A stock valuation on the tax law is based on the valuation by market price. But, unlike the listed stocks, the unlisted stocks mostly have the unclear market price. Accordingly, it is necessary to calculate the fair value which corresponds to the market price. The purpose of this paper is to examine the appropriateness of the complementary valuation method in the Inheritance Tax and Gift Tax Act and to provide suggestions for improvement. This study is intended to provide the problems and solutions relating to the valuation of unlisted stocks through analysis of foreign legal systems and actual disputes. When the actual profit/loss data are used to calculate the net profit/loss value on the present regulations, it has the different weight on the latest 3 years' net profits and losses uniformly. Therefore, to extend the range of unlisted stocks valuation and to show the independent and high professionalism of appraisal council not the subsidy appraisal agency of the National Tax Service, it is necessary to change the current rule that the commissioner of the National Tax Service unilaterally appoints the private members into the method of public offering.

우리나라의 상장기업 중 CGI의 산업별 분석결과 강력한 감독기관의 감독과 규제를 받는 금융업의 지배구조가 가장 높은 점수를 얻었으나, 전통적인 제조업이나 어업광업 등의 업종은 낮은 점수를 얻어 지배구조의 개선이 요구된다. 주식시장에서 신호효과(Signaling effect)에 대한 검증결과, 지배구조 우수기업의 발표가 분명히 시장에서 해당기업에게 호재로 작용했음이 분명한데도 불구하고, 주식수익률이 발표일 전후를 기준으로 유의한 차이가 없으므로 기업지배구조에 따른 기업가치는 시장에서 이미 인지되어 주가에 반영되고 있다는 결론을 도출할 수 있다. 이러한 연구는 우리나라에서 아직 부족한 기업지배구조 연구에 있어 새로운 시도로서 증권시장에서 장기투자를 하는 투자자들에게 지배구조가 하나의 투자지표로서 유용한 도구임을 보임과 동시에 지배구조의 개선은 기업의 입장에서도 기업 가치향상과 주주부의 극대화의 방법으로 타당함을 밝히기 위한 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to estimate the economic benefit of improving ground water quality in Jeju Island, where groundwater pollution has recently become a social issue and various water quality improvement projects are being promoted. By applying the contingent valuation method, an online survey was conducted on Jeju Island residents to analyze the response data of 542 respondents and estimate the mean willingness to pay using 16 models. The estimation of the double-bounded dichotomous choice model confirmed that each household was willing to pay 28,008 won per year, with the willingness to pay estimated at a minimum of 17,762 won and a maximum of 37,416 won based on different models. The total annual benefit for Jeju Island's ground water quality improvement was estimated to be about 8.66 billion won , and socioeconomic factors influencing willingness-to-pay were investigated. This study is expected to serve as a foundation for the development of environmental improvement policies by assisting in the understanding of Jeju Island's unique water resource environment.

In this study, the economic value and economic ripple effect of the Jeju Inland Port redevelopment project were estimated. The economic value was estimated from the viewpoint of amenity, the value of non-market goods such as landscape improvement, environmental improvement, and recreation effects. As a result of the estimation, the population was divided into Jeju Island and other regions and the individual's willingness to pay was estimated to be 2,952.9 won in Jeju Island and 4,722.8 won in other regions. On the other hand, the economic ripple effect of the Jeju Inland Port redevelopment project was estimated during the project period and after the completion of the economic ripple effect was estimated. As a result of the estimation, the production inducement value was KRW 84,387 million, the value-added inducement effect was KRW 37,292 million, and the employment inducement value was 5,846 employment when the (direct employment + indirect employment) effect was combined. After the end of the project period, as of 2022, there were 518,000 foreign tourists, and the value-added inducing effect was estimated to be about 149,885 million won.

본 논문의 목적은 교통계획 및 투자 사업의 평가에 있어 대기오염 요소를 고려하기 위해 필수적인 기초자료인 대기오염에 의한 경제적 가치를 추정함에 있다. 이를 위하여 가상적인 주택선호자료를 바탕으로 대기오염 개선에 대한 가구의 지불용의액을 추정하고 이를 바탕으로 대기오염 피해의 화폐적 가치를 추정한다 특히, 국내에서는 적용된 바 없지만 마아케팅 및 교통수요 분석 부문에 있어 시간가치, 교통수단의 안락감 등 비계량적 요소의 경제적 가치 측정에 많이 사용되는 SP(Stated Preference)기법을 사용해서 대기오염 피해에 대한 화폐가치를 추정한다. 연구결과 가구의 점유형태에 따라 대기오염에 대한 경제적 가치가 유의적인 차이가 존재하며 도로교통에 의한 대기오염 1%의 경제적 가치는 240만원/가구.년으로 분석되었다. 대기오염물질별 경제적 가치를 살펴보면 $O_3$ 0.01ppm의 경제적 가치는 55.40만원/가구.년, N$O_2$ 0.01ppm 18.33만원/가구.년으로 추정되었다. 본 연구를 통해 교통투자사업의 평가에 있어 환경적 요소를 고려할 수 있는 기초자료를 마련하였으며, 교통분야 뿐만 아니라 환경관련 정책의 수립 분석에 중요한 기초 결과가 제시되었다. 본 결과가 교통분야에 더욱 유용하게 사용되기 위해서는 교통투자사업 또는 교통관리에 따른 교통량의 변화와 대기오염물질 배출량의 관계에 대한 연구가 추가적으로 필요하다고 판단되며 이 연구가 이루어지면 본 연구가 제시한 결과치는 교통투자사업의 편익/비용 분석에 중요하게 사용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구의 한계로서는 조사지역이 전국에서 환경오염이 심한 서울지역에서 조사가 한정되었다는 점이며 이에 대한 앞으로의 연구가 필요하다.

자연형 하천은 사용가치 뿐만 아니라 비사용적 가치를 포함하고 있기 때문에 비용편익분석에 비사용적 가치를 포함시켜야 한다. 그러지 못할 경우, 자연형 하천이 경제적 편익을 제공함에도 불구하고 경제적으로 타당성이 없는 것으로 판단될 수 있다. 본 연구는 자연형 하천의 경제적 편익을 분석하기 위하여 조건부가치평가법(CVM)을 이용하여 자연형 하천으로 조성된 전라북도 순창에 위치한 경천에 대하여 경제적 편익을 분석하였다. 연구방법은 가상적인 상황을 설정하고 여러 조건을 달아 자연형 하천에 대해 어느 정도 지불할 의사가 있는지를 설문을 통하여 분석하였다. 설문은 기본적인 속성과 환경용수, 생태계, 하천유지, 수질개선으로 구분하였고 순창읍 주민들을 대상으로 하였다. 자연형 하천으로 정비된 경천에 대해 경제적 편익을 분석한 결과 년간 약 11억원의 편익이 발생하는 것으로 추정되었다. 이와같은 결과를 이용하면 자연 친화적인 하천 정비사업을 시행할 때 합리적인 경제적 편익을 평가할 수 있으므로 사업의 타당성 평가에 이용할 수 있다.

Local Mechanical work is researched which spending unnecessary labors and time due to unnecessary material accumulation and fabricated on site. Accordingly, this study analyzes the work process of mechanical equipments by Lean Production principles. Value Stream Analysis(VSA) uncovers waste factor of the existing method and manufactory production method using Value Stream Mapping(VSM). In the results, this study presents improvement of the existing method problems and negative factors of manufactory production.
