Performance Improvement of Soccer Robot by Vision Calibration and Patch Change in Real Time Environment (실시간 환경에서의 영상조정 및 패치 변경에 의한 축구로봇의 성능개선)

  • This paper proposes a new method about performance improvement of soccer robots system by the revision of lens distortion most commonly occurred in camera and the revision of position and angle error in robot patch for the realization of robot position. Among the lens distortions, we revise geometrical distortion and apply it to soccer robots system for realtime environment. Patch used in the recognition and the distinction for coordination and direction of robot occurs a position and angle error according to the figure of it. In this paper, we suggest the method of reduction for position and angle error of robot by improved patch and verify its propriety through the experiment.

Study on flexure angle measurement of ring laser gryo and the improvement of flexure error (링레이저 자이로의 플렉셔 각도측정과 플렉셔 오차개선 연구)

  • Flexure measurement of ring laser gyro was investigated by using an interferometer. A two-beam interferometer of Fiezo-fringe pattern obtained the flexure angle in 1-gravity acceleration and the higher acceleration environments. These environments were made with the addition of dummy mass to the ring laser gyro axis. The flexure angle change for 1-gravity acceleration change was measured as 2.37 arcsec/g with low repeatability error of 0.01 arcsec/g. The laser navigation system consisting of 3 flexure-reduced ring laser gyros showed the improvement of flexure error.

  • In this paper, the effect of parameter errors to the estimation of the rotor angle in sensorless operation of a permanent magnet synchronous motor is analyzed. The angle error information which is utilized to estimate the rotor position can be classified into two factors, namely, the sign factor and the gain factor. This paper particularly focuses on parameter errors reflected in the sign factor of the angle error information which causes a deviation in the angle estimation. In this paper, mathematical expressions describing the deviation of the angle estimation due to the inductance error and the resistance error in the sensorless control are derived. The validity of the expression is verified by the computer simulations and the experimental results.

  • 지상 LiDAR(Light Detection And Ranging)는 정밀하고 빠르게 물체의 3차원 형상을 측량할 수 있는 시스템이다. 기본적으로 종전의 레이저 측량기의 기능을 갖고 있으며, 초당 최대 $5,000{\sim}50,000$ point의 레이저를 대상체 표면에 발사하여 대상체면에 투사한 레이저의 간섭이나 반사를 이용하여 대상체면상의 point could의 공간정보를 취득하는 관측방식의 3차원 정밀 측량으로서 대상체의 표면으로부터 상대적인 3차원(X, Y, Z) 지형공간좌표를 각각의 Point 데이터로 기록한다. 이러한 측정방법은 레이저가 반사되어 돌아오는 시간을 계산하여 거리를 결정하고 ${\theta}_h$(수평각)과 ${\theta}_v$(수직각) 각도만큼 수평, 수직으로 회전하여 측정한 점의 위치를 결정하므로 데이터 취득 각도에 따른 오차가 발생하게 된다. 본 연구 에서는 지상LiDAR 데이터 취득각도에 따른 오차 시뮬레이션 실시하여 실제 실험과의 비교 및 입사각에 따른 정확도 분석을 실시하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 가상 물체를 현실과 오차 없이 정확하게 증강 시켜야 하는 상황에서 특징 포인트를 이용하여 효율적으로 매칭하기 위한 실린더 기반의 각도 보간 기법을 제안한다. 증강현실에서 활용되는 대표적인 객체를 증강하는 방법은 특징 포인트들을 트래킹하여 찾아낸 후, RANSAC 알고리즘을 기반으로 포인트 셋에서 바닥, 벽과 같이 하나의 평면을 구성하고 그 위에 객체를 증강한다. 이 방법은 평면을 이용하기 때문에 계산량이 적지만, 증강 위치에 대한 오차가 존재하기 때문에 때때로 잘못된 위치에 객체가 배치되는 경우가 발생한다. 특히, 의료시설, 도로 공사에서 증강 현실을 사용했을 때에 증강된 가상물체의 위치, 크기 등이 현실에서 작은 오차라도 어긋날 경우 크게 사고가 발생할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 평면 생성 없이 특징 포인트만을 이용하여 효율적으로 매칭 할 수 있는 실린더 기반의 각도 보간을 이용하여 정확하게 객체를 증강할 수 있는 결과를 보여준다.

  • This paper presents a new NC machine performance test and calibration system. In order to measure NC machine erros in simpler, and less time-comsuming way, some indirect measuring systems such as circular disk system and double ball bar system have been developed instead of laser interferometer. But these indirect measuring systems have shown their limits in identifying each of NC machine error sources in absolute numerical value. Therefore, we developed an unique NC machine error measurement system which provides a simple measuring process like other conventional indirect methods and still can indentify each of NC machine error sources in absolute numerical value.

Effects of vertical head rotation on the posteroanterior cephalometric measurements (정모두부방사선사진 촬영시 두부의 수직회전에 따른 투사오차)

  • This study was performed to find out how much projection errors in the cephalometric measurements were made by vertical head rotation in taking posteroanterior cephalograms. 25 adults without any apparent facial asymmetry or severe sagittal skeletal discrepancy were selected and the posteroanterior cephalograms were taken with the head rotated $5^{\circ},\;10^{\circ}$ superior and inferior each to the reference $position(0^{\circ})$. The 7 height, 5 width and 6 angular measurements were taken at each 5 positions. Through the statistical analysis of all measurements taken at each rotated position, folowing results were obtained.1. The projection errors of height measurements were remarkably target than those of width or angular measure nents. f. Among the height measurements, the farther to the rotation axis the measurements were, the larger the projection errors were. 3. Among the width measurements, mandibular width and mandibular width of mandibular first molars showed significant differences between the values taken at each rotated position, while nasal width, maxillary width and intermolar width of maxillary first molars did not. 4. Among the angular measurements, the angle between horizontal reference line and the line that is connected to crista galli and antegonion or maxillare showed significant differences between the values taken at each rotated Position. The above results suggest that it is needed to the effort to keep constant head position for taking the useful posteroanterior cephalogra, because projection errors are caused by vertical head rotation.

The Method of Elevation Accuracy In Sound Source Localization System (음원 위치 추정 시스템의 정확도 향상 방법)

  • Sound source localization system is used in a robot, a video conference and CCTV(Closed-circuit television) systems. In this Sound source localization systems are applied to human and they can receive a number of sound data frames during speaking. In this paper, we propose methods which is reducing angle estimation error by selecting sound data frame which can more precisely compute the angles from inputted sound data frame. After selected data converted to angle, the error of sound source localization recognition system can be reduced by applying to medium filter. By the experiment using proposed system it is shown that the average error of angle estimation in sound source recognition system can be reduced up to 31 %.

  • 결정화 유리에서의 결정질 양의 측정, 혹은 소결체에서의 잔류 유리량을 측정할 때 유용한 방법을 찾아내기 위하여 현재까지 보고되어 있는 방법중에서 XRD를 이용한 Ohlberg의 방법과 Wakelin등의 방법을 이용하여 코디어라이트 조성의 유리와 α-코디어라이트의 혼합물에 대하여 결정질 양을 측정하였다. Ohlberg의 방법은 한 각도에서 측정하는 경우, 약 4∼5%의 오차를, 4각도에서 측정하여 평균한 경우에는 2∼3%의 오차를 보였으며, Wakelin등의 방법은 실험 양이 많았지만 2∼3%의 오차를 보였다.

Performance Analysis of Three-Dimensional Radar for Angle and Distance Errors (3차원 레이다 궤적 생성 및 성능 분석)

  • In radar systems, information of three-dimensional (3D) trajectory is necessary for tracking targets. The information of 3D trajectory for a 3D radar can be obtained by estimating the azimuth angle, the elevation angle, and the distance. The estimated information of the angles and the distance has errors according to received signals. Since these errors affect performances of 3D radar systems, performance analysis of 3D radar for the angles and the distance errors is required. In this paper, the performance of 3D radar systems is analyzed by root mean square error (RMSE) between true trajectory information and the estimated trajectory information according to the angles and the distance errors.
