월리스의 생산력-소득수준 결정모형에서 자녀에 대한 수요가 자녀의 수와 자녀교육의 질에 대하여 비동차함수 형태를 취할때 자녀수요에 미치는 현존가격의 변화에 따른 소득효과 및 대체효과를 대수적으로 유도하고 이 의미를 기하학적으로 확인해 보는데 본 글의 의의가 있다. 대수적으로 자녀수요(C)를 단순히 자녀의 수(N)와 자녀 교육(Q)의 곱으로 C=NQ와 같이 나타낸 월리스의 모형에서 이를 C=f(N,Q)와 같이 일반적인 함수 형태를 취할때에 소비자 이론의 기본적인 작용 극대화를 통하여 자녀수요를 도출하였다. 기하학적으로는 대수적으로 도출된 자녀수요에 대한 가치효과들을 자녀의 수와 자녀 교육의 질에 대한 상대적 현존 가치를 고려하여 자녀수요의 변화, 자녀수 및 자녀 교육의 질 사이에 관계를 도시하였다.

Design VE system in order to promote the economical efficiency and the functional elevation of construction facilities apply to conatruction over 10 billion from december 2005. But it don't achieve purpose of VE original to maximization of value creation through VE because VE perform formal and result center. This study suggests some idea and analyse implementation of design VE through design VE case of turnkey and alternative project performed in domestic.

경쟁적인 비즈니스 환경에서 기업의 경쟁력 강화와 생산성 증가를 위해 기업 내의 협동작업은 매우 중요하다. 그리고 기업 내의 협동작업은 기업 프로세스에 대한 신속한 대처와 정확한 지원을 위해 시간과 장소에 구애받지 않고 작업할 수 있는 유선 및 무선의 전자적 환경이 제공되어야 한다. 또한 기업 경영 활동의 효율성을 높이기 위해서는 기업 내에 산재해 있는 기존 데이터의 활용을 극대화 하고 기업 내의 기존 시스템들 간의 연계와 확장을 고려하는 방안이 검토되어야 한다. 이에 본 논문에서 우리는 소프트웨어 공학 방법론을 사용하여 재사용성을 증가시키고 유지보수 비용을 절감시킬 뿐만 아니라 EIS(Executive Information System) 및 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)와 같은 시스템과의 연계를 보다 쉽게 하는 그룹웨어 시스템을 제안 및 구현하였다. 또한, 우리는 정보의 실시간 공유를 통하여 기업의 이익을 극대화 할 수 있는 협동작업을 지원하기 위한 향상된 도구로써 유 무선 통합시스템과 기업 지식 경영의 가치를 높이기 위한 데이터마이닝 기법이 적용된 의사결정 시스템인 지능형 그룹웨어 어플리케이션을 제안한다.

PMO(Project Management Office)는 프로젝트 수행을 일관성 있게 관리하는 조직으로 프로젝트의 효율성 극대화를 위하여 프로젝트의 성공적 수행을 도모한다. 이미 해외에서는 PMO 도입으로 인한 프로젝트 성과 향상에 관한 연구가 보고되었으며, PMO운영을 통해 프로젝트가 성공적으로 관리되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 최근 정부에서는 공공기관 PMO제도 의무화를 발표하였고, 국내 IT 기업들은 PMO도입을 고려하는 등 PMO제도 정착에 노력하고 있다. 그러나 PMO 초기화 단계로 어떤 기능이 필수적으로 수행되어야 하며, 조직에서 PMO가 어떤 가치를 줄수 있는지는 정의되지 않았다. 본 논문은 전문가 집단 인터뷰를 바탕으로 국내 PMO에 대한 인식과 더불어 PMO 조직이 국내 소프트웨어 산업에서 프로젝트의 범위, 일정, 통합 관리 부분의 영향에 대하여 연구하였다.

This study empirically analyzed the effect of work value of beauty industry workers on service productivity through job satisfaction. First, according to the result of investigating factors that make effect on service productivity, it was identified that service productivity increases when work value and job satisfaction are higher. Also, it was identified that service productivity increases when awareness of satisfying values, intrinsic satisfaction, recognition of work value, recognition of self-value, and extrinsic satisfaction are higher. Fourthly, as a result of investigating the effects of work value of beauty industry workers on service improvement through job satisfaction, it was identified that the mediating effect of job satisfaction was also significant in the sobel test as Z value of |Z|=15.057 showed a greater value than 1.96. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that inner motivation can be increased for beauty industry workers to recognize that their work is meaningful and worthwhile and service productivity can be maximized by improving the satisfaction and intrinsic job satisfaction that come from work itself.

Since 1993, M&A activities have been frequent in Liner shipping market. This study examines the effect of M&A on stock price reaction for acquiring firms listed on the market. The study covers the period from 1993 to 2009 and uses 61 daily closing prices of the acquiring firms before and after the M&A announcement day and is analyzed through the market-adjusted model in an event study. After calculating short-term performance using abnormal returns(AR) and cumulative average abnormal returns(CAR) before and after 30 days from the day of event, the results on the test show that the firm's values slightly increased through the M&A, but it does not attest to the statistical significance. In addition, this study investigates the AR difference between estimating windows and post-event windows for the 3 cases of each period before and after 30 days, 15 days, and 7 days from the event day to analyse the impact of M&A on the addition of acquiring firm's value. Our findings suggest that the M&A between Liner shipping companies is targeted for the long-term business strategy instead of the instant rise in the value of the firm involved.

공공사업의 목적은 사업을 통해서 발생하는 혜택을 인간 및 사회가치 적합하도록 최대한 확산하고자 하는 것이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 당해 사회적 가치를 고려하지 않는 경제 및 정책 범주에서만의 분석은 공공사업의 추진타당성에 신뢰저하를 가져오거나 사업추진지역사회의 막연한 불안감(저항)에 효과적으로 대응하지 못하는 문제를 일으키고 있다. 따라서 타당성 있는 사업추진 및 지역사회 저항을 극복할 수 있는 방법발견은 중요하다고 하겠다. 해결방향은 공공사업으로 영향 받는 당해지역에서의 경제(정책포함)외적인 제약조건까지 파악하여서 전반적인 사회경제적가치(시장가치)를 재발견해 가는데 있다. 그것은 공공사업의 예비타당성 평가시에 잠재적으로 부딪힐 저항이나, 개발이후에 발생할 수 있는 확산가치까지도 대상에 포함시켜야 한다는 의미이다. 주지하는 바와 같이 잠재적 가치는 경제적 요소에서만 발생하기 보다는 당해지역의 사회문화적 잠재성 극대화에서 나온다. 지금까지의 계획수립과정은 정부와 전문가집단이 중심이 되어 계획을 수립하고 작성된 계획안에 대해 시민단체, 환경단체 등 이해당사자들이 공청회나 공람을 통해 의견을 제시하는 소극적 프로세스였다. 한편, 대안적 프로세스는 계획수립의 초기단계부터 다양한 이해당사자를 참여시키고 이들을 보조자가 아닌 계획수립의 주체로서 인정하고 협의와 조정과정을 거쳐 합의를 도출함으로써 계획의 정당성을 확보하고 실행가능성을 높이는 방식이 유용할 것으로 사료된다. 본 연구는 미래지향적 가치를 포괄하고 있는 예비적인 사회적 타당성의 평가항목 및 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 이것은 일반적으로 사회영향평가(SIA: Social Impact Assesment)모델을 통해서 공공사업 및 민간사업이 당해 사회에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 이의 대응방안 마련에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 주요 내용은 공공사업관리방식의 체계를 파악하고 공공사업의 사회적 타당성 및 국내외 적용사례 분석을 통한 시사점 도출과 사회성 검토항목 및 평가방법을 제시한 후, 우리나라에의 적용방안을 검토하였다.

The reinforcement concrete work is the work affected by structural safety, durability, and schedule with form work. The domestic reinforcement concrete works have mainly worked the process of re-barfabrication/assembly on site. Finally it have low productivity. Then this paper analyzed waste factors and the process of re-bar fabrication/assembly on site for the productivity improvement and value-added productivity improvement. Waste factor analysis aims at maximizing value-added by the value analysis of re-bar fabrication and assembly on site. Finally, Value-AddingActivity(VAA)ismuchlessthan non-value adding activity. Especially, Non-Value-Adding Activity(NVAA) generates waste such as the activity steps, labors, equipments, materials, time, and soon. And it was non-flow production, over production, and analyzed into having to shift value. This paper aimsat maximizing value-addingactivity and minimizingnon value-addingactivity through waste factor analysis in process for the improvement of value added productivity.

국내 상위 10개 업체가 국내 장류시장의 70% 이상을 차지하고 있으나 최근 들어 귀농인구의 증가로 소규모 농가형 장류 생산업체가 급격히 증가하고 있고, 전통식품인증마크 획득 등으로 전통장류 생산업체들은 지역 특산품으로 생산하여 공장형 장류와 차별화를 하고 있다. 이러한 취지에서 경북발효식품산학연협력사업단은 가내 수공업 형태로 군 단위의 지역에 산재해 있는 발효식품 업체를 클러스터 형태로 집적화하고 지역 원료의 활용을 극대화 방향으로 추진하여 전략적 발효산업으로 육성 발전시키며, 발효식품 전문제조업체를 발굴 육성하여 지역 업체의 매출 증대 및 수출 증대에 기여하고자 염미강화 및 보완소재 개발로 고부가가치 저염제품으로 발효식품에의 상용화 기반을 구축하고 있다. 경북지역 재래된장 및 개량된장 업체의 지원을 통해 저염된장을 출시함으로써 연구에 취약한 소규모 전통장류 업체의 매출 증대에 기여하고 정부시책에 발맞추어 국민의 나트륨 섭취를 줄이는데 도움이 되는 고부가가치 저염 발효가공품으로 경쟁력을 강화하고자 노력하고 있다. 앞으로 장류시장의 세계화를 이루기 위해서는 저염 상태에서 발현될 수 있는 이종 미생물 독소, 식중독균 등 오염원균으로부터의 안전성 확보 기술을 가져야 할 것이다.
