활성화를 위해서는 지역중심으로의 관점의 전환과 새로운 발전전략 설계와 실행의 지속적 추진이 필요하다 갈등해소의 장애요인으로 권위주의 문화의 전통, 당위론적 사고방식, 교육방식에 있어 우열의식이나 흑백논리 사고와 민주적 훈련 및 자율의식의 결어 되어 있다. 이러한 장애 요인을 해소하기위해 지방경영의 효율화를 위하여 지방 재정확충을 위한 적극적인 정책 제안이 필요하고 지자체간의 협의회 및 중앙정부의 분쟁조정위원회의 법적 구속력과 권한을 강화할 필요가 있으며, 규제완화와 함께 지자체간 경쟁을 유발하고 합리적인 수익자 부담원칙을 적용하는 것이 바람직한 방안임을 알 수 있다.

In this study, we analyzed a mathematical discussion in the Calculus II course of the Gifted Science Academy and individual interviews to determine the relationship between cognitive conflicts and commognitive conflicts. The mathematical discussion began with a question from a student who seemed to have a cognitive conflict about the osculating plane of a space curve. The results indicated that the commognitive conflicts were resolved by ritualizing and using the socially constructed knowledge, but cognitive conflicts were not resolved. Furthermore, we found that the cause of the cognitive conflict resulted from the student's imperfect analogical reasoning and the reflective discourse about it could be a learning opportunity for overcoming the conflict. These findings imply that cognitive conflicts can trigger the appearance of commognitive conflicts, but the elimination of commognitive conflicts does not imply that cognitive conflicts are resolved.

정부 주도의 대규모 개발사업은 개발과 환경보전이라는 가치관의 차이, 개발로 인한 공익과 환경 파괴로 인한 환경이익 침해와 같은 공익 간의 상충, 사업으로 예상되는 국익과 개인의 재산권 침해 등과 같은 문제를 초래하는 경우가 많았다. 그럼에도 불구하고 정부는 개발정책과 계획을 수립하고 개발사업을 집행하는 과정에서 발생되는 자연훼손이나 환경파괴, 경제적 타당성, 사회적 문제 등을 객관적이고 과학적으로 조사하거나 제대로 검증하지 않아 갈등이 빈번하게 발생하였다. 이러한 갈등을 해결하기 위한 기존의 연구는 대개 갈등의 원인을 이해관계, 가치관, 사실관계, 제도 측면에서 규명하고 해결방안으로 주로 주민참여와 거버넌스, 전략환경평가, 사회영향평가 등을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서는 한국에서 1980년대 중반이후 주요 개발갈등사례를 개발사업 종류, 갈등당사자, 갈등 쟁점, 갈등 원인, 선거공약 여부, 소송 여부에 따라 정리한 후, 갈등 예방과 해소를 위한 법과 제도를 고찰하였다. 그리고 선거공약 또는 개발정책 및 계획안 구상단계, 개발정책 및 개발계획 수립 단계, 개발사업 시행단계, 갈등 분쟁 발생단계 등으로 구분하여 갈등예방 및 해소방안을 제시하였다. 선거공약 단계에서는 공직선거법상 선거공약서 규정에 국가재정법상 예비타당성분석을 도입하고, 개발정책 및 개발계획 수립단계에서는 전략환경평가와 갈등영향평가의 연계, 전략환경평가과정에 사회영향평가 및 주민참여의 강화, 환경계획과 개발계획의 연계 등을 제시하였다. 개발사업 시행 단계에서는 환경영향평가 과정에서의 주민참여를 강화하고, 개발사업 시행단계에서 갈등이 발생하는 경우 거버넌스 구축과 환경분쟁조정법, 공공기관의 갈등예방과 해결에 관한 규정 등을 근거로 하는 갈등해소방안을 제시하였다.
