정보통신기술의 발달로 인하여 최근 가업의 제품수명주기는 점점 짧아지고, 성장산업과 사양산업의 전환도 급격해졌다. 급변하는 정쟁 환경 속에서 기업의 가치사슬을 전략적으로 통 합하고, 핵심역량을 극대화하기 위해서 c- Commerce, RTE, 협업 등의 가상기업 관련 개념이 부상하고 있다. Ubiquitous 환경에서 기업 경쟁력을 제고하기 위한 목표로서 협업 네트워크를 기반으로 하는 가상기업으로의 전환이 필수적이다. 본 연구는 기존에 논의되었던 가상기업의 정의 및 개념에 대해 문헌연구 및 사례조사를 통해 가상기업의 확장된 범주를 알아보고, 가상기업 연구에 대한 포괄적인 틀을 제공하고자 한다. 또한 가상조직, 협업 네트워크 등의 가상기업 관련 문헌연구를 통해 u- Business 환경의 가상기업 연구의 참조모델을 제시하고, 연구방법론을 적용하여 분석, 연구하여 가상기업의 연구를 이해하고 흐름을 분류하고자 한다. 본 연구결과는 Ubiquitous 환경에 민첩하게 대응하고자 하는 기업들에게 환경 변화에 따른 전략 및 비즈니스 모델의 수정에도 의미를 제공하고자 한다.

최근 조직간정보시스템의 연구는 조직간 전략적 협력을 형성함에 있어서 발생될 수 있는 잠재적 갈등의 위험 인지에 초점을 두고 있다. 기존 연구 대부분은 조직간의 위험발생에 있어서 경제적 관점의 위험에만 초점을 맞추고 있다. 이는 조직간 기술적 호환과 관련된 기술적 문제, 조직상호간의 활동, 서로 다른 문화ㆍ전략 차이간의 조정에 요구되는 사회정책적 문제는 고려하지 않고 있어서 조직간의 합리적이며 경제적인 협력적 동맹관계를 논의하는데는 충분치 않다. 따라서 조직간 협력적인 동맹관계를 다루기 위해서는 기존의 경제적 관점에 기술적 관점, 사회정책적 관점을 추가한 세가지 측면에 대한 고려가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 조직간 정보시스템의 개념적 특성을 살펴보고, 조직간의 상호의존성, 구조적 특성, 기술, 조정매카니즘 요소등에 의해 정보자원공유, 가치사슬망, 네트웍 형태의 세 가지 유형으로 구분하여 각 유형별에 대한 경제적, 기술적, 사회정책적 관점의 위험을 분석하고 위험을 최소화하기 위한 관리방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The crisis in profit and funding for animation is in evidence around the world. The change in media environment has forced broadcasting advertising revenue down and animation viewers spread out. Now, animation players in the strongest position are either the US major studios, or producers benefiting from domestic support schemes. Government support is available in many countries because many governments believe that support for domestic animation carries both economic and cultural benefits. This paper is designed to suggest new policy schemes for Korean animation industry. The new paradigm of animation policy needs a new perspective on content industry as a whole, not centered on the animation itself. The researchers on public policy for culture, audiovisual and content industry argued that the government should, (i) play the role of facilitator for virtuous cycle of industry value chain, (ii) provide fiscal support through automatic and selective schemes, (iii) provide tax benefit to strengthen the competitiveness of industry, and (iv) enforce the broadcasters to contribute to domestic programming and financing. Comparative analysis on French and Canadian audiovisual policy supports such arguments, and animation industry of two countries are enjoying the high audience ratings and sustainable production volume. From the analysis, this paper suggests the new government schemes for Korean animation industry, which are, (i) securing the public funding for fiscal support, (ii) introduction of automatic production support, (iii) modification of broadcasting quota, (iv) broadcaster's performance envelope and production quota, and (v) tax benefit as indirect support.

This research investigates the strategy for application of E-Trade to SMEs to analyze the economic effect of e-trade. And the influence of the proliferation of e-business and e-trade upon the industrial business conditions, value-chain, and business activities is also analyzed. The subjects of the inquiry are the nationwide petrochemical industries in which small and medium sized companies are in mutual and intimate cooperation. The results show that the business structure of the petrochemical industries are divided into four stages, and, with the introduction of e-business, the value chain is changed by stages. And the change of value-chain explains the transition of the e-business of petrochemical industries including trade business into industrial DB and leads to a variety of the economic effect including the reduction in the trade expense, the change of the production process, and the innovation of trade structure.

During the last decade many enterprises spent a huge amount of money for investment on Information Technology (IT) & Information System (IS) to attain competitive advantage and to maximize their business performance by satisfying the various requirements of customers. Under such circumstances, methodologies for evaluating IT impact on business performance are very important issues for strategic decision making on investment. In this study, we propose a performance evaluation model that adopts the concept of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and the Value Chain to analyze the financial impact and non-financial impact of IT & IS at each critical work area. This model combines the 4 evaluation areas from BSC and 6 critical work areas from Value Chain and measures the Key Performance Indicator (HPI) and the effect of KPI. Also, we present a case study of which the evaluation model has been conducted on a major manufacturing company. finally. we address some important notes to improve the IT & IS performances in the real-world.

세계은행의 발표에 따르면 전 세계적으로 개인 간 해외송금 시장의 규모는 지속적으로 성장해 왔으며, 향후에도 지속적으로 성장할 것으로 전망된다. 이러한 글로벌 송금 시장의 확산과 맞물려 이동통신 네트워크의 글로벌화와 스마트폰의 확산 등 통신 기술 및 서비스 진화에 따라 모바일 네트워크를 통해 간편하고 신속하게 송금할 수 있는 모바일 송금 서비스 시장이 국내외에서 급속하게 팽창하고 있다. 이에 세계이동통신사업자협회(Global System for Mobile Communications Association: GSMA)의 MMT(Mobile Money Transfer) 프로그램, 케냐 및 일본의 모바일 송금 서비스 제공 사례를 중심으로 서비스 제공 시스템 및 그 이용에 따른 장 단점, 가치사슬, 서비스 유형 등을 간략하게 살펴보았다. 이를 바탕으로 모바일 송금 서비스 제공 과정에서 나타날 수 있는 규제 이슈들을 분석해 보았다. 그리고, 국내 이동통신 사업자가 MMT 서비스를 본격적으로 제공하는 경우에 고려해야 할 규제 요소들과 안전하고 효율적인 MMT 시장의 활성화를 위해 필요한 규제정책 방향을 검토해 보았다.

Nowadays, many farmers use online management diagnosis tool developed by Rural development agency(RDA) for the purpose of self-diagnosis of their farm management. Database(DB) was created using the diagnosis results and has been used for agri-firm management consulting. However, the amount of diagnosis data in the DB has been decreasing year by year. This means that the diagnosis tool of RDA did not reach farmers' expectation. Therefore it is necessary to develop a practical consulting tool which is applicable for various types of agri-firm management. This study introduces a management diagnosis tool and consulting method based on multi-contingency organization theory and value chain model for the purpose of improving existing tools and methods. The consulting method based on multi-contingency organization theory shows the core strategy of agri-firms by two different ways such as "efficiency-oriented" direction and "effectiveness-orientated" direction. Also, this method emphasizes that the performance of firm can be achieved when subelements of firm activities follow the same direction with the orientation of core strategy. The important thing is the right firm management activity fitted to its strategic direction. Through this action, limited firm resources can be optimized. In order to make itself understand, this study shows a practical example applied by this method from actual agri-firms.

It has able to be possible that expression and store visual image from analog to digital without picture quality damaged via improvement of video compression technology. And also, It is possible to broadcasting digital image via transmission of digital image on MPEG-2 standardization. For this reason, the broadcasting business owners have converted broadcasting service from analog to digital. But, local SO(System Operator) has a difficult point which secure HD(High Definition) broadcasting program. In this paper, we designed and implemented Scheduling System for MPEG-2 Digital Broadcasting which gather HD broadcasting program from major broadcasting business owners and broadcast them.

Cultural Content Technology(CT, Culture Technology) for the development of cultural industry and the commercialization of technology, cultural contents, media, mount, pass the value chain process and increase the added value of cultural products that are good for all forms of intangible technology. In the field of Culture Technology, Music by analyzing the characteristics of the development of a variety of applications has been studied. Associated with EEG measures and the results of their research in response to musical stimuli are used to detect and study is getting attention. In this paper, the musical stimuli in EEG signals by amplifying the corresponding reaction to the averaging method, ERP (Event-Related Potentials) experiments based on the process of extracting sound methods for removing noise from the ICA algorithm to extract the tone and noise removal according to the results are applied to analyze the characteristics of EEG.

This study seeks to analyze vertical integration structure of Korean popular music market focused on corporation concentration and production system by applying production of culture perspective of Peterson, Subject of analysis is Melon weekly music chart(2000-2013), which is No.1 digital music distributor. The result showed vertical integration structure of Korean popular music industry was different from America. Vertical integration of American major was based on open system to be responsible for promotion and distribution by M&A of independent label but entrusted them-with total production to cope-with uncertainty of music market. On the other hand, Korean system was in charge of pure distribution only as digital service provider and it showed modified vertical structure because traditional value chain was destroyed by changing digital music environment. Especially found seriousness of oligopoly by distribution company of conglomerate affiliation. and this is harm against building healthy industry ecosystem in creative economy era and it needs improvement through study of advanced case, open system.
