This paper examines an explanatory power of primary alliance motivation theories, such as 'Transaction-Cost Economics (TCE)' and 'Resource-Based View (RBV)', on the technological alliance partner selection criteria, governance and performance. Adopting perspectives of integration provided by TCE and RBV, this work examines the impact of both theories on the alliance processes such as alliance partner selection, governance and performance. Empirical findings show that both TCE and RBV are effective in explaining the choice of technological alliance partners. In addition, TCE appears to be more effective in providing explanation of technological alliance governance structure. Also, both TCE and RBV are effective in evaluating the technological alliance performance phase, though RBV appears to be slightly more effective.

Nowadays, We meet computers in everywhere, and the act of Teaching Computers is taken place in every social situation. The purpose of this paper is to research the meaning and theme on a view of computer literacy, the meaning of computer literacy through the computer educational phenomenon, presenting examples of contents, and discussing the role. In addition, this paper shows direction of teaching methodology for computer literacy.

정보보호 분야의 국제표준화는 각 기술들의 특성 및 사용자들의 관점 등을 고려하여, 다양한 국제표준화기구에서 국제 표준개발 및 관련 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 즉, ITU-T SG17에서는 전기통신(Telecommunication) 관점에서 정보보호 응용기술들에 대한 국제표준화가 추진되고 있으며, ISO/IEC JTC1/SC27(정보보호), SC37(바이오인식)에서는 정보보호 원천 기술들에 대한 국제표준화와 IETF Security Area에서는 인터넷 서비스의 품질 보장 및 향상된 인터넷 환경 구축을 위해 실제적 구현 관점에서 국제표준화를 추진하고 있다. 또한, 아시아 지역에서는 각 국가 간에 정보보호 표준화 활동에 대한 정보공유 및 국제표준화 기구들에 대한 공동 대응을 위해 ASTAP, RAISS 포럼, CJK SWIS 등의 소규모 표준화 활동들이 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 대표적인 국제표준화 기구에서 이루어지고 있는 정보보호 표준화 현황 및 주요 이슈들에 대해 소개하고, 향후 추진방향 등을 제시하여, 국내에서 국제표준화기구에 활동하고자 하는 전문가들에 유용한 자료로 활용하고자 한다.

최근 국내외적으로 성과측정/ 관리(Performance Measurement/ Management)와 관련하여 BSC(Balanced Scorecard)를 도입 ${\cdot}$ 운용하거나, 도입 ${\cdot}$ 운용을 검토하고 있는 기업이나 조직의 수가 크게 증가하고 있다. 그런데 BSC는 중대한 한계를 가지고 있다. 즉 성과를 측정하는 4가지 관점, 즉 '재무적 관점', '고객 관점', '내부업무 관점', 그리고 '혁신 및 학습 관점'과 각 관점의 측정 기준들 간의 중요도 산출이 매우 중요함에도 불구하고 합리적, 체계적 산출 방법을 결하고 있어 그 효용성을 크게 감소시키고 있다. 이의 극복은 BSC의 효용성을 제고하기 위해 긴요한 바, AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)의 적용이 매우 유력한 해결책이 될 것으로 판단된다.

가독성이란 글을 읽음에 있어 얼마나 쉽게 쓰여졌는가, 얼마나 흥미로운가의 정도를 나타낸다. 기존 연구에서는 가독성을 측정함에 있어 인쇄물에 한정하고 글의 구성 관점에서만을 반영하였다. 하지만, 글은 인쇄물뿐만 아니라 모바일, 태블릿 등 다양한 읽기 매체를 통해 읽어질 수 있으며 글의 흥미에 따라 가독성이 달라지므로 기존의 연구 방법으로는 적절히 반영할 수 없다. 본 논문에서는 읽기 매체에 따라 가독성이 어떻게 달라지는지, 가독성을 측정함에 있어 관점들이 어떻게 반영되는지를 살펴보고자 한다. 서로 다른 읽기 매체들을 사용하여 동일한 뉴스 기사에 대해 가독성을 측정하였으며, 측정된 결과를 사용하여 각 읽기 매체가 가독성를 측정하는 요소들 중 어떤 요소에 큰 영향을 받는지를 살펴본다. 또한, 가독성을 측정함에 있어 글의 구성뿐만 아니라 흥미 관점을 추가하였으며, 이로부터 가독성의 요소들이 글의 구성 관점과 흥미 관점에서 어떠한 차이점을 보이는지 살펴본다.

광 계측 기술은 지금까지 단독으로 진보되어 온 것이 아니라, 다른 계측 수단과 병용함으로써 부가적인 정보를 부여하는 기술로서, 또 어느 대상 물체에 대하여 어떤 계측 조건하에서는 다른 계측 방법에 비하여 유효하게 사용할 수 있다는 관점에서 발전되어 왔다. 본 고에서도 각 응용 분야가 안고 있는 앞으로의 목표를 광 계측 기술을 어떻게 활용하면 달성할 수 있을지라는 관점에서 설명하였다.

본 논문에서는 n 개의 원소를 임의로 나열하는 대표적인 치환 발생 알고리즘을 소개하고 이들중 발생 치환의 랜덤성이 우수하다고 알려진 Knuth의 알고리즘을 근간으로 설계된 랜덤 치환 발생기의 암호학적 안전성을 분석하고 발생 치환들에 대한 난수 발생 수열 관점의 통계적 임의성과 연속 발생 치환끼리의 통계적 독립성 적용을 위한 통계량 소개 및 각 관점에서 통계적 검정을 통과함을 시뮬레이션 결과를 통하여 보인다.

Concept images play an important role in the acquisition of mathematical concept. However, sometimes concept images are derivatives of student's misconceptions. In addition, students always learn concept images despite teachers' efforts to teach concept definitions. Therefore, teachers need to know about all the concept images of a particular concept. This study aimed to analyze the concept image that students have about the triangle when they have already learned about the triangle in school. It was found that some students have different concept images about the triangle between Semo. Moreover, many students have misconceptions about vertices, sides, and angles. In particular, students think Gak denotes a side, although it means angle. Based on these results, I suggest that the curriculum and textbook require improvement.

Angle has a variety of aspects, such as figure, measurement, and rotation, but is mainly introduced from a figure perspective and a quantitative perspective of the angle is also partially experienced in the elementary mathematics textbooks. The purpose of this study was to examine how the angle concept introduction and development pattern in elementary school mathematics textbooks are linked or changed in middle school mathematics textbooks, and based on this, was to get the direction of writing math textbooks and implications for guidance. To this end, 57 math textbooks for the first grade of middle school were collected from the first to the 2015 revised curriculum. As a result of the study, it was found that middle school textbooks had a greater dynamic aspect of each than elementary school textbooks, and the proportion of quantitative attributes of angle was higher in addition to qualitative and relational attributes. In other words, the concept of angle in middle school textbooks is presented in a more multifaceted and complex form than in elementary school textbooks. Finally, matters that require consensus within elementary, secondary, and secondary schools were also proposed, such as the use of visual expression or symbol, such as the use of arrows and dots, and the use of mathematical terms such as vertex of angle and side of angle.

Tour is cultural method that makes educational effects smoothly, metaphorically. In a context, dark tour have a function that sustains memorial of accidents and with social meaning, ethic value. This study aims to understand practical solutions of Sewol-Ho memorial on focusing Dark Tourism. This paper considers fascination with this subject and examines explored for good decision. It means that we examines a construction of tour contents within the dark tourism. This article evaluates an dark tourism in a contents program various country, for considering in a case at a Sewol-Ho accident. As a result, we comment some variety choice of strategy effectiveness for a sustainability of ethic value and education memorial.
