본회는 지난 4월 $8\~9$ 양일간 1977년도 실무사회의를 본회회의실에서 열었다. 이 회의에는 12개의 지회상무들이 참석한 가운데 ''고급간부 능력개발훈련'' ''조직의 처리법'' ''회계전반에 관한 건''등의 특강도 있었는데 다음의 글은 본회 고문이며 공인회계사인 차강석선생의 특강 ''비영리 법인의 회계와 세무''의 전문으로 일상생활에 필요한 요소를 회원들에게 제공하고 저 게재해 본다.

Korea Ministry of National Defense has directed the state-of-the-art technology Forces troops structures that can respond to security threats in all directions through the Defense Innovation 2.0, which aims to reorganize the personnel and organizations in response to population decline. An implement of effective analysis to maintain combat power is necessary due to possible restrictions on combat power, especially in division of mobilization where reserve manpower is operated frequently. In this study, the normal operations of the reserve officers were investigated, the direct effects of the combat forces of the reserve officers was analyzed using ARENA modeling, and the budget required to operate the innovation and indirect effects of employment of veterans were studied. The result of the simulation proved to be effective in demonstrating unit combat power when the reserve officer was in full-time operations and economic benefits were also significant in terms of efficiency of defense budget management.

The objective of this study was to establish Facility classification for military barracks among military facilities. The military barracks are the place where soldiers spend most of their time. Thus, a new type of space in military barracks is required to improve the quality of life of the soldiers and make the military more advanced for national defense. The research method was to derive problems through a survey of the previous literature and case studies and to select target places in the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine based on the derived problems. An improvement scheme was proposed by developing criteria for military barracks spaces through a questionnaire survey. The following results were obtained: Facility classification inside of national defense military facility standard should be reorganized. The alternative plan is demanded for some camp which has no need about setting up the office facility. And the study of reasonable facility area after improvementing facility categorization is required.

This study used 3D body scan data to classify body shapes according to the torso shape of adult males aged 20-75 years. This data will be provided so that the apparel industry can make apparel products corresponding to body characteristics by age. The study used 1,796 adult males between the ages of 20 and 75 and the 3D body shape data of the '5th Research on National Standard Anthropometry'. For data analysis, the program SPSSWIN Ver. 17.0 was used to calculate the mean and frequency allowing for a factor analysis, cluster analysis, analysis of variance, and Duncan test. To classify body shape according to the torso shape of adult males, this study considered nine factors: 'horizontal size of torso,' 'vertical size of body,' 'curve of torso and waist-abdomen flatness ratio,' 'length of torso,' 'shape of neck area,' 'degree of lateral curve,' 'difference between front and back interscye length,' 'shoulder armscye shape,' and 'chest flatness ratio.' Based on the results of the factor analysis, the torso shapes of adult males were classified into five types. Type 1 is "upright body with flat, curvy shape", Type 2 is "curve sway back body type", Type 3 is "flat, abdominally obese body", Type 4 is "obese, crooked body" and Type 5 is "thick sway front body type." named.

착의행동을 일으키는 전단계의 감각으로서 국소의 냉감각과 체표 각 부위에 있어서의 냉점분포에 대하여 측정을 하였다. 피험자는, 냉점분포 측정에 한국인 여자 대학생 30명, 냉감각측정에는 한국인과 일본인 여자 대학생 8명을 대상으로 하였으며, 환경조건은 실온 $29^{\circ}C{\pm}1^{\circ}C$, 상대습도 $55{\pm}5\%$의 인공기후실로 하였다. 냉자격으로서는 $0^{\circ}C$의 냉각이 사용되었으며, 측정부위는 냉점분포 측정의 경우 체표 20부위, 냉감각 측정의 경우 체표 13부위로 하였고 측정결과는 다음과 같다. (1) 체표면의 냉점분포 밀도는 부위에 따라서 다르며, 체간부와 두부는 냉점분포 밀도가 높고 말단부에 갈수록 그 분포가 낮아졌다. 특히 가장 민감한 부위는 복부였다. 즉 체간부와 두부는 중핵온을 일정하게 보지하므로서 중핵부 체내온의 변화를 방어하기 위한 온도 수용 부위로서의 역할을 하고 있으며, 말초부는 냉점분포가 낮아서 기온에 따라 체표온(외각온)을 광범위하게 변화시키는 사지부의 온도정보입력의 역할을 담당하고 있다고 하겠다. (2) 각 부위에 있어서의 냉감각 순위는 일본인과 한국인 피험자간에 고도의 상관(r=0.93)이 보여져, 양 피험자군간에 차이는 볼 수 없었다. 3) 냉점분포 밀도가 높은 부위인 복부는 냉감각도 가장 민감하였으며, 냉점분포 밀도가 낮은 하퇴부는 냉감각 감수성도 낮게 나타났다. (4) 발바닥과 손바닥은 냉감각을 민감하게 느끼는 부위임에도 불구하고 냉점분포 밀도가 낮게 나타났으며, 이는 특수성이 있는 부위로서 주목되어지는 결과라고 하겠다.

산업발전과 삶의 질 향상으로 전기에너지의 사용이 급증하는 가운데 에너지 사용단가가 비교적 저렴하고 수급이 안정적인 가스를 연료로 사용하는 군간부 숙소건물을 대상으로 중용량보일러 시스템과 멀티보일러 시스템의 부분 부하 성능을 측정한 후 이 데이터를 활용하여 난방 및 급탕에너지 사용량을 시뮬레이션 하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 연간균등부담법(Annual Equal Payment)을 이용하여 각 시스템 적용에 따른 경제성을 비교 분석하였다.

오늘날 여군들은 군 특성상 복무기간 중, 훈련, 당직근무, 잦은 야근과 이사 등의 직업적 환경과 가족구성에서 발생하는 자녀 양육문제 등 수많은 고충을 감내하며, 극심한 스트레스를 호소하고 있다. 또한 여군들은 군대의 고유한 임무와 끊임없는 훈련의 반복 및 잦은 야간근무로 인한 고충은 지속 심화되어가고 있는 현상이다. 이러한 이유에서 자녀 보육을 담당해야 할 여군의 막중한 책임과 스트레스는 극에 달하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 육아기간 여군의 복무여건을 보장하고, 양육문제를 개선하기 위한 제도적 방안을 연구할 필요성이 있다.
